Great stay for our family for a quick spring break getaway. Lots to do in the house and a very well stocked kitchen to make some meals.

This place was great!! Loved being on the lake, the grounds were great, would have loved to have used the outdoors more but the weather didn't cooperate. When we had questions, Karl and Mary were quick to respond. There were plenty of items in the kitchen to use. Almost too much. I had to keep all the food on the counter - lol. The beds were really comfortable. I loved being able to do laundry when we had a load and not have to wait and do it all when we got home. The furnishing were great. Plenty of places to sit and relax. It really felt like home and really gave us a taste of lake life and I'm starting to think I'm a lake life kind of gal!! We are planning on snow birding later in life and this give us a benchmark on where to judge other houses. It give us a lot of hope for using AirBnB in the future. It was sad to leave we had such a great time!! Thank you so much!!! If you are looking for a place near Branson by the lake look no further! This is the one for you!!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Gobblers Mountain! The home was incredibly clean, had every necessity you could ever need and the view was breathtaking. We were able to have some very fun and relaxing days enjoying time together as a family with all that was available to do at the house. Pam was always in communication, making sure everything was going well. We will absolutely be staying here again!

The home was clean and very nice! Couldn’t have asked for a better location within the neighborhood. We were very pleased with our stay.

Our family enjoyed this little getaway with plenty of room and full kitchens. There were a few things that needed attention and updating, but all in all, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean.

Wow! Spectacular homes! We had a large family group and rented both homes. The property is beautiful. The salt water pool is amazing, oh and the views of the lake are breathtaking. Rick and Kathy were responsive to any questions we had. There are 2 hot tubs on the property. We only used the one at the cottage once because the weather was too hot, but it was clean and well cared for. The whole property is well cared for! Our parents are older and the cottage was perfect for them because they have trouble with steps. We had plenty space for the 16 of us. In the evening we all went to the Royal View to play games and watch the beautiful sunsets. Our family had a great time. We went to Branson a couple of times, and it was easy to get to for great shopping, fun things to do, and good food. Just love this property, and would highly recommend!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay so much during Spring Break. It is in the perfect location, feels secluded but right in the heart of all the action. The kids loved the loft space (ages 7 &8). The overall decor and layout were perfect. The grill was out of propane, and they quickly brought over a replacement within 30 minutes from when I messaged them. We would stay here again, thank you for a fun week and making us feel at home :)

Took a small family vacation and was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Very clean, up-to-date, great furnishings and the location was fantastic. Close to the main strip but off enough to enjoy some quiet time. The online description was accurate. We’ll definitely consider this location on our next visit, it was great!!

The place was very clean, very well stocked, super comfortable. The location is a bit of creekside nature and fun in the middle of a walkable area with places to eat great food, drink craft beer, smoke cigars. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place, James is friendly and gave me several recommendations around the area. right on the lake, can walk easily to the water! Drive to the site is a little technical, could be harrowing for a larger vehicle.

The place was as described & just what we needed for our short trip. It’s very close to SDC & that’s what we were in town for. Although they had a shuttle to SDC we didn’t utilize it since SDC has free parking. They provided plenty of towels & wash cloths for our stay. Would have liked a softer bed, but that’s my personal preference. Over all a great stay.

Cute apartment, loved the massage chair and cute fireplace . Nice atmosphere , hot tub a few feet from the apartment . A few minutes from everything but out of town so no noise . Just right for three of us that went .

This is such a cozy place with a wonderful view! The host was very helpful and responsive. The beautiful desk and spacious tub were perfect for a getaway!

We enjoyed the room and the location. it was the right amount of space and very clean. Now the only complaint would be lack outlets by the beds but not a deal breaker to stay again. definitley will stay again. Christine the host was amazing in responding.

We stayed in the Dogwood Cabin over Spring Break with our two kids and had a great time. We spent lots of time in the hot tub, playing pool, throwing the football and sitting around the fire. This home is away from the traffic and noise in Branson but close enough to still enjoy all the city has to offer. Eureka Springs was almost equidistant and offers its own host of things to do. It’s a great location between the two cities. The Cabin is well provisioned and the grocery store in Kimberling is a quick 20 minute drive. We’ll be back, likely with another family as there is plenty of room in this house for more than one group!

The host is very friendly and responsive. The cabin is beautiful and backs up to the woods. Very peaceful. The cabin is part of a small trailer park community but cabin’s at the end of the street and the neighbors are very quiet.

This is such a wonderful house. We had 9 people and was worried it would be cramped, but it wasn't. There are plenty of spaces to spread out. The hot tub was amazing at night, and the views during the day are beautiful. Quiet location but within 10 mins to restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. The house has everything you could need - coffee, dishes, personal care items, hair dryer & straightener, etc. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay and close to all the Christmas activities that we had scheduled in Branson. Loved the lake.

We had a great little stay. My 9 year old daughter is a big creek girl and she had a blast. It’s nice and shallow at the campground’s creek steps. There were lots of activities to do like badmitten, corn hole, frisbee & volleyball. The campground itself is really nice. The neighboring area (on the right) is a little rundown, but you are gated in at the campground and it felt safe. The cabin was nice and clean and had plenty of room for us (3 guests). My daughter loved to play in the lofts, but the loft ceiling is very low and we bonked our heads a couple of times. I’m sure some people wouldn’t mind, but I couldn’t sleep up there. We slept in the two bottom beds and they were nice and comfy. I wish it would’ve had one rack for hanging clothes or a space for any luggage. Other than that it was a super cute cabin and had everything we needed. It’s just a short distance to do all the Branson activities on HWY 76. Would definitely do it again!

Very comfortable place. We both slept very well. Heat worked well. Good lighting. Used the bracket grill. They had charcoal and lighter fluid there for us. Was very convenient. Was quiet and located close to everything we did.

The place is beautiful and unique. The owner was very responsive. Even with 5 people and a baby we did not feel like we was ontop of each other. We had a lovely weekend. Thanks again!
