Lynn was a perfect host - always responsive and helpful. The pool was great, and we got into the river with our kayaks very easily. The kitchen has everything we needed, and there's a huge pantry. The bedroom is very large and comfortable, with a walk-in closet. It was lovely to sit by the pool and enjoy the view. Even better was sitting right by the water and watching the birds fly by. The house is very private. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk to the Riverwalk with parks, views and lots of restaurants.

Our stay was great! Nearby everything we needed for our fishing trip and if we come back to this area we’d love to stay again! Thank you !

Glenn met us when we arrived and gave a tour of the cottage and showed us where to park our truck and boat trailer. The cottage is quite lovely and has an interesting history. Everything we needed was there. We very much enjoyed the pool and would definitely go back. Glenn was an excellent host!!

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

We greatly enjoyed out stay with Sue. She was very responsive and helpful from the initial booking and throughout our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable with many nice amenities; area information, coffee, wine glasses and much more. The location is very close to so many things from a grocery store to pharmacy, to many restaurants to a water front park to the beach...Sue and her husband were very helpful providing information on things to do in the area as well.

Amazing place to stay, private, great for family, house is spacious and has everything. The host Tessie is incredible great, always responsive, accommodating, and flexible. We will definitely come back. Loved the place, had the best time with family.

Our family absolutely LOVED our stay at Lance's place. We rented out two of of the units on this property--the Reel House and the Riverside Cottage--to spend time together over Christmas. It was great to have separate places for each family unit to have privacy and downtime, but still be close enough to enjoy each other's company. The houses were nicely furnished with all the amenities needed to cook, relax, and enjoy the scenery. Beautiful location on the water. We saw manatees, dolphins, and lots of birds every day. We fished all week and took the kayaks out, which was a treat! Huge fenced-in yard was great for our dogs. Yes, the property is up against train tracks, but we were not bothered by it. Can't say enough great things about this place. Will definitely be back!

Very clean, very quiet, plenty of room. 2 min to Jackie Robinson complex. 15 min to beaches. 5 minutes to tons of food/shopping options. Great fit for our purposes.
