Spacious, conveniently located, good city views and a fair price. Appreciated the fast communication and help provided by the host. This is great if you have 4-6 people staying together and need a nice place to stay. Also washing machine, dryer, fridge and kitchen was handy for day to day living.

Très joli logement avec une belle piscine. La commun est fluide avec l’hôte et en cas de soucis l’équipe intervient rapidement. Le logement est propre et un ménage est proposé durant la semaine, c’est super. Attention: soyez vigilant lors de votre réservation car dans ce logement vous devez payer votre électricité consommée à la fin de votre séjour. Il faut juste le savoir. L’environnement est calme est verdoyant avec vue sur le levé du soleil. Très agréable nous reviendrons

I really enjoyed it! The place has so much character, it’s great value for money, walkable distance from really cool cafes, coworkings and bars. The owner is friendly, the cats are cute, and there are free snacks in the shared kitchen. It’s a container structure so don’t expect a great sound insulation between rooms, but that’s obvious in this kind of accommodation. If I come to Chiang Mai again, I will book it again 👍

Heerlijk appartement. Schoon en heel ruim. Fijnste douche in Thailand. Noke was super aardig en we konden al eerder de tassen afgeven zodat we de stad al in konden. Zeker aan te raden om hier te verblijven.

Un logement très lumineux dans un quartier authentique, et un immeuble calme. Des produits (notamment fruits et légumes) frais, des petits restaurants (pho et banh mi) . Des habitants accueillants. Un lac à 100 m pour se promener. Si je reviens à Hanoï ce sera dans ce quartier assurément ! Une Hôte ( Nguyen) très gentille, serviable. Merci pour tout .

公寓的位置特别好，过了马路就是卡伦海滩。在房间的阳台上就能看到海滩。 公寓楼下有漂亮的泳池，孩子们非常喜欢。周围便利店餐馆也非常多。 公寓里面可以做饭，电磁灶、微波炉、烤面包机还有餐具都很齐全，早上煎个鸡蛋烤个面包热个牛奶很方面。 热水和水压也都很好，洗澡很舒服。 房东人也很好，礼貌热情，响应速度快。还准备了迎接水果和小零食，中间有点小问题也都很及时的解决掉了。 唯一的问题就是因为临着马路，会有一些噪音，对噪音敏感的人需要谨慎一些。

The place was very beautiful and upto our expectations, very well maintained, clean, neat and tidy. All the amenities were amazing. The garden is also well kept. The host is very cooperative and helpful and also got a scooter included. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to other guests 😁

This house was absolutely amazing! We had a great stay, and I would definitely recommend Siya’s place. The pool was amazing, the house was spotless, and she was very helpful with directions and airport pick up.

Me and my family spent 1,5 months in this wonderful place. We loved everything about it and enjoyed our stay. The house is big, nice and cozy, Thai style. You have everything you may need: washing machine, vacuum, toaster and aero grill, everything you need for cooking and having meals. The beds are comfortable. There are a lot of place of storage and hangers. There is even a hot tube in one of the bathrooms. We also had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. The owner is easy to get along with, very helpful and nice. The house is located in a private territory. It is not a touristic area and we enjoyed it. There is a local food market just nearby and a lot of cafes, bars, shops and massage salons. We rented a car and was driving to bang Sare for the sea (which is better than in Pattaya and just 20 minutes away from the house). The owner helped us to find a rental with reasonable prices. There is nothing I can complaint about. It is 10 stars out of 5!

We had a wonderful experience here. 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 squeaky clean bathrooms, amazing, shady private pool and great facilities (kitchen, laundry, etc) Aree and Krisana were incredibly welcoming, helpful and proactive in helping us to get around, providing a free return lift to and from the Ao Nang beaches. They were very gracious hosts and communicated clearly and promptly when we needed advice. Local area was quiet, but walking distance to great restaurants, and a convenience store only a 2min walk away. Lots of friendly neighbourhood cats basking in the sun on the driveway outside, friendly neighbours and a beautiful part of the world. Thank you Aree and Krisana for having us. I hope to return again someday!

As two digital nomads staying for three weeks, this apartment was perfect for both work and leisure. Just a 3-minute walk to BTS Udom Suk, it offers quick access to central Bangkok while being in a quiet, safe area with plenty of restaurants, street food, and a great 7-Eleven next door. For work, there are two co-working spaces nearby, and True Digital Par, a great spot with nice eateries and 2 hours of free WiFi in the educational zone, is within walking distance. Several gyms are also close by. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for long stays, with multiple pillow options for a good night's sleep. Highly recommended for digital nomads or long/short-term travelers looking for a well-connected, hassle-free stay in Bangkok. Thanks!

Elle’s place was stunning and in such a great area of town. There were shops and restaurants within a minute of walking and the beach was very close. It was a very nice space to come back to at the end of the day.

Das Zimmer ist der Wahnsinn! Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und ich wäre zu gern länger geblieben! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Anlage ist makellos und edel. Die Gegend eher ruhiger. Die dachterasse mit dem infinitiypool bietet die schönste Aussicht die ich bisher genießen durfte! Ich liebe diese Wohnung werde aufjedenfall wieder dort sein! Danke!🥰

Beautiful unit located in a great area, countless of things to do in the neighborhood. The unit itself matches the description 100%. And Noey always responds fairly quickly with any request u might have. Overall, a superb experience

James had thought of everything in the apartment. Very well equipped and clean. He was a very attentive host and had lots of suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Location was fabulous - direct access to a beach which was ostensibly private. 2minutes walk to the sea food restaurants one way and a 5 minute drive to a great beach bar the other way (could easily be walked during the day but involved up then down which we didn’t want to do in the dark.) Would definitely return to this apartment and recommend to friends.

The apartment is located in a very central location which left me spoiled for options to eat and go out at night. There is a 7/11, Villa Market and place to have laundry done all within a few minutes walk. The apartment is a corner unit so the bedroom doesn’t share a wall with neighbors providing a very quiet place to sleep. The apartment complex has a huge pool, sauna and two gyms. Provided inside the apartment is fast internet, comfy bed with European style mattress and two large TVs. The apartment was spotless upon check in and was cleaned once per week. Communication with Ovi was excellent throughout my month long stay. I would highly recommended this accommodation and this will be my #1 spot to rent in Pattaya next time I visit. I just hope it’s available.
