Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

The place was lovely and had everything we needed. We were offered a free clean and sheet change which could be arranged at our convenience. The location was also great with a car park if you were hiring a vehicle. Loved it. Quiet but also close enough to the hustle and bustle of Vietnam

This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

Host Ngan was incredibly responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was even more stunning in person than in the photos. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting

The check-in process was clear and quick. The host was very responsive. The accommodation matched the photos perfectly. The apartment was very clean and quiet, despite some construction work outside. The gym is a bit dated, but it doesn’t matter as it is fully functional. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful. Located in the heart of BKK1, you’ll find everything you need nearby: restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets. There is also a market close by. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Joey hat immer blitzschnell geantwortet. Der Checkin war super unkompliziert und dank des Codes für die Tür, mussten weder Schlüssel, noch Karte rumgetragen werden. Die Anlage ist wirklich schön, viele Grünflächen, was mir persönlich sehr gefallen hat und sie verfügt über einen tollen Pool und auch ein Fitnessstudio. Es war sehr ruhig und nichts hat meinen Schlaf gestört. Auch der checkout verlief reibungslos. Vielen Dank Joey 🙏

Title: Absolutely Perfect Stay! We had an incredible experience staying at Hoa’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The space itself was immaculate—clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, television setup was great and open floor space made us feel right at home. I can’t recommend this place enough! Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, this Airbnb is a gem. I’d definitely stay here again.

Wir haben uns in der Villa sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war natürlich das absolute Highlight. Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und kein Auto und keinen Roller gehabt. Das nächste Restaurant (Italiener) war ca. in 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar, für thailändische Verhältnisse aber eher hohe Preise. Mit Kleinkind war der Weg dorthin etwas ungünstig, auch die Straßen in der Nähe hatten keine wirklichen Fußwege. Das war aber nicht wirklich ein Problem, denn alles, was man sich wünscht, sowohl tägliche Einkäufe als auch Essen haben wir günstig über die App Foodpanda bestellt. Wer Ausflüge machen will, wird ja direkt von der Villa abgeholt und zum Fishermans Village kann man mit dem Taxi fahren. Wer die Insel erkunden und selbst einkaufen gehen will, sollte sich aber ein Auto mieten. Einmal die Woche kamen Reinigungskäfte für das Haus und den Pool. Jean Christophe war immer für uns erreichbar. Einfach top, danke! Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

This small house had a cosy, warm, clean and mediative feeling. Perfect for two people to share. You are surrounded by greenery and natural materials. Somporn lives next door with her family, dog and cat who are very well behaved and do not bother you at all. You can wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise from bed, bird watch, reflect and relax. The lake view is also a very lovely feature. There wasn't much of a walk to do in the area, or anything else really if you don't have transport so it is a place that allows little activity. We would've enjoyed this house a lot more if the house wasn't on the main road. The road noise is intrusive and sometimes there were street vendors right outside the door making noise. Somporn was a very communicative, helpful and respectful host and was always available to help. I really recommend to order from the local farm shop advertised, receiving the produce really made our stay a lot more interesting and the produce was great.

Overall its a very good homestay, nice and clean. Natcha did preserve the place well. The only challenge is that I am driving 8 seater MPV, and we found that the parking space is quite tight. Anyway, thanks for providing us the space to stay during our visit to Songkhla and Hatyai

The location is perfect, and it is very easy to go anywhere. It is a high floor. There are many bars downstairs but no noise can be heard. The hygiene is more clean than I imagined, and the snacks are prepared very carefully. The landlord and housekeeper responded very promptly and any problems were solved immediately. I will stay here again next time. Highly recommended for 2 persons.

I've stayed in RaNee's condos previously, so I knew to expect a clean, comfortable and well maintained room. All her rooms that I've stayed in were very good. She is a very good host.

Gai est un Super hôte, toujours disponible et prête à rendre service. Le logement est tout à fait conforme aux photos présentées sur le site. Il dispose d'un grand balcon avec vue sur la piscine. Gai nous a proposé à mi-séjour le nettoyage complet du logement, chose que nous avons fortement apprécié. L'appartement est très bien agencé. La literie est de très bonne qualité. L'emplacement de la résidence "La Habana" est situé à proximité de deux marchés de nuit (Tamarin et Cicada). L'accès à la plage est à une centaine de mètres. C'était un séjour parfait !

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

Great apartment. Super clean. It was very well equipped with everything you need plus extras that a lot of other places don't offer such as a coffee machine, plenty of kitchenware, clingfilm and paper towel. Nice and light with a sweet balcony overlooking established trees and the pool.

The house was easily a 5-star experience. Everything was clean and provided. The hosts were making sure I had everything I needed, otherwise were also happy to arrange it. I wish every host I meet in future is like Ruj. Extremely friendly and reliable. Very helpful and timely. He responded to some messages in 5-10 min. Beyond the stay, he continously remained helpful. E.g he offered me a secure place to keep my luggage after checkout, reminded me that I had not collected my welcome pastry and also recommended more stay options in case I was still looking.
