Host was very responsive, communicated well, and offered some flexibility. Kuya Ruben and Ate Gha (staff) were very helpful and polite. Place is great for big families. Awesome location, fresh air, lots of green space and activities for the kids and adults. Will recommend to other people. Our family enjoyed staying here and will book this place again, if we come this way again.

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and hospitable, always making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The place itself was really nice—clean, cozy, and just as described. Any time we needed something or had a question, we were promptly assisted and felt well taken care of. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Overall we would like to go back again. Clint's place is really nice! The photos posted couldn't justified the beautiful place they have. The staff were also great. They made sure that we're all taken care of and always smiles when we have concerns. What I like most about Clint as a host was, he responds as quick as he can and he's easy to communicate with. I don't feel intimidated telling him our concerns. I hope to get back to his place!

It’s a home away from home, so far the best place i’ve booked in Airbnb. I will definitely come back. The place is a piece of paradise, having the nice view or sierra madre mountains. We saved money by bringing our own food, there’s no need to go restaurant since the kitchen is well equipped with complete utensils. We had our toasted mallows and grilled hotdogs in the bonfire, it is the first time for my son who experience the boyscout campfire experience. Super 360 great view from front porch till backyard. It felt like the karate kid scene in japan. Pool water is from natural spring waters with no chlorine. With comfy beds and clean sheets. The design of the house has farm in san benito feels. Caretaker is helpful too. We will come back soon one day is not enough.

The host was very responsive. Check in was very flexible and same with checkout time. Wifi and nextflix is available. Hot and cold shower. Double deck beds with extra foams available. AC was working well. Cooking utensils, rice cooker, heater, pots, plates, bowls, cups etc are all available. Big TV was great for watching. There was also a nipa hut outside the house where you do alfresco dining. Neat and clean place. Super nice place. I definitely would recommend it to everyone. Will definitely come back. Thank you po for the best accommodation even though the host was not there physically but you'd feel the help you need you can get anytime. Thank you so much po.

If you want to take a quick break from a city life, this is a go to place. It is so peaceful and quiet. All we can hear is the sound of the strong wind. I was able to bond with my partner and our kid by playing board games. We were not able to do that for quite some time due to a busy schedule at work and in school. This place is highly recommended for those who would like to relax. Special thanks to kuya Elmer who is very assistive on providing us with any of our requests. He even helped us carry the items we have. Again, thank you!
