We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The lake is peaceful and beautifully scenic surrounded by mountains, with a great view from the large picture windows in the living area. Kayaking and canoeing were great! Our son stayed at the Studio bachelor pad until his older sibling arrived and kicked him out; a perfect size for couple also. Close to Six Flags and Lake George. House was pristine. Great layout for family fun!

We came here to celebrate my 30th birthday with friends in October. The house and scenery were both stunning. Russ left us very clear instructions about how to enter, what the house rules were, and what we needed to do prior to leaving. So clear I didn’t need to contact him at all with a single question. I would absolutely stay here again. Everyone who came had a great time and a comfortable stay.

The house was a great place for my father, brother, and brother in law to stay at. We were able to fish from the docks and took the kayaks out to do the same. The house was very clean and had a number of options available for things to do and places to hang out, including the screened in deck, lawn space with lawn chairs and fire pit, and room above garage with pool table and other games. Air conditioning everywhere was more than welcome! Golfing within 30 minutes or less at some fun courses. I would recommend for any groups of guys looking for a fun outdoor getaway week!

Stephen is a fantastic host with a great spot overlooking the lake. We traveled with three kids under 4 and were very comfortable and welcomed very warmly. Anything we needed or needed to know, Stephen provided and then some. We all cant wait to come back! Thanks, Stephen and Co!

Great accommodations for our latest ice fishing trip. Plenty of space and comfortable. Everything we needed.

Jon was easy to work with and always helpful. Everything is as described. We skied Mt Gore and it's a nice 15-20 minute drive in beautiful countryside. I imagine the place is extra beautiful in the summer in front of the lake. We were there with lots of snow. Jon's plow guy was prompt and courteous and helpful. Overall it was a great stay.

Allie’s place was great. There were 10 of us. 8 adults and 2 children under 2. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and the lake. It was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. Allie was friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you for sharing your house with us. We had a wonderful time and created lasting memories.

Gina and Ryan' s place was amazing. We loved everything from the amenities to the location. It was just as described and the view was even better. Everything worked perfectly although we did have some trouble with the coffee machine. The price was also very reasonable. Gina and Ryan were great hosts and were very kind and straightforward. we would love to revisit again some day!

We really enjoyed staying at the condo in Green Mansions. It was very spacious and Bryce was extremely communicative.

I liked this place. I want to come back in the summer.

Our group had a wonderful stay at the barn house! Plenty of space for everyone including the kids and dogs (especially loved how dog-friendly the home was)! The house was thoughtfully stocked, clean, and super comfortable. Very peaceful setting, lots of wildlife - we loved watching a couples of foxes play in the yard in the early morning. And the fire pit is a great evening spot. Thank you Jennifer and Aaron for your hospitality!

The home was great, water access was down the road. I thought it was closer. but still a great place to stay

Our family had an amazing stay. We had 3 adults and 4 children in our party. There is easily room for 10 people though. We loved being able to walk to the semi-private beach every morning and evening so the children could swim, play in the sand and fish off the dock. The kids learned to love fishing because they caught a ton of fish. There wasn’t any downtime for them reeling in the fish or for my husband who was baiting the hooks. There is a lot to do nearby for children and adults, including beaches, boat tours, arcades, restaurants, amusement parks and more. Our stay was 4 nights, but next time we will make it for more.

Amy and Ryan’s house was well stocked, cozy and very clean. We loved the amenities including the fire pit, the snowshoes, the washer dryer as well as the little touches such as the maple syrup and the coffee. Would definitely recommend to friends and would come back. It’s a great spot for weekend getaway and to unplug from city life.

We have been renting Tobia’s house for several years. We have been snowmobiling in the area for over 40 years. We started out down the block at the Glenmore in 1984 and prefer the Big Moose Lake area over all others. Toni’s house is very comfortable and warm. See you next year!

This is exactly what I picture for an upstate, charming lake house! The location couldn’t be better, being under a mile from LG village and all the attractions there (it was Oktoberfest this weekend which was so much fun!). And I loved having lake access right at the end of Lake Street. The front porch is sunny and cozy in the afternoon, the back yard was nice for the dogs. It was too rainy to use the fire pit, but we enjoyed the fireplace and cozy blankets. I loved the layout and set up of the house and how there’s 2.5 bathrooms. Such a lovely and cozy place to getaway!

Although we’ve vacationed in LG for 30 years we’d never been to this area. We fell in love with it. We’ve also never stayed lakefront so that was a special treat. We are so thankful to the owner for opening up his home. It was beyond our expectations. The outdoor space was so special. Our group consisted of ages 1-86 and there was something for everyone.

This property was absolutely beautiful! The house had everything we needed! We loved everything about it! This was one of the absolute best locations and rentals I've done on this site!! Thank You for sharing your property with us!! We made wonderful memories with my daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. My granddaughter even caught a fish :-)

We had a great time at Tom’s house. We had questions before our booking and he was super responsive. Prior to check in he was so accommodating and wanted to share what he knew locally and about the house. Our family had a great time fishing, swimming, boating, gaming, and exploring. Thoroughly enjoyed it perfect thank you so much for the extras that hardly any Airbnb provides! My husband says thank you so much for all the wood you provided it saved him from hauling it. We left our kayaks in North Carolina because they would make too much noise however we were surprised to find kayaks and fishing poles available for renters! You really should put that in your ad, may have been the decision point that we would’ve chosen for you It would be nice if all Airbnb were as accommodating as you guys were . based on the extras ! Hopefully nobody in the future takes advantage of you.

It was a great place to stay!!! It was comfortable and clean. You have to either drive to water or be able To walk a very big hill. There is a dog next door that will bark if anyone gets up very early so that may be a negative if you have young kids that may wake. It's a large dog so very Loud bark, it did wake the kids in the home but there is only so much you can do about these things. There are no cleats (well one small one) on the dock but there are some Pillars if you have a large boat, I believe the dock is more for kayaks and small Boats but my 25 ft tritoon fit. The owner is very responsive and helpful. It's a way to be on the water in a private setting. The downstairs owner is very very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back! Well worth it.

This home reminded me of an Adirondack Great Camp. The house is decorated and designed with the appeal of nature, blending into its natural surroundings. If you want to be near sparkling lakes, and towering evergreens this is the house. We visited the Wild Center, went to The Bog for hiking and professional photographs, hiked Coney Mountain, paddled and swam to our heart's content. The pictures you see on the home listing are truly accurate. There is room to spread out if you need a quiet space. Everything is clean...and always works! The beds are comfy. This was my second trip here, as a friend of mine rented it in the fall a few years ago and I couldn't wait to come for the summer with my grandchildren.
