My family and I had a great time during our stay over Christmas and New Year’s as did our furry friends! Back yard was absolutely a great place to spend time catching up on our kids lives and just talking.

I have personally stayed in many many Airbnb's and I can personally say Just stay's place is my absolute favorite yet. The first place I have found that looks even better than the pictures (although the pictures look great). Will 150% be coming back here anytime I visit Charlotte!!

We had a great stay at Cindy’s place. It was spacious and perfect for our weekend trip. Cindy was a great host and communicates quick. I highly recommend this place!

Our host were so helpful and friendly, we had a peaceful place to rest and unwind during our visit. I honestly can't thank them enough for their help with checking in, we arrived earlier than we expected and they were responsive and super helpful after a long drive. I will definitely try to book with them again on out next trip there!!

Rob and Heather were great hosts. The place is exactly as described in the listing. All of their communication was quick and helpful. We stayed a week with our 2 dogs while we were having work done on our home. I appreciated having a desk and monitor in the master since I work remotely. The neighborhood park was great for walking the dogs. We needed to stay an additional night and they were able to accommodate which was greatly appreciated.

Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to freeway. Very friendly neighbors. Asked for later check out and had problem with getting it approved. You might need to bringing simple daily little things like dish soap, air freshener…etc., or make sure to ask if it’s there…

place was as described and how it looked in pictures, house clean and nice with everything you might need for your stay. Brent was quick to respond to any inquire. We took our pups and they enjoyed the fenced backyard. Backyard needs a bit of work, but we are just coming out of the cold season, so I believe it will look nice once it gets warmer and they work out the space. We would definitely be back.

What a wonderful stay we had as a family of 8! Although it rained all weekend, the kiddos and adults enjoyed the provided games, darts and pool table. The owners heated the pool for our stay! The kids loved it. The home is also located an out 15 minutes from the outlets and Top Golf, since it was rainy. We brought our dogs, and they loved running up and down the property. We even saw some deer cross through the fences! Besides the woodpecker waking me up Sunday morning, our stay was amazing. Thank you.

A wonderful space, appointed with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. Comfortable beds, fluffy large towels & very clean. The coffee & snacks were a huge hit!

This studio is located in walking distance to downtown, offers an assigned parking spot in the garage underneath the building, is uncluttered and provides basics for a short comfortable stay.

perfect place to stay! felt safe staying here, as a key fob is needed to access both the parking area & building. check-in & -out instructions were easy to follow. place was immaculately clean! spacious rooms & balcony, overlooking a beautiful, historic cemetery full of paths to walk/exercise. also with the city skyline, esp beautiful at night with the buildings lit up! access to exercise room & pool. neighbors were very friendly. place was very quiet too! host was always responsive when needed. they also left us a bottle of wine which was such a nice welcome! we enjoyed that. Water pressure in showers was perfect, with plenty of large, cozy towels. Even had toiletries available (including the cutest tiny deodorant! lol) Will definitely be staying here again any time I'm in town! We attended events at Spectrum Center & Truist Field, & both were walking distance, which was so nice not to have to worry about parking! oh, & also it was about 5 minutes or less from I-77. fabulous place!

Great place! Really comfortable beds and extra conveniences that made the place a wonderful stay (spice rack, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, and coffee). Edward was really responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. we would happily stay again next time we are in Charlotte

Kristi and Amber are incredible hosts. Not only are they highly communicative, but they do so in a manner that makes you feel as if you are talking to an old friend: comfortable, casual, and caring. The property is located in a cozy, safe neighborhood and so close to the restaurants and new living areas in SouthEnd. We also just loved the mini-oasis located in the fenced in back yard area. We are so fortunate to have been able to even find this gem and for Kristi and Amber’s generous hospitality.

Great spot for a girl's weekend. We spent a day at the Ballantyne Spa and stayed here as it was close by! Easy spot to get food delivered and we had a great time! Beds were comfortable, plenty of plates and utensils for dining in. Polo was very responsive with any questions. We didn't end up using the outside amenities since we were gone most of Saturday, but super cute fire pit!!

We loved our stay and it was exactly what we needed while visiting family in both North Carolina and South Carolina. We really just needed a bed/bath and didn’t take advantage of the other amenities. This place was well marked and easy to access in a quiet neighborhood.

Great spot for 1 or 2 people. Clean, easy to find, super convenient. The space is relaxing and quiet, huge deck for enjoying coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. Everything you need is there!

Loved staying in such a nice clean home with all updated appliances and a "home" feeling in the house. Especially appreciative of it being totally dog-friendly owning 2 large dogs and a small one the fenced in backyard is beautiful, private and secure. Tyler is a very accommodating wonderful host leaving us with everything we could possibly need while staying at his property. Very kind, understanding and it is a pleasure to have met him. He has made our stay a very pleasant experience.

We enjoyed our extended stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Charlotte. The host was very friendly and responsive, and the place was exactly what we needed for the two of us plus our dog.

From start to finish Cate was friendly, helpful and responsive. The location is quiet and peaceful. About 20-30 minutes from several towns so you can find places to eat, but far enough into the country that you feel relaxed and away from things. The bathroom is a little bit of a tight fit, I'm an average sized woman so it didn't bother me but for a larger person it may be uncomfortable. I don't think it is a problem personally, but just something to keep in mind if you prefer a little more elbow room getting ready. The outdoor space was lovely, quiet and peaceful. Cate's house is on the property but I hardly noticed them as they were kind enough to give me plenty of privacy. If you're looking to rest and recharge away from the hustle and bustle this is definitely a great place.

This was an awesome stay! Looked even better than the pictures, plenty of room and super clean. Sunroom and grill was awesome. Thomas was very responsive and friendly to answer all our questions and accommodate requests. Great price too!!

I highly recommend booking this air bnb, the hosts were highly responsive and the house was very clean and able to accommodate up to 7 people comfortably. We managed getting locked out of the house at 2 am and the hosts were so pleasant and responded almost immediately. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to charlotte.
