If you’re looking for a place for the whole group to stay together and have some fun - look no further! The house itself was better in-person than the photos and was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the main level is a great hang out area for everyone. We had so much fun in the game garage and honestly didn’t want to leave. It’s close to proximity to everything, including a great relaxed restaurant on the water next door. Jeremy and Houston were very responsive and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Can’t wait to book another trip soon!

Steve and team were lovely! From Check-in and throughout the stay they were responsive, friendly and kind. Steve and his wife even stopped by after a severe storm to check in on us and make sure we didn't need the generator or any assistance. Perfectly peaceful space for our weekend girl trip. We enjoyed our stay here! It was a little hard to find at first but even though it was right off the road the back yard felt very private. Easy to walk to the beach and around the neighborhood. For two people and a dog it felt very spacious and the outdoor area was very beautiful with all the fall colors. It was a nice area with easy access to the state parks we visited.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The outdoor space is fantastic. The weather did not permit us to use the outdoor space like we would have liked, but the covered outdoor living room with a fireplace was a very cozy space and was a great shelter. The clean smell from the moment you walk through the door until the time you go to sleep with fantastic smelling clean bedding was a great surprise. The house was decorated so cute for St. Patrick’s Day and Easter. There were so many surprises! This was a great space for us and we are already talking about wanting to come back and enjoy it when we would be able to enjoy the lake. Drew and Suzanne put a lot of thought and care into hosting! We highly recommend this house!

Comfortable space. Awesome location! We walked to Lincoln Park zoo and our favorite restaurant, Chicago Pizza and Ovengrinders. It was a fun stay.

My family really enjoyed our stay! Everything looked and felt clean and was generously well stocked with lots of backup towels, blankets, paper towels and toilet paper, and even some toiletries in case you forgot something. I was relieved to find umbrellas in the front hall closet at check in, as we had some heavy rain forecasted for one day. The parking spot was easy to access and so convenient to have! It is a tight alley, though! We loved the neighborhood, lots to eat within walking distance, including a neighborhood Italian ice stand (Annette’s) that was a perfect after dinner treat. Also close to public transit. It really makes you feel like you live in the area for a brief moment in time, a real home away from home. Michael texted a day before to send check in details, during to warn about weather, and on the last night to confirm check out details. Responsive and attentive host; we would love to stay again if in the area!

A great place to stay in Lakeview. We had an event in Wrigleyville and it was very easy to walk there. Cathy was very responsive when needed. Recommended when staying in the area!

This was a beautiful place with an excellent view of Lake Michigan. Both rooms had comfortable beds and setup with everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked, but we mostly ordered Grub Hub, lol. Loved spending time here and great place to hangout and chat with friends. It is right on the water and we really enjoyed watching the waves crash against the barrier. It is on the 2nd floor, but the stairs are not bad at all. Felt very safe and having the parking space is a great perk. Very commutative and checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! Quiet street, very easy check in and out, clean, and lots of space. Great for a family or small group of friends.

The Pines Cottage in Michiana Shores was the perfect escape for my sister and me—a busy Finance Director and Grants Manager—finally pressing pause on juggling responsibilities. Though it was a working vacation, this beautifully curated retreat by Meta Rose allowed us to relax, reconnect, and recharge. The blend of modern amenities with rustic charm made it feel like home, and the kitchen—my domain—was a dream for any home chef, snuggly designed yet perfect for cooking and baking. The serene surroundings and walkability gave us space for reflection and creativity, making our time here truly good for the soul. We can't rave enough about this little slice of joy and will absolutely be back! WARNING - you're going to fall in love all too easily with it!

The house was perfect for what our family needed. It was in a great location, just a short drive from downtown and located in a quiet subdivision.

Kim was very friendly and so easy to work with. She was quick to respond to any questions that we had. The lake house cottage was very clean and exactly as pictured. We will definitely rent with Kim again!

This was our second stay. The place has so much character and the fireplace and masonry heater are splendid in winter. I can just sit in front of the fire all day enjoying it and the view of the channel. Once I am there, it is hard to leave that peace and coziness.
