Beautiful house very close to the beach. The kids and I loved the pool and our dogs enjoyed the yard. Loved our stay and will return in the future.

This house was way more than we expected! From the large spacious living room, with so many areas for seating, to the beautiful back area by the pool with so many games, and even more seating! The house was well-equipped with amenities which made our stay so much easier! We were in Vero for our daughter’s softball spring training and this house is located only 10 minutes from Jackie Robinson Complex! There was a cooler in the garage, which was so great for us to have since we were at the field most days for up to 7hrs at a time! The beach chairs and towels were also just another amenity that made the trip that much easier! All the beds were great, and the games in the garage were a hit with the two siblings that came along! Thank you for sharing your home with us and we will definitely be back next year!

I would easily stay here again. Roomy and outdoor areas are nice. Excellent washer and dryer and some stuff available for the beach. Nice area to go for a walk in but not a lot to walk to that I saw. Short drive to everything Vero. full bath between two rooms and a half bath in king bedroom - a utility shower in the washer/mud room that I used. Not something my wife would have liked at all but I got by with it. There should be a photo of that room which is a selling point to me. Overall a great value, especially if you're using all the beds.

Eddie’s place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation this year! His place is beautiful, peaceful, and very functional! We had everything we needed and more!Thank you so much!! We will definitely be back!

DeLin was a great host, very proactive with communicating and instructions upon check-in and check-out were very clear, making everything very straight forward. DeLin even went above and beyond and provided a list with recommendations to local restaurants and nearby parks and beaches. The home is in a great location and provided easy access to beaches, parks and nearby grocery stores. The home was exactly as described and the beds were large and extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My wife, dog, and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here! Amber's place is exactly accurate to her listing and she is a great host who was very friendly and timely with her communication. Her place is in a very quiet neighborhood and everything felt like a home away from home! The fully fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog to explore and play around in, and the large screened in porch was great to sit and enjoy the fresh air! I would definitely recommend her place to anyone and would absolutely re-book with her anytime we're planning on staying in the area!

Lars and Nuria have created a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing atmosphere at this property. The decor is awesome. From the themed bedspreads (beach/Florida)to the towel holders in the bathrooms, to the art hanging in each room, one can tell much thought has been put into decorating. The 2 reclining leather seats in the living room are sooo comfortable! I’ve never seen this type of furniture!! The kitchen is beautiful and modern. Lars and Nuria have plenty of dishes, spices, coffee, sugar and even included plastic storage bags for guest use. The kitchen really has everything a cook needs! They have selected the best games for the game room including a ping pong table, a basketball hoop competition game, a hanging Connect Four and numerous board games. We would definitely stay again! Lars and Nuria were also very responsive and helpful when contacted! The property also is only about 10-12 minutes from the beach.

Scott's condo is amazing. Perfect location for a relaxed getaway while being only a short 10-minute drive to bars/restaurants. Location on the marina is awesome. The beach is literally a 60 second drive from the condo. It takes roughly 3 minutes from the time you lock the front door to the condo to feel the sand on your feet. Very convenient. Unit itself was very clean and well stocked. We wanted for nothing. When in Vero Beach I will book this condo again. Almost forgot about the pool. The pool area is clean and has many chairs/loungers. The beach chairs supplied by Scott were very comfortable. Do yourself a favor and book this condo.

Our new favorite spot in Florida! Will definitely be coming back and telling friends about it :) Everything was so clean! The sheets, the kitchen… it was very comfortable. We cooked dinner every night and the kitchen had everything we needed, appliances and cookware. The backyard was private and beautiful, perfect for having breakfast. Lots of plants and there is a fire-pit with wood :) The short walk to the beach was my favorite, you go through this street filled with fruits trees, tons of orchids and the sounds of nature… just like a forest in Costa Rica haha There are some good local restaurants and the recommendations from the host in the folder at the house were 10/10 Rick and Tammy were super friendly, welcoming and their cozy place is a hidden gem for a vacation in FL Also, super dog friendly beach and house, the private yard is enclosed so the dogs can explore freely! Last, the sunrise by the beach is remarkable 🌞

We had the nicest time. It was very light back and peaceful there. We had everything we could ever need and more on hand.Alpha, our hostess was always there when we needed her. but gave us privacy as well. She went above and beyond the call when I needed her help on a particular matter. We also loved the birds and how close it was to relaxing downtown sebastian. There's even a petting zoo a few minutes away. Would love to come back one day.

