The house is in a quite neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Rachel was very prompt in answering questions.

Cute house with a good location that makes it accessible to a lot of areas. The neighborhood houses are run down and old, but it was safe and friendly. We walked around a lot and it served us well for our needs.

David's place was fantastic! It was in a beautiful neighborhood, the house was very clean and tidy, and we were a short drive from anything we wanted to do. David was very responsive when messaging about our check-in and check-out, and felt like if we needed anything, he would have jumped right on it. Would definitely stay here again!!

The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.The kitchen was fully stocked, and I loved having the option to cook meals or just enjoy a cup of coffee in the cozy dining area. The living room was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. overall everything was soo good... i wish i wanna stay again in this house... thank you

The Clubhouse is a beautiful home and extremely well-managed. Our host, Karen, was awesome and answered any questions very quickly. The home itself is so inviting and it was easy to feel right at home. All of the light switches and cabinets are labeled so it is stress free finding your way around, whether in the kitchen, game room, or pool area. The family thoroughly enjoyed the lap pool...there were floatation devices available and also pool toys for the children. Safety is their first concern, with locks on the pool doors that children could not reach! The kitchen is very well equipped, with plenty of dishes, utensils, spices, and really nice cookware. The availability of sports equipment (tennis, pickleball, basketball, et cetera was a big plus for us and we enjoyed all of the outdoor activities. There is also a hot tub and a sauna and both were well maintained, clean and inviting. We appreciated the nice gift basket and baked goods too! We had a great stay! Would recommend highly!

Perfect private place for a family to stay while visiting the children’s museum downtown. Price is just right and the host was very responsive and friendly. Neighborhood felt very safe. Would stay again.

The inside is nice clean space

Plenty of space, nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. You can tell the owners take pride in their home/space. Clear communication from hosts. Would recommend. A++

we stayed overnight and the location could not have been any more perfect for the event I was attending. The instructions were clear and they were proactive about making sure you understood them. Unit was clean and as pictured. There are numerous walkable sites nearby. I would definitely consider staying again.

Highly recommend Dave's place! It was the perfect location for us. It was very clean. Check-in was easy. There was plenty of hot water for two people to take showers. The bed was a little too soft for our aging backs, but still comfortable with good linens. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Not far from the airport.

The private parking was fantastic and Samantha gave great instructions on how to get there.

Had a great visit and really enjoyed our beautiful accommodations. Very clean and hosts were extremely responsive. Lots of little things made it feel like home. Loved the eyeglass and make-up wipes! Bed was extremely comfortable and linens were great. The fluffy towels were awesome too after a shower. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and really appreciated having a garage for our vehicle! We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Indianapolis.

Dr. Eric's place was great! When we arrived, he had clear instructions on how to retrieve the key and check in. The place was clean too. He provides great additional amenities: Snacks, waters, oatmeal, soup, extra blankets and more. I really appreciated the comfort the place provided for the weekend. It is in a great location too. Downtown is nearby so you can walk or drive to delicious restaurants or grocery stores. The canal and walkway is right next to the building. We were able to access it, and our son loved the nearby playground. We really enjoyed our stay!

Was very helpful and responsive and reached out to check on us if we had any questions or needed anything. Very nice to let us check in early as well. Would definitely recommend!!

This place is beautiful and spacious, Joanne is friendly and helpful (and sometimes downstairs at the chocolate shop), and flexible. Highly recommended, especially if you need access to Carmel.

Such a wonderful place! James made communications extremely easy, and he was just a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Also, the location is great, the beds are nice and firm (which I prefer when I can’t have my own bed), the unit is bright and sunny, and the tall ceilings make everything feel even more spacious than it already is. I would definitely like to come back at some point.

The pictures look like they’re trying to make the place look bigger, but in reality it was very large space and had nice 2 full bathrooms, and was close to restaurants, groceries and other establishments. We’d stay here again.

The place was great! Super cute and easy to get to all the downtown sites. Street parking outside was always available and convenient Mexican Restaurant right across the street. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Indianapolis. Thank you!

Nice area, within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Condo was very nice. Definitely a great place to stay near downtown Indianapolis!

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

Deborah’s place was amazing, so cozy for a couple of nights with my mom and I in Broad Ripple. Location was very easily drivable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Deborah was super communicative and it’s clear she puts a lot of thought into furnishing the space to make it comfortable
