We had a wonderful stay in this AirBnB! The view is a dream. You are reliant on a car here, as you can't get very far on foot, but the nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away.

Such a great place to stay after skiing at Blue Mountain! Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful location with a stunning Lakeview. The property was spacious, neat, and well-maintained. The sauna room was a great addition, and the master bedroom with a jacuzzi made the stay even more relaxing. All the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a perfect getaway. Rocky is an excellent host—responsive and accommodating. He came on short notice to fix any minor issues we had during the 10 day stay, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

We had the best possible time! Everything was as described, and Katrina was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it!

Gary & Mina were excellent hosts. They greeted us for check in and where very accommodating. Any questions we had were quickly answered via the AirBNB app. The house was full of character and had lots of things to do indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, utensils and kitchen wares. There was a washer/dryer centrally located which was great for towels and the Weber BBQ was in top notch condition. Water toys well maintained (2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 1 canoe and 1 paddle boat). Pool and hot tub worked great, which was a must for our cottage getaway.

Stayed for the Thanksgiving long weekend. Great location with 1.5hr drive from the city. Very clean, cozy and well equipped. The owners are very thoughtful and offered a welcome package of snacks. Beds are comfortable. Beautiful backyard with lots of trees, a fire stove and access to a small lake. Lots of activities to do. We enjoyed the paddle boat and pooling a lot. Overall a five star and great cottage for a short getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage! It was perfect for our group of six, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the outdoor amenities—the dock, chairs, and firepit were a huge bonus for spending time by the water. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

Tatiana and Tymur were wondering hosts. They really care for their guests and for their beautiful cottage. The large windows in the cottage really showcased the beauty of the outdoor space. There are many rooms with comfortable beds and three washrooms - all well equipped- which was great as we were traveling in a larger group. The kitchen had everything you needed. We loved the large family living room, they even had extra games for us to play. Everything was kept tidy and clean. We all felt comfortable and at home. The family was already asking to come back in the summer! Thank you again ☺️

We had a great stay at the cottage. The place was exactly as shown in the photos and description. Sandra was very responsive which was very helpful. Lots of ski and snowshoeing opportunities around in the winter, definitely worth the experience!

Beautiful property on Lake Simcoe with more than enough room for everyone we absolutely loved our stay and requested to stay longer but unfortunately it was committed to other guests. Great hosts, great communication. This property is the place to stay if you are looking for a spacious, lakefront property with privacy in Innisfil which is very hard to find. Highly recommended!

My friends and I stayed here for a winter weekend away and it was just what we needed/wanted in a little cottage. Great location for those coming from the GTA and nice and close for those in Simcoe. Once we got there we felt right at home! The hosts had cleared the walking paths and back deck of any recent snow fall which made it nice and easy to get inside and enjoy the grounds. They went above and beyond by having the wood burning stove going for us when we checked in which made CARL that much more cozy and welcoming. Communication and instructions were very clear and detailed from start to finish which made the whole rental process easy and enjoyable. My friends and I look forward to coming back to CARL in the future!

Good value. We were looking for something humble and didn't want to break the bank. This is a very nice spot with that special something. We were snowed in our entire stay but the space was well set up for that, with TV's in each room with internet and apps. Really kind host. I would recommend this place and we would book again.

We were very pleased with the space and amenities available to us for 7 adults and 4 children. The house was well equipped with everything a large group would need for a comfortable stay. All rooms were clean, and had very comfortable beds. The children’s toys, pool /ping pong table and kayaks and paddle boards were a plus! The unique feature of twin lakes was lovely, with a west sunset view. Outdoor deck meals were a must and lots of back yard safe spaces for the kiddos to play. We were pleased with this cottage choice.

Wonderful cottage with a beautiful view of the lake and a big yard with lots of privacy. Amenities are great and as described, the patio is very nice to lounge on and the fireplace is a nice touch for the evenings. The beds are super comfy, wifi is great, living room has a nice tv, bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels, and everything was super clean on our arrival. Most importantly, Shana was a terrific host, always quick to respond and answer any questions, and super accommodating with everything. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Great host, good response times, helped us when we got locked out of our place. Great amenities, two canoes and one paddle boat available for use. A lot of bugs in the summer. Great fishing stop, lots of small fish near the dock, great for beginners too!

Henry has a beautiful house, which we would happily plan to stay at again. There was a large storm that was the only prevention from us getting in, but Henry coordinated the snow removal for us and was quite accommodating with our many messages. Thank you for the lovely accommodations. Highly recommended dog sledding in the area.

Iron bridge lane was easy to find and accessible for us and our accommodations needs. The area could get quite busy with it being off of the highway and could take time to get on safely. We enjoyed staying at this cottage. We spent the majority of our time there in the screened in room enjoying the view and relaxing.

Definitely will be booking again. Very relaxing!
