Big thank you to Claire for hosting us, a really lovely home, we had a great few days in Peebles and the location was perfect for walking into town. Would definitely recommend staying here and if we're ever back in Peebles would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Lower Abbey Mill House. Everything about the house was perfect with very stylish and tasteful decor giving an extremely peaceful feel. The accommodation has excellent facilities and there are many extra touches. We especially liked the the Scottish flavour of some of the pictures and ornaments. We also enjoyed the glorious sunshine sitting around the garden table in the spacious patio. June was an excellent host in providing for all our needs and in her communication with us. We would highly recommend a stay here. Catherine and Kenneth

The apartment was lovely, with all we required for our stay. Very quiet, no bother sleeping. Great shower to get the day going. Suited our needs very well.

A very cosy appartment, we felt right at home. It's central and everything in Peebles is within walking distance. Can highly recommend.

This was a wonderful quirky stay. Very close to the centre, situated in a bus route and also easy to access train stations (which were a short drive). Has everything you need in the flat. Only 2 tiny niggles, road outside flat, very noisy with traffic… but that can’t be helped. Floors could do with a mop, noticed some footprints, initially worried they were ours making a mess - but nothing major. The decor was on point and fabulous, really lovely feel, quirky and homely. It was obvious that there was so much care to attention and detail in the decor, which we appreciated very much. Hosts were fabulous and went above and beyond with making sure we felt at home, with great communication, welcome messages and a little book that gave some good recommendations. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.

Perfect for our stay in Edinburgh. Was quick to respond and gave us local recommendations as well as updating us on events being cancelled due to weather warnings. Very easy to get the bus into the centre and a nice quiet area.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here spending a week in Innerleithen. The bike storage worked great. I was only able to fit 1 enduro bike in the bike storage locker and 1 ebike in the garden shed. The garden shed had power which was great for charging the ebike. Probably could fit 2 in the locker with pedals/tires off. Bike wash worked well. Location is great for accessing trails. 15 min pedal to the Golfie and 25 min pedal to Glentress. Walking distance to everything in town. We enjoyed eating on the back patio table when the weather was nice. Check in was easy as the key was in a lockbox at the door. There are stairs to the entrance. Kitchen was great for making meals at home.

Me , my wife and friends had an amazing stay at Caroline's property @ The Inn. We were celebrating a milestone birthday for my wife and everyone was in awe of how spacious, clean and full of activities the property was. Every room was spotless and the decor was really lovely & cosy. We used all of the activities available but the Snooker Table in the games room was absolutely awesome. Caroline even provided us with two large Bluetooth Speakers that we used all weekend around the house! Caroline is the kind of host you are happy to meet on Air BnB - Kind , Enthusiastic, Informative - willing to go that extra mile for guests. I phoned ahead to ask if she could put up a few decorations for the Birthday celebrations and we arrived to the house totally decorated in Balloons, Banners , Prosecco and Chocolates. Also a hand written personalised birthday note wishing Happy Birthday! My wife was delighted! I would 100% recommend Caroline's property for groups! We will all be back! ❤️ Thanks!

This is my favourite place to stay- it's always clean and comfortable, in the most amazing location with horses and sheep and birds all around. The views and sunsets are beautiful, and there are great walks right outside your door. It's so quiet at night I always sleep really well. Jenny is a lovely host and I always look forward to a visit here.

This is a lovely flat . Spotless, neat and cosy. Not far from high street and good facilities and not far from Tescos for the rest. Would recommend and we would love to visit again.

Clean, comfortable, and well equipped flat. Ideally located to enjoy Peebles and the surrounding area. This was my second visit to Tracey's place, and I'll no doubt be back again.

We have been coming to this site for many years and seen many changes, some good, some not so. As regular visitors we have stayed in other caravans on the site but this one was much better than others. The quality of the sofa bed in the lounge is amazing, so comfortable and perfect for the space, also incredibly easy to convert from sofa to bed. The mattresses on the beds in the rooms were of a higher quality and much thicker than others we have experienced in caravans here. Having Wifi was great as we were visiting during colder months so lovely to cosy up to watch movies. Even though it was -3 at one point during our stay we were always lovely and warm. I will look to book this caravan again, it really does have that little bit extra to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The view over the lake is also an added bonus. Watching the sun rise through the trees was magical, especially after being so lucky seeing the northern lights too! Thank you for having us xx

Fantastic place to stay. Lovely and light, comfy sofas, great wood burner to make it nice and cosy and comfy bed. Anna and Tom are great hosts, incredibly friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend.

Immaculate apartment in a central location. Well equipped kitchen & super shower. We were on foot, so great access to all facilities, restaurants & transport.

Martyna's apartment felt like a real home away from home. It's beautifully decorated and the kitchen perfectly equipped. There is a bus stop just outside the building taking you to Princes Street within 35min. Martyna was a great host and always quick to reply. Thank you!

Superb accommodation - clean and kitchen well-equipped. Very convenient for exploring the Scottish Boarders. Beautiful garden and great views. We had a lovely time.

I spent 3 nights here. The accommodation was spotless and as described. The location is excellent but it was helped by the beautiful weather!
