Our stay at Sun Sand Sea-esta was fantastic. The check-in process was seamless, with friendly staff ready to welcome us & explain how to operate the equipment & where everything was located. The property is beautifully organized with a stunning sea view, located right in front of the beach. We loved relaxing on the long balcony and appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities. Our host, Priyanka, was exceptionally proactive, providing detailed instructions, tips, & necessary contacts for drivers and cooks well in advance. Her efforts made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. As a family, we had a wonderful time over the two nights we stayed. The accommodation catered perfectly to all our needs. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Priyanka for being a gracious and attentive host. Her dedication to ensuring her guests have everything they need made our stay memorable. We highly recommend Sun Sand Sea-esta for a beautiful and relaxing beachside getaway.

Waking up to the sunrise over the water was a highlight of my trip The home was well-equipped with everything I needed – from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy and comfortable furniture. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the view with my morning coffee. The space was spotless and well-maintained. It was evident the host takes great care of the property. this 3 bhk homestay is an excellent choice. the host made our stay comfortable and easy. it is a beautiful place to relax with family and friends. we enjoyed each bit of our time. highly recommend if u are planning to stay in karkala

Beautiful clean house. We were 2 families (4 adults and 2 kids - 1 year old and 4 year old). It was essential for us to at least cook meals for the kids. So glad to have an almost functional and clean kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were kept clean and must say the balcony view was amazing! The beach is just 200 meters away for the apartment and it is almost like a private beach (just a handful of people and a clean beach). Sandeep’s (host) assistance was great, was really proactive with all our needs!

I was so lucky to have booked this place just the night before arriving, and everything worked out. On the small island, it is one of the last house,s which makes it quiet at night, at least when I was there. The AC saved me from the heat, and restaurants were not too far in talking distance, maybe about 15 minutes. Nothing to do with the place but just for other travelers to know: The beach in this part was really very dirty in February. It may not be what you expect.

The location of the stay was very good. Beach is 50m away from the stay, it is kind of like private beach where u can spend you evening watching the sunset. The hosts are very good people, very friendly and helpful. You can also try their homemade honey (very tasty). The breakfast was really good and they were quite flexible with the check-in, check-out timings. You can also have your personal rain dance after your beach session at the stay. Overall it was a great experience😍😍
