Our cottage wasn’t ready when we arrived but Captain Al was very responsive and accommodating! He provided us another cottage in a timely manner and generously took care of our dinner tab while we waited. It was very chilly in Florida during our stay and Captain Al brought us an additional space heater to use during our stay. The location is amazing and the cottages are very unique! We’d definitely come back!

We had a wonderful Christmas at this charming cottage in Dunedin, FL! The home was immaculate, with a cozy yet open living, dining, and kitchen concept that made it perfect for family gatherings. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 clean, modern bathrooms, everyone had plenty of room to relax and unwind. The backyard was a standout feature—spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful retreat, yet we were just minutes away from the vibrant downtown area, filled with great shops, restaurants, and attractions. Went for my daughter's Spring Break and took her friend and my college aged son. We had an amazing time. Great location. Close to beach and stores. Only downfall was one bathroom, but it was also a choice we made going in. Plenty to do at the house and surrounding area. Loved the swim spa. The house was spacious even with the 5 of us staying there!

Anna was extremely helpful and accommodating for our last-minute trip with the kids. Her place was super cute and very clean and well kept and we would be happy to recommend it to friends and family or return ourselves. Thank you so much, Anna!

We had a wonderful stay. Great neighborhood with a park across the street, walkable to the beach, coffee and more. the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The home itself was very clean, cozy and well stocked with everything we needed including great beach gear. The fenced in backyard and hot tub were a great bonus. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for a week with my partner and 2 friends, we had an amazing time. The property is close to shops and a few restaurants. We had an amazing time and we would highly recommend Amy as a host! Answered the few questions we had very quickly and told us exactly what we needed to know. Will deffo stay here again the next time we travel to Florida!

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)

Located a 1 minute walk from the beautiful beach and steps from the Kooky Coconut (absolutely delicious food)!! We flew in and arrived 4 hours before check in. We contacted the host to ask if we could park in the driveway to access the beach and we were allowed early check in! Safe, accessible location. Indian Rocks area is absolutely beautiful and easy access to Dunnedin during Blue Jay Spring Training! The rental is exactly as listed and the hosts are responsive and communicative! Felt like a very safe area to stay in 🩷

Michael’s Citrus Cottage was perfect for our 6 day stay in Dunedin! It had all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I have seen in all the Airbnbs I have been to. The location is perfect also. Less than a 10 min walk to many restaurants, to 7 microbreweries, and many stores to satisfy your shopping itch. I would stay at Michel’s place again should we travel to Dunedin again.

Christopher's place was exactly as it was listed. He met us when we arrived and explained everything . Told us of places in the area, we wished we could have stayed longer as it was quite, comfortable and had a great patio. The nicest thing was the fresh flowers in the kitchen and cream for coffee in the morning. We will try and stay again next year if possible.

If you are looking for a historic, old-school Florida home, this is it. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score is that the hurricane closed most of the shops that make Pass-a-Grille quaint. We were able to support a few local restaurants, and the local traffic was very light. We wouldn’t have changed our trip, but it would have been good to know. It seems like businesses are working hard to get back on their feet. Overall a good experience. I appreciate Lisa’s great responsiveness.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

The cottage was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything you would need such as kitchen necessities, toiletries, extra towels and beach items. The pool was beautiful and even lit up at night. It is a three minute walk to the beach and some of the bars and restaurants. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The host was extremely nice and responsive with everything. We would stay there again. And I loved the free library out front. I left a book in there ☺️If you are thinking about renting this cottage, you definitely should, you won't be disappointed.

Just steps to the beach closer than most places. Room was just as described and very clean our dog felt right at home during our stay. We will consider staying here again when we come back down for vacation!

Martine's cottage was very clean and cute! Just as described. It was perfect for a three night stay. Very quiet. Plenty of street parking. Martine allowed us to check in a little early (which was great due to our arrival time to Clearwater) and met us for check-in. She also provided restaurant and park recommendations for the local area. We would definitely stay here again!

The cottage is really lovely and well located within town. The rooms are large and comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom is modern and super clean and the shower is excellent. As a former Airbnb host I can see that Erin and Bill have carefully thought through all the details necessary for guests to be comfortable.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage. The location to Crystal Beach is great! We loved sitting on the screen porch. The house is just like the pictures. We had everything we needed to spend one month. Joni is a responsive host. We would be happy to stay again.

This place is very close to the beach and walkable to the local stores and restaurants. Beautiful place - had everything we needed! We hope to return again!

Very responsive, went above and beyond!

We really enjoyed our stay, walk to beach, comfortable deck, close access to restaurants and shops. We were a little apprehensive of the circular stairs at first but were no issue at all. Only downside was the spotty Wi-Fi which both Jude and Jenni tried to help with, but it was a Spectrum issue. Both were available and extremely accessible, helpful and friendly.(

The place was very cute. It looked exactly as photographed. Place was closed to all the places we wanted to go. Host was great with communication and we were able to check in early too. Thank you having us and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft in einer guten Lage, wodurch man sowohl den Strand gut erreichen konnte, als auch Malls und andere Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Alles nötige war vorhanden, falls man auch selber kochen möchte und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns super Wohlgefühl! Würden wir aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen!

This was the first time staying in an Airbnb and I highly recommend this property and the management company, 5 stars ⭐️ . The home was just as advertised but better. Home was sparkling clean and I own a cleaning business in Tampa, so that says a lot! It was walkable to the beach, great restaurants and grocery stores. Everything you need for the first day/night to get you started on your getaway. The pool was clean and we loved the beach sand area of the pool area! The host and his associates were very responsive. We look forward to staying at this house or any of the other 29 properties the host has!
