Too busy with local plans to take advantage of this place. Plan for some down time if staying here as the pool beach and balcony definitely beckon.

Dino and Kathy were a pleasure to work with. Everything was as expected, based on the description. We loved the Sea Oaks community. So many welcoming folks! Great tennis facilities and things to do.

This is a great Harborview, Harborside location, and the apartment is comfortable. He needs a better coffee maker with auto shut off. Otherwise the inexpensive machine heate /runs all day and tends to leak ground making a mess. This is a minor annoyance, and then otherwise excellent rental, and can easily be fixed.

This was the second year we've stayed at David's condo and it was just as great as the first. We did come across an AC issue during our stay, but David was quick at trying to fix the problem, but unfortunately was out of his hands and a problem for the building manager. Regardless, it was bearable with a fan that we purchased to keep it cool enough in the living room. Other than that, the place was perfect. 10 steps to the pool and a few more right to the beach. Thanks David for another great vacation!

This place felt like a second home. The location was great; easy to get to key places like restaurants, grocery stores, shopping stores, night events, etc. The communication was great and timely. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants a family feel and to relax.

We had an excellent stay in Vero beach for Thanksgiving. We have been going to Vero for 30 years now and never disappointed. It was awesome to finally find a simple and homey place to stay in the village. The beach was a 2 min walk, as well as having access to all the local shops and restaurants. We only used the car when we had to go over the bridge for errands or things during our stay (which was rare). Otherwise everything was right where we needed it. The place was quiet, clean, simple, and very modern- you could tell it was recently renovated. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to make all our meals. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom too! We would 100% stay again our next trip.

Stayed here for a week for son's HS Spring Training at Jackie Robinson Complex - only 2 min drive. Publix, Target, Walmart, multiple eateries within 3-4 mins. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Ranch style house divided up into 3 condos which they likely rent out - 3 seperate entrances. Very thin walls. For the first few days, I'm pretty sure the guests next door brought their pet bird and dog - kind of noisy during the day which was an issue while taking work calls. They left at some point. Coffee machine available with coffee, dry creamer, Splenda. Ample dinnerware/kitchen appliances. Large fridge/freezer. Salt/Pepper but no other cooking spices/powders stocked (unlike other airbnb's I've visited). Washer/Dryer clutch for dirty baseball laundry. Master bed was very comfortable! The room however would have too much light despite blinds/thin curtains. I would recommend heavier drapes. Master bath was tiny, other bathroom more functional. Full beds very squeaky. Would stay again.

Second year we have stayed at the Moorings when visiting Vero Beach, the location is great. We enjoy the pool, the beach, and the many wonderful restaurants. Breakfast on the patio is a great start to any day!
