So quiet -- delightful. Near the Friendly Hills for hiking. Comfy bed, nice place, with a beautiful shower and bathroom. Nelson was responsive to our needs. Easy access, too, and good communication.

This place was the perfect getaway for Valentines Weekend. Chris was a great host, proactive in making it a great stay for us, catering to our preferred beverages and providing a lovely snack. Chris was responsive and helpful in his directions and how to get inside. I would not hesitate to stay again!

Christy made everything very easy. She gave clear instructions and we were able to find it in the dark. She has a very easy to see sign at the end of the driveway. Everything you could possibly need is there. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but she has all the seasonings and tools you would need to prepare meals. The Guesthouse is very comfortable and welcoming. The patio is amazing with a fire pit and hot tub! You will love your stay. We hope to be able to visit again.

Review of Terry & Alex’s Airbnb This was my third solo Airbnb stay, opting for my own place during annual trips with friends for better sleep and accommodations. Terry & Alex’s place tops the list. Their clear communication made check-in and check-out easy. The Casita was spotless, with a lovely color scheme. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the numerous water bottles and muffins. The Casita handbook was comprehensive and easy to read, with pictures. I did not need to contact Terry or Alex after checking in. The shower head had a digital temperature display that I found cool. There were plenty of soft, high-quality towels. The location was ideal, near my event. My only regret is not having had more time to explore Indian Palms. I highly recommend Terry & Alex's place for its cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful touches. I look forward to returning and exploring more.

Such a cute guest house. Felt super peaceful even with the high winds during our stay. The hot tub was perfect. Loved waking up at dawn to have some yummy coffee in the back yard seating area. Everything was great.

Probably one of the cleanest most comfortable AirBnBs experienced. Bathroom was simple but beautiful. Room is small but comfortable sleep. Gate is on the other street. Unfortunately neighbor’s wall had fallen in probably a freak accident so lacking privacy there. Also couldn’t get the jacuzzi super hot, but we didn’t bother to ask how to change it. Great location. Clear instructions. Loved the putting green.

This was one of the best Airbnb places we’ve stayed. It’s obvious that the hosts put a lot of thought and resources into furnishing this space in a very classy and comfortable way. The fixtures, linens, towels, pool, hot tub, sound system, TVs, stocked frig, laundry, etc. were top notch and organized in a way that made 400 sq ft not feel small. Hosts were very accommodating, communicative, and quick to respond to questions. Restaurants, hiking, and Indian Wells Tennis are not walkable, but a short drive away. Highly recommend this one!

Ashley's high desert cabin is one of the most lovely places I have ever stayed at! The natural surroundings are stunning and the cabin itself is beautifully designed. The space was very clean and we had everything we needed. My husband and I especially enjoyed the outdoor wood-fired tub and waking up to the sounds of birds and wildlife. The donkeys and chickens were fun to visit with as well. This is the perfect place to stay for 1-2 people who want to visit the high desert and enjoy a more remote location in nature.

Jonnie, was very responsive and accommodating. Most nice hotels were booked. We were grateful to find Jonnie’s listing priced reasonably for the situation. We had a very comfortable stay. Please take note in driving instructions, guard house is off of Monroe & Country Club .

We had a great stay here. Check-in was very easy. The place was cozy and well-equipped. It was less than 15 min drive to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and in a quiet neighborhood. Close by to many restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again

Guesthouse is beautiful, clean and stocked with little details in case you forgot something. Private patio area with fire pit and amazing clear skies and star gazing. Great area to hike, rest or catch live music. Danka is an A+ host. Very responsive, full of local recommendations and just a lovely person. I will definitely stay here again!

We spent four nights at the Retro Casita--it was great! Everything was as described in the listing. Laurent and Tatiana were totally awesome to work with from beginning to end. The property was super--casita, pool, hot tub, patio, and it was very secure. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and very convenient to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. The location was super to use as a base camp to experience everything to do in the greater Palm Desert/Palm Springs/Indio area. We got to do so many things in four days because of the central location of the Casita. I would definitely book this unit again upon returning to the area. It was very much a great bargain all the way around, and Laurent and Tatiana topped it off with their super helpfulness and recommendations for every facet of our stay---food, fun and informative sightseeing. We highly recommend staying at their Casita!

wonderful home base for exploring Joshua Tree National Park! The hot tub was nice. We really appreciated that there wasn't a long list of check out tasks like taking out the garbage.

Pool house is so much more than it’s history and comfort! Beautiful plantings, a mockingbird with a repertoire beyond compare and relaxing, private outdoor spaces. Kitchen equipped with everything and , when I asked if he might have a slow cooker, it appeared instantaneously! I was encouraged to “ask for anything else, we have it” Robert and Jeffrey perfect hosts! They are almost immediately available if you have a question , but seemingly invisible when you don’t ! Street in back of house is quiet, with almost no traffic , has sidewalks along beautifully landscaped homes …perfect for walking with our pups. Ruth Hardy Park a 10 minute walk, lovely.! Yard is fenced securely for even our small dogs to be safe to wander and sniff. We never had to worry about them escaping! Just a wonderful place, hosted by gracious people! Sad to have to leave. Many thanks!

Nelson and Ramon's place was perfect for our two-day stay in Palm Springs: located really close to downtown in beautiful surroundings, lovely little cottage and pool area, super comfortable bed, pristine bathroom and equipped with what we needed. Nelson and Ramon were friendly and responsive. We would definitely recommend staying there.

I loved staying here. I stayed 2 weeks. Everything was comfortable and homey. - the bed, the sofa, the shower. It was quiet. Heat worked very well on a couple of cold winter nights. Secure place including for the car. Hosts were super nice, I met them briefly when they came to address a plumbing problem which arose after a few days. They took care of it immediately. Location is about 20 minutes drive from central Palm Springs. A lot of retail is nearby, within 10 minutes drive. I hope to stay again sometime.

This is a wonderful place to stay outside Desert Hot Springs. You’re a short drive from PSP but far enough away you forget you’re close to a large city. We loved the binder and books of the local recommended restaurants and parks. Having various activities available at the airbnb made it so easy to relax. You won’t be bored during your stay. We happened to be there while the plant nursery was open and enjoyed the knowledge Lisha shared with us on local flora. We will be back if we ever find ourselves in the region again.

This little guest house exceeded our expectations. Full kitchen, nice living room area with TV, and a comfortable bed. Bathroom has a walk in shower. Even has a one car garage with direct access. The guesthouse adjoins the backyard of this home with an nice pool and spa. Plenty of privacy. Marilynn was very accommodating. The public park with pickleball is just a block away. Old Town is a bit of a hike, but doable if you are inclined.

Fantastic place to stay, especially in winter so close to Joshua Tree. The night sky was absolutely a highlight and it was so clear from our Airbnb!

Amazing! Me and my husband loved staying here. It was super easy to get inside the building and had everything that we needed with plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bedroom was so comfy with plenty of extra blankets that we appreciated. I enjoyed the fact that there was a washer and dryer in the unit along with laundry detergent and fabric softener. It was an amazing stay!

This was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway! Location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do and the mini golf and horse shoe in the yard was great for the mornings
