Our family of 8 plus a baby had a great time. Tommy was responsive to our calls/texts and the house wasn’t a far drive from the beach/stores/restaurants/parks.

Over all the Airbnb was great. Maria was very helpful with clear instructions for everything. She was also very responsive to any issues we had. We were also able to comfortably fit 10 people in the house which was great for such a reasonable price.

I had some trepidations when we first got there, but Yainiza was so very helpful through each and every step of our trip clearing my head of any trepidations. Of all of the times we've been to Tampa, she was by far the most quick to respond to our needs. Almost instantaneous!!!! The pool was lovely and cleans as it could have been. I'd rent this property again.

We stayed here right after Hurricane Helene for work, had to evacute for Milton, and then came back. Mark and his crew was amazing from start to finish in accommodations and communication.

Gisele's place was clean and just like the pictures showed. The pool area was nice with a large Weber grill and lots of chairs . There were plenty of pool rafts in the garage for our use. Grocery stores, liquor stores, and restaurants all within a short drive and some within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet and had a Catholic church within a 2 minute walk. We would definitely consider staying again!

The house was very accommodating and the pool was wonderful. My grandsons had a great time swimming. Very clean and very well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

This place was amazing, it was exactly what we were looking for. We have two young kids and having a pool (with a slide!) in the backyard was the perfect fit. Convenient, fun and private. We arrived late at night after a day of traveling and the fridge was stocked with food and drinks. On the counter was a full loaf of unopened bread, a batch of bananas and unopened peanut butter. It was so nice not having to worry about going grocery shopping right away. Lots of snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. The on-site laundry allowed us to pack light. We went in late March and the pool was heated to make sure the water felt nice even if it was a bit cool outside. If you’re looking for a place that is walking distance to nearby attractions, this probably is not what you’d be looking for. We went to the Florida Aquarium, Fort DeSoto, mini golfing, and to Doc Ford’s for dinner. All were between a 20-40 minute drive. Overall, amazing place and tons of fun! Phillip and Kathleen are great hosts!

Overall, a great place to stay! Lily was very kind and responded very quickly. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect distance from the beach. The backyard and pool are amazing. She was able to accommodate 22 of us and it worked out perfectly! I am very happy with how our trip went and would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Diana’s place. She was a super responsive host and addressed all of our requests promptly. The home felt freshly remodeled and cozy. We’d gladly stay here again next time we’re in town.

We had a great stay at Karina’s place. Perfect amount of space for our family of 4 with 2 young adult children. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Loved the closeness to walk to Walmart. Absolutely everything we wanted and needed. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Tampa!

WOW … what a great place to stay. This house feels like home!! It is very tastefully decorated, and it’s well stocked with everything you need - including spices, soaps, pool towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, and even an car vac and air compressor. Their effort to make our stay memorable was appreciated. If we are in the area again … we will be staying here❤️

Cute place! Place was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, and comfortable. Easy to find and in peaceful neighborhood. Perfect for families or groups of 2-4 people. Ashlee was a great host and very responsive. I made the mistake of leaving a small bag behind and she worked with me to get it returned - thanks so much Ashlee I appreciate you!

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink House in Dunedin. The house was clean, well maintained and had a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Location was great, just blocks from downtown with tons of restaurants and breweries to choose Erin Erin was a great host. She was proactive sharing information about the property and check-in. We had a great Spring Break at Cara’s home. My 6 year old loved the mini swimming pool and my dog loved the big back yard. The beds were super comfy and the whole house was spotless! Cara was also a very friendly host and went out of her way to bring us some beach chairs and umbrella to borrow for the beach. Thank you Cara!

The house is clean and private. Nice patio and pool. Dishwasher is good. Rooms are good. The master toilet is little tight to straighten the legs. Hosts are responsive and helpful. House size is kinda small for the high pricing. Maybe it is due to the demand and the hurricane. Overall rating should be 4.5-4.8.

When our crew of 4 arrived at The Big House for our 11 days stay, we were welcomed with messages and very tasty rum cakes. We felt comfortable right away in the house and in the quiet neighbourhood. The Big House is perfectly named. The house is very spacious for 2 couples to feel they have their own space and privacy. The beds are really comfortable and the warm living room has lots of furniture for everyone. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with any utensils or appliances needed to cook wonderful meals. Great to have a laundry area too. Lynne has gone above and beyond providing anything you may need for your stay. Lynne is an excellent communicator. She answered all our messages quickly and kept us in the loop on everything. We took her suggestion to go to PJs Oyster Bar for dinner one night and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We all agree we had a wonderful stay in The Big House. If we are in Largo again, it will be the place we want to be.

Great place, quiet neighborhood. Pool was clean and a comfortable temperature. Aesthetically pleasing home with plenty of space, very comfortable. Close proximity to Indian Rocks beach. Would definitely stay again.!

Paulina was a great host and has a beautiful home. We had a quick hiccup checking in when we first got there, but Paulina responded immediately to work through it with us. The place was very clean and in a great spot. Close to the beaches, but far enough away that you weren’t around all the beach goers the entire time. Overall, an incredible experience!
