Surprise, surprise - We booked it again, even when the price was increased :) So , have the opportunity to have a second opinion: This is not a regular Airbnb stay - it is actually more like a home stay. It is clean, quiet and spacious (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with toilets) new apartment. Everything is nearby: convenient shops are near the entrance, bank and ATM is 3 minutes away, even a quality Dong Hair Salon is 2 minutes away. The time there goes fast, so better book quickly and for few weeks. There is a small bonus - a drinking water (triple filtered) tap :) This is an absolute gem, not only in Haiphong, but compared to many other stays. It may also turn you into a returning customer ! Looking forward for my third stay :)

j'ai vraiment aimé le condo et l'emplacement tout a proximité : 7/11 resto plage commerces marchand de fruit ambulants et quartier très calme!!! je reste d'ailleurs un mois de plus mais hélas pas chez Siriya juste au dessus même bâtiment. je recommande vivement ce condo . merci Siriya pour votre sympathie et votre disponibilité bravo

Excellent apartment, very spacious, comfortable furniture and bed. Balcony was small, but plenty of room for two chairs and the table. Fabulous view from the balcony and the bedroom, waking up to the beautiful sunrise. Lots of storage space in the bedroom. Kitchen was equipped sufficiently for us. Big fridge freezer was very useful. Bathroom was a good size, with decent shower cubicle. Beautiful pool, staff on security very friendly. Plenty of launderettes and great variety of restaurants nearby. Large Tesco/Lotus in Market Village shopping mall about 7mins walk.

We had a wonderful time at Nhan's. The room was modern, clean, and the bed was very comfortable (for us, the most comfortable bed of our trip to Vietnam, and both two bedrooms are big size.). We felt very comfortable from the start, and Nhan was a super host who responded to all our requests. The location is great, it's so close to the beach. We highly recommend this place and would book again anytime!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gut gelegen. Toller Pool und Balkon. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

We stayed as a family with two kids. The area is really quiet and relaxing. The beach view and sunset is amazing. The accommodation is as described. Nata and Miss Tumm took immediate action when the washing machine got broken. They replaced it the next morning. If you are looking for a relaxing place this is what you need to book.

Thanks to Chichaya, I just had the most amazing and wonderful stay of my entire life with my beloved family. The home is incredible, big, spacious and clean. We really wanted to stay longer but have to go back because of work. But for sure will be back. Loved the people working there, the gym especially the sauna. Going to miss my Sauna 🙏😇❤️‍🔥

The apartment has got incredible view from the balcony. The place has Netflix with huge Tv. The hosts are incredible souls who helped is with train and bus booking advices. Highly responsive for any need we had There is constant breeze that comes in the apartment, we did not wanted to leave the room to go out. Thankyou again for hosting us ❤️

Alles so wie beschrieben. Immer erreichbar gewesen. Check in etwas umständlich weil man ohne die Karte nicht rein kam. Nachdem wir die Karte hatten war alles ok. Sehr netter immer hilfreicher Kontakt. Gerne wieder. lg Andreas

We had a wonderful trip staying at Tri’s apartment. He is by far the most friendly and supportive host we’ve ever met, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment was exactly like the photos—cozy, spacious, and spotless. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily get anywhere we wanted. Whether it was sightseeing, dining, or shopping, everything was convenient and accessible. Despite being so central, the neighborhood was peaceful, which made it even better. Tri’s hospitality and the wonderful apartment made our trip truly memorable. We can’t recommend it enough and would love to come back someday!

The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip. Мы прожили месяц в этой квартире и очень довольны тем, как все прошло. В квартире было чисто, был отличный интернет. Наличие стиральной машины было большим плюсом для нас. В целом, в квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Нам не хватило полотенца для рук в ванной и коврика на выходе из душа (докупали сами). В остальном все прекрасно. Расположение нам понравилось, поскольку мы много работали дома и в коворкинге кондоминиума. Рядом огромный торговый центр со всеми магазинами и развлечениями, что так же было очень удобно. Сам кондоминиум очень чистый, спокойный, с хорошим бассейном (хоть и прохладным) и отличным спортивным залом. Хозяин своевременно отвечал на вопросы и был на связи. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова 😌

Totally value for money! I absolutely recommend. Was travelling with my siblings and needed something in a quiet neighborhood, Roya’s accommodation matched our needs. The resort is gated and easy to access, however you need a taxi to go back and forth to the centre as it is not a walkable distance but it’s not much of an issue as it is not a long distance by car and doesn’t cost much. The resort also has a private supermarket, gym, nail bar. Will totally book again. Roya is responsive, kind and very helpful. The apartment was clean and it is perfect for 2 persons although we were 3.

Thank you Graham! It was amazing. If you stay here, make sure you venture out to both, the left and right of Airbnb. We kept going to the right outside of our unit not think much would be to the left. Of course, on the last day I went to the left and found a really nice beach, more resort like beach town, a little more tranquil and relaxed. You’ve got the best of both worlds. Shami’s condo was exactly as mentioned in the listing. She was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checkin and check out. The place is on 34th floor and offers amazing views of the roads below, both from the room and the utility area. All equipment’s worked as expected. 7-11 on the ground floor was an added advantage which eased out stay. However, the room felt a bit smaller than what I’d expected. The place is at a junction of busy roads and wouldn’t recommend for tourists who are not used to Bangkok, esp given public transport would be some mins away to take you to CBD area.

Really nice views from this room. Easy entry to the pool. Host is always accommodating.

The condo is beautiful. Great view of the city, 7-Eleven inside the building.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location is safe and extremely well-connected, with a bus stop right below the building that provides direct access to MBK Mall (about an hour away) and other central attractions we wanted to explore. The surrounding area, premises, and building security were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Our main reason for staying here was its proximity to a nearby badminton training facility, and it served the purpose perfectly. When we had free time, sightseeing was also easy and convenient. A major bonus was the convenience of having a KFC and Big C supermarket just across the road, which made grabbing meals and essentials hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for our needs, and I’d recommend it for both leisure and practical purposes.

Have had a wonderful week in this nice apartment. The house is an eye-catcher in the city with a central location. Fantastic with a huge pool. The apartment is not large but has everything you need. Practical with its own washing machine with dryer. A highlight was standing on the roof terrace on New Year's Eve and watching fireworks over the whole city. Car was safe at a high security parking.
