Traveling solo this trip…. Nothing to fear! Tim was a great host! Always felt safe and at ‘ home’. Guesthouse was clean, quiet neighborhood, and responsive host. Would definitely return

We arrived at night so had a hard time finding the driveway despite perfect directions. The entry and check in instructions were clear. It was early March with still a bit of chill in the air but the space was warm and cozy on arrival. The area was safe and walkable in the day and at night, in spite of our unfamiliarity with Indianapolis! We attended events at Gainbridge Fieldhouse - such an easy walk! - and explored the downtown, Mass Ave, Fletcher Place, and Upper Canal neighborhoods. While we didn’t spend a lot of time in the space, we did use the kitchen for all our breakfasts and even dinner twice. The kitchen area is small but provided everything we needed! This space is great for one or two people traveling for any sporting event downtown. Highly recommend! We also asked Josie and Rob for one area recommendation and they responded quickly and were more than helpful.

The positives: Adam was very hospitable and even cleared snow from the landing pad outside the garage, which was very helpful. The unit was super private and we were able to come and go as we pleased. The garage door was loud but the times the owners were coming and going did not affect us. AND we had our own enclosed parking space that went straight to our unit. Super nice! Overall, I would highly recommend! The unit was super clean and looked just like the pictures. Privacy was key and the coming and going was simple. Great price. Definitely would stay again! Thanks Adam!

The property was clean and comfortable and allowed for easy access. It was as described and was very close to the worksite that our guys were working on. Elise was very easy to contact if you had any questions and was also very friendly and helpful!

I enjoy staying here, the water and the pond keep the overall vibe in this cabin's background very quiet and peaceful, and easy to just hang out either inside or outside. It is really close to campus if you have things to do, and also to the center of bloomington -but because it is just over the 45 (I think?) it has a more isolated/oasis type of energy that is so nice after a long day running around in the town! it's a special place. :)

This place was stocked with anything you may have forgotten. She left us some home made muffins. The place was clean and perfect for us. It was between downtown Plymouth and Culver so lot’s to do and restaurants. Brought our dogs. It worked out well. I will definitely stay again

Tom and Charyl were amazing hosts ! We had open communication throughout our stay and even got a tour upon our arrival. The airbnb was everything as described and more ! The pool was incredible and the airbnb was only a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach. They even had a binder of recommendations available to us of local attractions/things to do. Our expectations were exceeded for this trip, and we can’t wait to come back !

The host is the best experience we’ve ever had with communication! The cottage was extremely clean, nothing over looked. It felt like home! Extremely peaceful! If you are looking to visit Madison but don’t want to stay in town with all the noise, look no further than the Amish cottage! We will 1,000% be back to stay at the cottage!

Carol & Dave are wonderful hosts! I enjoy visiting Chicago, but love that I can disconnect. This little oasis has become my place of tranquility and peace. Carol & Dave have created the perfect, cozy retreat. It's the little things they do such as the personalized Welcome sign, the robes, the heat or ac being on, remembering I like 1/2 & 1/2 for my coffee, leaving snacks like kind bars , a freshly baked coffee cake to make our stay that much more homey & pleasant, to checking in to see if we need anything. I can't express how truly wonderful they are. You need to experience their wonderful hospitality to truly appreciate what amazing hosts they are! I'm looking forward to my next stay in 2025. Nicole and Chris's place is the cutest! It is a beautiful space with natural light and full of lovely plants! We had what we needed in the kitchen, and there's books and games for hanging out too! You can tell much thought went into making it perfect! Sadly, we only stayed one night, we didn't want to leave. We'll definitely try to stay again when we're in Fort Wayne next time.

I had a great stay at the hillside hideaway. The cabin is small but cozy and had everything we needed. 10 beds and the best couch ever. I would recommend. Gloria was a great host that reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and found the place alright. Full kitchen to make meals was awsome. My only issue was that the shower water had a tough smell of sulfur, which was unpleasant.

The touches of elegance that Logan and Kerry have added to their Airbnb put this stay a step above many others. In particular I loved having the gift basket with fuzzy socks!

I flew into town to scope out Indy for my family. We are moving here & I decided to stay at Jonathan’s! Just do it! It was so cute, the entire place was spotless, the cute, college town feel this area had because of the architecture, college flags flying, and renovations of the homes surrounding was a total vibe. If I needed to come back, I wouldn’t even look elsewhere, I’d just stay here again 😂

This was our second time booking this property which ended up being a longer stay. Kelly and George are great hosts who were attentive and easy to communicate with. The place is very comfortable, very clean, very quiet and has everything you need for both a short term and long term stay. It’s within walking distance of the charming downtown area with great restaurants, cute boutiques, a gourmet market and coffee houses. I highly recommend booking this place if ever in the Valpo area!

Perfect for a one night stay! Wanted to be close to the children’s museum so the location was great. Jennifer was even able to get us in a little early to accommodate our son’s nap time. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed at the Carriage House for one night and it is exactly as pictured and perfectly clean! Check in was easy, the host was very responsive, and I wish we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed our stay and certainly plan to visit again in the not so distant future. highly recommend! Great location too

We arrived late at night on our way up north with no issues and found Loree very prompt and accommodating even though she was traveling at the time. The property is beautiful and despite its close proximity to downtown Indianapolis, did not feel so and was very peaceful and had lovely trees and ambiance. The place was perfect for us and we got the rest we needed before continuing our journey, we loved the decor, bathtub, and bed was very comfy. Would recommend to anyone!

This is my second stay at Nicole’s in the past couple of months. It now feels like home to me. She is so kind and helped me out with an early check in. Wonderful conversation with her. The best couch of anywhere I have stayed. The historic neighborhood is great to walk in if you have never been in the area. I highly recommended this great carriage house to all who are coming to Indy.

2nd time staying here when visiting downtown. it checks the boxes off. only issue is delivery since its located in an ally between 2 streets or uber findinf us. however, we like it enough to book a 2nd time and will again in the future.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. My teenage son and I stayed for 4 nights while he had a swim meet at IUI. The place was exactly as described and very nicely appointed. Pros: -Immaculately clean -Very comfortable bedding and quality towels -Well supplied kitchen (including coffee!) -Hosts were super communicative, helpful, and responsive Slight cons: -Small shower, especially for my 6’2” son -Futon bed is suitable only for a child or small person. It was decent for a futon but anyone over 5’2” would find it too short. -Space is very bright at night due to outside lights; sleeping masks were provided but light blocking window coverings would be appreciated.

Very clean, comfortable place in a quiet location close to many stores and restaurants. Dana greeted me when I arrived and was very friendly. The space smelled great, bed was very comfy, and it's the perfect size for 1-2 people. I mainly just needed a peaceful place to relax and sleep in between visiting my mom at the hospital, and Dana's place was absolutely perfect for that. Very tastefully decorated too. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay! Thankful to have a washer and dryer available. Also appreciated the extras when we realized I forgot conditioner. Comfortable and would stay again.
