Roxanne, Lynne, and Terrence were lovely, communicative hosts who provided a wealth of information and assistance. The villa's location is fantastic—just a 15-minute walk to the main beach and lively area with restaurants, surf lessons, and umbrellas for rent. There’s also a beautiful, quieter stretch of beach right outside. The villa offers breathtaking views where you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the house. Secure and safe parking is available on the premises, and the kitchen is fully stocked, making meal preparation easy. One tip: bring South African adaptors, as all electrical fittings are South African.

We had such a wonderful stay! Sam is such a great host! He made fries for the kids, helped us carry little Isabella to the beach each day, he even cooked dinner for us one evening. It was delicious. This beach house is a hidden gem. So peaceful and calm. We felt really safe and could really enjoy some time to rest. The pool and garden is amazing and Sam takes really good care of it. We would highly recommend this beautiful house. Hope to come back soon. Thank you Christine

One of the best Airbnb I have stayed! The house matches the pictures and description perfectly! the staff was amazing and always helpful! we got all the help we needed with shopping and organising tours to see the island! Definitely the place to stay in Vilanculos

Our stay at Simon’s was exceptional, the night guards were amazing and very helpful. The house was super clean and Simon was very flexible with everything and extremely fast at responding. Kitchen was fully equipped, so cooking was no issue. Beach was very close and the house has a beautiful rooftop, exactly like the pictures! 10/10 Airbnb, I recommend it to everyone :))

Siamo arrivati molto tardi 20,30 , causa giornata di forte pioggia, dopo un viaggio di 10 ore in auto. Le strade negli ultimi 20 km sono veramente difficilmente praticabili con il buio ed il brutto tempo. Questo non ha favorito l’operazione di welcome. Il giorno dopo con una giornata con un tempo discreto, abbiamo però potuto apprezzare la struttura ed il panorama veramente incantevoli. La villa è molto bella , attrezzata e funzionale , adatta anche per 9/10 persone. Il personale Diogo e Carlos sono discreti e disponibili. Forse un po’ poco reattiva la Manager in loco anche se ci ha indicato una bellissima gita in barca. Ringrazio per la disponibilità di tutti . E’ stata una bellissima esperienza.

We had a beautiful stay. It was peaceful, close to the beach and close to other amenities. We loved the charm of the accommodation and the hosting was top notch!

La maison est superbe : beaux espaces, décoration charmante, chambres chaleureuses, vue fantastique sur les dégradés bleu azur de la mer…. Le personnel est disponible et attentionné. Fred et Misha sont disponibles et arrangeants. Je recommande vivement cette location !! Merci pour tout

Martina's place is a slice of paradise. The accomodation was spacious and loved sitting on the deck watching the ocean. There are lots of activities, restaurants and the market all within walking distance. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. We look forward to our next stay with Martina.