Julie always responded instantaneously! I was truly impressed with how immaculate the entire unit was. Beds linens towels were all comfortable. Love the shower! The white marble countertops kept the interior light and airy. Certainly worth the price and will consider staying there in the future.

Had a great time! Very quiet and peaceful. Everything in the pictures is accurate, everything instructed or told about is easy to follow and find. Very friendly people if you interact with them at any time as well. I hope whoever stays next has the nice private getaway that I was able to have here.

Location was great for tournament at Jackie Robinson. Studio was just as pictured. Good amenities for cooking meals. Carol provided us with beach towels, thank you! Highly recommend Carol's place.

Cynthia and Cody were very nice and down to earth. Their home is on a private road with no thru-traffic. At the end of the road is the prettiest beach path. It felt so tropical! The beach is wide. Great for walking. Very private. The space is very clean! A bit smaller and less private than I thought it would be. Sustainable and organic products were provided in the kitchen and bath. Fresh squeezed orange juice and freshly cut azaleas were also a nice touch. It’s likely that most people eat out, but I enjoy cooking, so we ate in and had more beach time. The kitchen has Revereware pots and pans and all items needed for cooking, but the only spices were sugar and S&P packets. It’s all I needed, but if you’re planning to cook, you might need more. The appliances work, but they are “vintage.” The air conditioner is quite loud and made sleeping difficult. So we ran it during the day and shut it off at night. Overall, we had a lovely weekend. Too busy with local plans to take advantage of this place. Plan for some down time if staying here as the pool beach and balcony definitely beckon.

Dino and Kathy were a pleasure to work with. Everything was as expected, based on the description. We loved the Sea Oaks community. So many welcoming folks! Great tennis facilities and things to do.

Stayed here for a week for son's HS Spring Training at Jackie Robinson Complex - only 2 min drive. Publix, Target, Walmart, multiple eateries within 3-4 mins. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Ranch style house divided up into 3 condos which they likely rent out - 3 seperate entrances. Very thin walls. For the first few days, I'm pretty sure the guests next door brought their pet bird and dog - kind of noisy during the day which was an issue while taking work calls. They left at some point. Coffee machine available with coffee, dry creamer, Splenda. Ample dinnerware/kitchen appliances. Large fridge/freezer. Salt/Pepper but no other cooking spices/powders stocked (unlike other airbnb's I've visited). Washer/Dryer clutch for dirty baseball laundry. Master bed was very comfortable! The room however would have too much light despite blinds/thin curtains. I would recommend heavier drapes. Master bath was tiny, other bathroom more functional. Full beds very squeaky. Would stay again.

Second year we have stayed at the Moorings when visiting Vero Beach, the location is great. We enjoy the pool, the beach, and the many wonderful restaurants. Breakfast on the patio is a great start to any day!

This was the second year we've stayed at David's condo and it was just as great as the first. We did come across an AC issue during our stay, but David was quick at trying to fix the problem, but unfortunately was out of his hands and a problem for the building manager. Regardless, it was bearable with a fan that we purchased to keep it cool enough in the living room. Other than that, the place was perfect. 10 steps to the pool and a few more right to the beach. Thanks David for another great vacation!

This place felt like a second home. The location was great; easy to get to key places like restaurants, grocery stores, shopping stores, night events, etc. The communication was great and timely. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants a family feel and to relax.
