Scott's description of his home was accurate. The condo was spotless and well appointed. We had a wonderful and peaceful vacation. The view from the living room was beautiful with only 18 steps to a beautiful pool. The private beach was another added plus. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a vacation!

This is a perfect place for a quiet restful vacation! Close to shopping and great places to eat. 30 minute drive to the ocean!

What a delightful place ! Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The bungalow was perfect for 2 people: clean, updated, and well equipped for our stay. The easy walk to the wonderful beach was such a bonus with beach chairs and towels provided. Julie was proactive and provided great information about our stay. We found some great, walkable, local restaurants and the neighborhood was QUIET, comfortable, and welcoming. I would recommend Julie's place to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy wonderful Vero Beach.

Tracy is a stellar host who takes seriously keeping her home beautiful clean and hospitable. She was always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. She made sure we understood how to work the pool and where things were. Master bedroom was very comfortable and there were many areas in the home to relax. The lanai and pool area were great. Martin"s place was perfect for my husband and I while we were in Wabasso Beach for a couple days to ride the Jungle trail and explore the local wildlife preserves. We were very comfortable and had all we needed. the location was great for quick access to the trail and to the beach! Thanks again Martin!

Michelle's place is great! She makes a great effort to keep her place very comfortable and updated .... We are very surprice how quite the house is, the couple at her other side of house is very nice, no noise at all. I like the large & deep kitchen and open shelves (easy to find everything) in the kitchen. Water pressure is great for shower. Her TV is new. If you currently are using cable like us, there are very limited chanels. I watched CNBC and my husband watched ESPNs on our I-phone and I-pad by signing on our home cable password. That made our vacation unique, we sit by the kitchen table every night...

The best rental I have stayed at. The pictures don’t do justice to how beautifully the home is decorated. Everything was neat and clean and the home with stocked with everything we needed. DeLin was great about reaching out to make sure that we have everything we needed. Everything about our stay went smooth. You will not be disappointed staying here!

The place was spacious and cozy, and although the place had a peculiar smell, probably because they are pet friendly, that didn’t pose an issue for us. A big plus the patio had sidewalk netting and we had access to the garage. All in all, a great stay.

This is place is one of the best one I have stayed in. Wish I could have stayed longer. The Master Bedroom mattress was one of the Best I have slept in. Master bathroom was pretty big. GREAT PLACE. REALLY RECIME IT.

The house was beautiful. Very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need including plenty of extra linens, blankets, towels for pool, toys, games, kitchen essentials, etc. we loved the house and would absolutely go back. Clint was also a fantastic host and was very responsive. Thanks again!

This is a great Harborview, Harborside location, and the apartment is comfortable. He needs a better coffee maker with auto shut off. Otherwise the inexpensive machine heate /runs all day and tends to leak ground making a mess. This is a minor annoyance, and then otherwise excellent rental, and can easily be fixed.

This was the second year we've stayed at David's condo and it was just as great as the first. We did come across an AC issue during our stay, but David was quick at trying to fix the problem, but unfortunately was out of his hands and a problem for the building manager. Regardless, it was bearable with a fan that we purchased to keep it cool enough in the living room. Other than that, the place was perfect. 10 steps to the pool and a few more right to the beach. Thanks David for another great vacation!

We had an excellent stay in Vero beach for Thanksgiving. We have been going to Vero for 30 years now and never disappointed. It was awesome to finally find a simple and homey place to stay in the village. The beach was a 2 min walk, as well as having access to all the local shops and restaurants. We only used the car when we had to go over the bridge for errands or things during our stay (which was rare). Otherwise everything was right where we needed it. The place was quiet, clean, simple, and very modern- you could tell it was recently renovated. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to make all our meals. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom too! We would 100% stay again our next trip.

Your home was very convenient for us to get to the beachside for the “Under the Oaks” Art festival. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The nice, quiet neighborhood was exactly what we needed to relax after three full days of exhibiting at the art festival. Grocery shopping and restaurants were a short 5 minute ride.
