Absolutely lovely property! Everything felt brand new and spotlessly clean. Well equipped, with everything you need to feel comfortable. We appreciated the nice quality linens and pillows. Beautifully constructed. We had a couple of questions, and Mark was very responsive and accommodating. It is easy walking distance into town, with a great bagel and coffee shop just up the street. Nice not to have to deal with parking to get to the shops and cafes. There is a tight, spiral staircase to get upstairs and low doorframes into the bedrooms, if that is a concern (we now understand the "Hobbit" House reference ). But my husband is 6'2" and he loved the house, and did not mind watching his head. The ceilings in the rooms are vaulted and gorgeous. 100% would recommend the stay!

David’s place is even better than the photos. Charming, FULLY stocked with kitchen supplies, roomy and well cared for. We enjoyed using the fireplace and cooking in the kitchen, which has anything you could need, including spices.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay here! We were displaced due to the Eaton Fire, and from the moment we arrived, our hosts made us feel truly cared for. Check-in was an incredible experience—we were graciously given complimentary early arrival, and they took the time to personally walk us through the beautiful home, ensuring we had everything we needed. This amazing hospitality continued through our whole stay. The property itself is a dream. Immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The layout was perfect for us, especially since we both had to work—the bedrooms being on opposite ends of the house gave us the privacy we needed. Speaking of privacy, the entire space felt like a peaceful retreat, tucked away yet so thoughtfully designed for relaxation. We’d return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay. Thank you for your hospitality—it meant the world to us during a difficult time!

Our stay at Robin's Nest was absolutely wonderful! The cabin is well decorated and has a cozy mountain feel to it. The view is incredible; words cannot describe how breathtaking the view is. There is plenty of outside, comfortable furniture to sit on the back deck and enjoy the view. There are two rockers on the front porch which were perfect to enjoy morning coffee. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of extra blankets if needed. The linens in the bathrooms were fresh and clean and were plentiful for our family of five. We only left the cabin once in our three day stay because we had everything we needed. The fenced backyard was large enough for snow play! We even enjoyed the hammock in the winter! The kitchen is large and well equipped; we made all of our meals with ease. The host provided a welcome basket with waters, snacks, local maps, and a bottle of wine. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Big Bear!

Beautifully designed and furnished home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Every need was anticipated. We did not cook or use the pool, but the kitchen was furnished with upscale appliances and kitchenware, and the yard and pool were beautifully designed and well maintained. The place was immaculate. We look forward to returning in the future.

Can’t say enough about how beautiful and cozy this house was. Felt so peaceful to be there and our family loved it, we all had such a comfortable and amazing time it felt just like home. There is a zoo about 3 mins away from the house which is amazing when you go with kids, everything was pretty close to the house, restaurants, stores, etc.. the beds were really comfortable and warm. William answer all my questions really fast. Butch the guy that greeted us was really nice and gave us a tour to the house and explained everything to us.. I can go on and on about the amazing experience we had… definitely 10 out of 10 so glad we pick this house.

Greg’s place was a great last minute stay! It was Percy for me and my girlfriend. The home decor was very quaint and inviting. Felt right at home. Got a perfect amount of snow while we were there. The gas fireplace was clutch to help get the wood burning. Would definitely stay here again. Also there was a nice trail a couple block north of the property with great views.

Nino‘s place was just like being home. The kitchen was superbly stocked. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The Mountain View is the best part of waking up!!

Easy check-in, quiet, nice pool and beds were super comfy, also the shuttle service that partners with the resort for festivals was great, absolutely recommend

A great Airbnb! Everything was perfect but what really stood out was the location. Super close to some great restaurants (can walk there) and it was nice and quiet. For a light sleeper like me it was so nice to not have cars going by or people outside. Inside was exactly as shown and described. Sofa bed wasn’t lumpy or springy. Hosts are extremely nice and responsive.

Bryan is a fantastic host and highly responsive when answering questions about his place and activities in Big Bear. The house is just a 5-minute walk from Snow Summit, making it incredibly convenient for skiing or snowboarding. I would definitely stay here again!"

Great location if you're looking for quite and relaxing getaway, the host are great to work with, friendly and easy to get a hold of.

My wife and I were very happy with this cozy stay. It was even better than we imagined from the photos. This was a perfect location for our weekend getaway in a peaceful with with many restaurants, local shops, and hikes nearby. The bed was comfortable, the living room was cozy with a nice TV to watch shows or movies on, and the little kitchen was convenient for reheating my leftovers. The place is also easy to find and there is dedicated parking right by the door. The hosts were very responsive and polite. We would stay here again.

Great host! Had some extra charges for the property that felt unnecessary but it was quant and was good for what I was looking for. Great little spot to relax and do nothing for the weekend!

Best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb I've rented! House is laid out nicely, pool and hot tub clean as well as furniture, kitchen, baths, bedrooms. Highly recommend, the photos don't do it justice! Thank you Nadia:)

The perfect location! Relaxing and easy trip from start to finish. There was always great communication and we had everything we needed and more. Taking the bikes out for a ride around the neighborhood was a great way to check out all the mountain views and beautiful trees. Highly recommend and hope to return!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Bianca & Clint’s. The home/outdoor space are beautiful and full of amenities. A convenient walk to the shops in JT, and just a few minutes drive to the park.

Great place with a super view, convenient pool and hot tub close to the tennis, Pickleball and spa. Short walk main resort lobby & restaurants. We love it.

We loved our stay at Karen & Nick’s place. We had three generations stay and there was something for everyone to enjoy. It was very well equipped and comfortable and is located in a peaceful neighborhood within a short walk of some local trails and a short (20 minute) drive to downtown Palm Springs. Karen & Nick were very responsive and accommodating although we didn’t really need them for much as they had clearly already thought of everything in advance, making our stay effortless and issue free. Highly recommended.
