Eine Super Aussicht und das absolute Highlight.Die Anbindung mit U-Bahn und Straßenbahn ist hervorragend und ich komme sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank für alles,bis nächstes Mal!

Susanne war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist schön und geräumig, mit großem, hellen Badezimmer und einer super Küche. Die Lage ist ideal für die Anreise mit dem Auto von Westen. Öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es an der Straße und Parktickets an der Rezeption. Die U3 Station Ottakring in Richtung Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Flexibilität bei Checkin und Checkout war sehr entgegenkommend, danke! An der Baustelle gegenüber wird am Wochenende nicht gearbeitet. Ich komme gerne wieder.

L’appartamento era come nelle foto! Era attrezzato di tutto quello che era necessario anche di più; c’era phon, lavatrice, frigo, ombrello, estintore… Davvero un ottimo servizio La casa era pulita e davvero molto carina! L’host ci rispondeva tempestivamente e con attenzione Consiglio vivamente

Rosa is a good host. Provides all needed instructions and ready to answer your questions. The appartments are located in good place: near the Donau channel, the Prater park, 7 of walk till tramm station, 10 min walk till subway station, 45 min of walk from the center. There is a Billa shop quite close. There is a WiesenGreissler cafe in 5 mins. If you need to eat I recommend Zur Kernigen grill restaurant. If you want to visit sauna there is the Apostelbad in 15 minutes. If you want to visit harbor, museums, concerts I recommend to books tickets in advance.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt, die Unterkunft war sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Mit dem Auto ist Wien schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich. Wir werden gerne nochmal kommen :)

Un’esperienza bellissima! Host sempre disponibile. Appartamento impeccabile, servito e a un passo dai trasporti. Il parcheggio coperto e privato una vera opportunità per stare tranquilli. Anche il nostro cane è stato alla grande! Ci tornerei subito e senza indugi.

Lejligheden var helt perfekt til vores weekendtur til Wien. Den var rigtig fin og fremstod som på billederne. Sød og god vært, som var fleksibel med indtjekning og god at kommunikere med. Værten og lejligheden kan klart anbefales.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist in echt noch besser als auf den Fotos . Viele tolle Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, großer Wohnraum, toller Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit. Wir haben den 18. Geburtstag meines Sohnes gefeiert und er war super Happy. Und der Gastgeber Michi ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und Antwortet super schnell. Vor dem Check in haben wir eine ausführliche Nachricht bekommen in der alle Wichtigen Punkte zur Unterkunft, Umgebung, Verkehrsmittel, Restaurants, Parkmöglichkeiten und Notfallnummern 😊 bekommen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit danke dafür. Wird auf jeden Fall weiterempfohlen od. selbst wieder besucht.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen! Michael ist ein äußerst angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, bei dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. In den drei Tagen habe ich mich ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, und ein besonderes Highlight ist die sonnige Terrasse im Erdgeschoss – perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend: Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, und mit dem Zug kommt man in etwa 20-Minuten-Takt schnell nach Wien. Ich werde diese schöne Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und kann sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Great stay, Marianas was very quick to reply to any messages. apartment is large, with plenty of space, well equipped. Location is just across the road from the 71 tram which takes you into central vienna in about 10 minutes.

Jim is a very thoughtful, generous and forthcoming guy, my girlfriend and me immediately were welcomed as soon as we arrived and he was very flexible with the check-in as we were running a bit late and he stayed up to help us with our stuff

The check-in at this beautiful property was smooth and although we didn't meet the host in person, Muyi was very responsive and me and my partner felt very cared for and looked after. The house was absolutely spotlessly clean and pristine and excelled all of our expectations. The host Muyi has thought of everything and weither you stay in and host or have a romantic night in with candles and the hot tub, Muyi and Co hVe literally thought of everything to give you the best stay ever. My partner proposed to me in this property and so this beautiful property will always hold a special place in our hearts forever. Es war wirklich sehr schön in Rebeccas Unterkunft. Es war alles wie beschrieben und ausgestattet mit allem, was nötig ist.

Really enjoyed our trip to Vienna. The apartment was clean and spacious and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Stefan was helpful and responded quickly to our messages. Highly recommend.

The apartment was great; modern, stunning views (above the roofs of Vienna) and centrally located right outside the first district. Wilfried was super friendly and very responsive—when the apartment got a little cold we could call him and he instantly increased the temperature. It is definitely worth to rent again next time we’re back.

Andreas’s place was very convenient in terms of location as well public transportation.( line 2 and U6). The garage is a plus which is very appreciated. The house has everything from A to Z and you can’t complain. I would highly recommend the place :)

An excellent apartment to stay at with all the touristy things located at a close radius. The building was excellent, the instructions provided by Andie was spot and she was a pleasure to communicate with. Everything needed in an apartment to make living comfortable (especially with a toddler) was provided. The views from the apartment was amazing. Highly recommend Andie and the apartment.

Not just a place to stay. We felt very much part of a "Family".. Christian was so Kind, answered all questions, provided a map of immediate neighbourhood (Bakery, grocery store, coin wash, etc.), mentioned tram tickets...and best ways to use them to get around. Was often there after or before hours to help, called a taxi on last morning, despite foot injury. Above and beyond Hosts! Very nice to have safe in Apartment as in others, Service to Change linens and towels once a week!
