Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

It's a very good house with a breathtaking view, everything is there and the beds are very comfortable, I really liked it, I'm sure you'll stay here again

We had a great stay at Sasa’s place. The pool was wonderful and warm, people we encountered were extremely friendly, balcony was fantastic, and the area itself was great. Sasa was also incredibly responsive. Highly recommend - everything was exactly as described, and we felt very safe.

Stunning Views & Clean beyond clean. This place was extremely clean-on a different level, like an upscale resort-exactly what you want when staying in someone else’s home. The floor was shiny, the towels were good quality. The condo was well equipped with everything you need, you did not need anything addition except you own food. The beach supplies, towels umbrellas, I think even boogie boards were all in very good shape. The host left some fishing supplies that were convenient to fish right in front of the condo under the bridge. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. It was the best airbnb stay we’ve had. We were extremely comfortable and can’t wait to rebook again with them.

Perfect space for our stay, facility is top notch, exactly like pictures. Beautiful space, loved the balcony for sunsets!

The room was very small but it worked for what we needed and was exactly like the photos. The pool was relaxing and very warm. The other people that stayed in the rooms around us were very friendly and quiet as well. We were able to walk to restaurants (less than a mile) and the beach was right down the road. Overall it was a great stay, very relaxing!

Beautiful place to stay for a quick get away. The beach was easily accessible...only a couple blocks from the beach. The pool area was very well-kept and having bikes was a plus.

This place was amazing, it was exactly what we were looking for. We have two young kids and having a pool (with a slide!) in the backyard was the perfect fit. Convenient, fun and private. We arrived late at night after a day of traveling and the fridge was stocked with food and drinks. On the counter was a full loaf of unopened bread, a batch of bananas and unopened peanut butter. It was so nice not having to worry about going grocery shopping right away. Lots of snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. The on-site laundry allowed us to pack light. We went in late March and the pool was heated to make sure the water felt nice even if it was a bit cool outside. If you’re looking for a place that is walking distance to nearby attractions, this probably is not what you’d be looking for. We went to the Florida Aquarium, Fort DeSoto, mini golfing, and to Doc Ford’s for dinner. All were between a 20-40 minute drive. Overall, amazing place and tons of fun! Phillip and Kathleen are great hosts!

This sweet little home is lovely. We very much enjoyed biking down the protected trail each day — the Blue Jays spring stadium is a 5 min bike ride, and there is a cluster of shops including a market and restaurants about 10 min bike ride away. (We used the provided bikes.) The home is very well-stocked — had most everything we could think of, including all the beach gear (we went to Honeymoon Island state park). The home is about 2 blocks from the water, tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood that is very cute. Highly recommended—the host was also very accommodating and responsive!

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Easy to find, close proximity to Dunedin and places we came to see. A uniquely designed place with plenty of space. Hot tub is a major bonus. Well kept and exactly as described. Super clean, easy to park. On a mildly busy road which you barely even notice. House is currently a 8/10 and will be a 10/10 once the remodel is complete. Highly recommend.

We had the most amazing week at this beautiful home on Indian Rocks Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor deck was great, you can even catch a glimpse of the Ocean. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach and a block away from a little park you could fish at. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to great restaurants and shops. Having the Golf Cart was awesome, great for loading up your gar for the beach and transporting guests. Caleb the Host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next trip back. If you’re looking for the ideal beach getaway, this is it!

Perfect for 4 couples to stay at Nick’s place; all were comfortable. We loved the kitchen bar set up for morning coffee as well as the extra outside area for gatherings. The pool was heated and warm. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. We used coolers, beach chairs, and wagon for an easy day at the beach. Nick and Paulette have a well appointed home to accommodate their guests…. Greatly appreciated.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and stocked! This was the perfect place for our extended family to spend time together. Everything was wonderful! The host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house that worked perfectly for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard!! Close enough to beaches and there is a great park within walking distance. Park has a pier with sunset views.

Mike was a great host. He provided local recommendations and was the most responsive host we've ever had. The home was as described, clean, with a lot of amenities, and the location was great. The golf cart was great to get around and to get to and from the beach. We didn't have to worry about finding beach parking with the cart and attached parking permit. Would highly recommend and will be staying at Mike's home again.

Brian’s place was just right. It was clean and nicely decorated. As soon as you walk in you see the view of the beautiful landscaping and pool. We were here at the end of July and the pool was refreshingly cool every day! How do. They do that. The area is very walkable with waterways everywhere. Just a quick drive or a challenging walk and at the end is the Don Cesar! Great location. Would definitely rent again😎

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

Loved staying at Jeff and Gina’s. This location is right on the beach. We sat on the deck and listened to the ocean at night. The storage locker has everything you need for the beach. This part of the beach wasn’t crowded and we had plenty of room. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Laure has an amazing property and is the absolute best host I has ever dealt with. I have stayed at many properties and have a couple properties we repeat. She has paid attention to every detail and then some! It is expected to provide “starters”, but Laura’s starters exceed any place I have ever stayed at! I appreciated getting to her place and not feeling the panic of running out of essentials She leaves really special welcome gifts, has impeccable communication and has thought of everything you could possibly need. She’s incredibly friendly as well! I almost hate to encourage people to stay here because I want to be able to get back into her property 😊 You will not be disappointed and should not even hesitate staying at her place. The only negative I could state which has nothing to do with Laura is the pool doesn’t get sun until afternoon as it is blocked by the building. Solution to that is walk a block to the beach in the morning!! The best!

I had a wonderful stay at Phillip’s place! Phillip is a great host and immediately responded to any questions I had! The condo is super clean and well appointed. The kitchen was stocked and beach equipment was provided (a nice bonus). The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach, groceries, and entertainment. I did a solo trip to Madeira this year and I felt safe the entire time as the community is gated and private. I highly recommend his condo and I would definitely return the next time I visit Madeira!

This was the best Airbnb stay for us yet! Karla’s place had every convenience for our family of 4 to stay and cook for the week. The pool and private beach were perfect and you can tell she put a lot of thought into the decor and amenities in the condo. There was a minor misunderstanding with the parking pass (completely my fault) and she was very gracious and understanding with us. We would highly recommend.

Rich was a fabulous host! The condo is very close to the pool and the golf course view from the back patio was so relaxing! The grounds are very well maintained and there is a walking/biking path around the complex. The unit is extremely comfortable and well furnished. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are updated. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. We will be back!

This house looks just like the photos and is great for a little getaway. Please know that he does not provide any sort of body care cleaning items as the bathroom amenities suggest. There were also no cleaning supplies if needing to do a load of laundry or clean up around the house. Two minor details for an otherwise great spot. Fire pit looks like a lot of fun but it was unfortunately too windy for us to use it.
