I visited Maria's place from Apr 12 to 14, 2025. Everything about this place was amazing. - Maria and John - best hosts ever. They even helped us plan our trip. - The view from the bedroom and living room is to die for. Exactly as shown in the pictures. - Bus 103 from Interlaken Ost takes you right next to their house (Mühle bus stop). It's a 20-25 min bus ride. From Mühle stop, the house is just a 3-4 min walk. - Extremely cozy and comfy bed and house. - Maria gave us everything that we needed - dishes, cutlery, hot plate to cook food, microwave, electric kettle, etc. She even let her use her washing machine and iron box to do the laundry. - The bathroom is super neat and clean with hot water supply. - Everything in the house right from the furniture, decor and interior is top notch. - Bonus: very friendly cat in the house - I can't wait to come back again. With such warm hosts and the location, this place should already be a guest favourite.

war super. habe mich super wohl gefühlt. habe noch ein zimmer mit seesicht gekriegt (da nicht alles ausgebucht war) und noch mit franz einen chäsbrägel essen gegangen. war wiklich eine super woche. sehr empfehlenswert

This place was so peaceful and so cozy it was hard to leave. Waking up looking at lake Brienz was priceless; the calm of the water and sound of the birds. Alexander was an awesome host & thank you so much for accepting us last min. -B

Everything that needs to be said have already been written by other guests. And I wholeheartedly agree!! We loved everything about the cottage! The location, the views, the garden, everything was just perfect! Regula and Sascha built the cottage themselves and they thought of and included all the comforts of home!! Their hospitality was top-notched! A 5-star hotel could take lessons from them. They met us at the train station to help with our luggage and to show us how the bus works. They also gifted us a bus pass to use during our stay. The bus stop is a mere 3 minutes from the cottage, slightly up the hill. And on our last day, they came to bid us farewell (and helped with our luggage to the bus stop). They are wonderful people. While the views, location and comforts of the cottage were perfection, Regula and Sascha were the stars! They are genuinely wonderful people and that’s what makes them special.

Teryana’s place was amazing. We woke up in the morning and the view literally took our breath away. The town of Itsewald is quiet and beautiful. You can walk along the lake without any tourists. There’s a bus stop right at the top of the hill that takes you to Interlaken Ost in 25 minutes. The ride is beautiful and takes you right into town. Interlaken Ost is the train station (can take you to Grindelwald). Interlaken West is the cute town part of Interlaken. It all runs on the same line back to the house. The house was a bit cold but the host helped. Also the showers run out of hot water but I think that’s just what you get with an Airbnb in Switzerland. The hot tub is not running in February (probably all winter) but it would be very nice in the summer.

We had an amazing stay at Marion’s chalet! The location was perfect, you can put on your ski and ski down to the lift, and when you are done you ski right to the house. The chalet was cozy, beds were comfortable, everything we needed was there . Kitchen is well equipped. We will be back for sure!

me and family had a wonderful time staying at this place, feels like home, and they have quite amazing kitchen to cook, great living room. overall, we love the space and peaceful surrounding!!!

Comfortable spotlessly clean house with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was lovely to cook in with clean modern appliances and all the condiments that are needed. Tea coffee and sugar was supplied too making a lovely welcome after a long drive. Theresa is a lovely, friendly host and had lots of tips for us and even a tasty Toblerone! thank you! The view from this home is absolutely amazing, we were in absolute awe the whole time, it is just so beautiful. There is a nice walk down by the lake and the colour of the water is to be seen to be believed so beautiful. Wonderful place and we were wise could have stayed longer! Thank you Theresa for hosting us !

Wir hatten bereits zum zweiten Mal einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Martin und Sophie sind super Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt und sehr zentral im Berner Oberland gelegen.

Christine’s place was beautiful! It was right next to the bus stop and easy to get to and from Interlakens main hub. Christine even provided us with free bus passes for the weekend, which made our travel so easy! I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to visit Interlaken!

This was our first trip to Swiss and our first AirBnb, was little skeptical about the place as the place is 15mins away from Interlaken. But, the place met all our expectations !! It’s quiet , calm , picturesque too 😇. Just 5mins walk from bus stop and we had easy ride to Interlaken and Speize . Rachel made the check in hassle free and room was perfect for our family. The kitchen has got all the accessories and bathroom was clean !! Above all , we felt very safe in the area . Thanks to Rachel for providing a good accommodation !!

Margrith and family were very friendly and nice during our stay. We reach late on the day and Margrith is very flexible to arrange self-check in to the house and it was fuss free. The next day, Margrith is very nice to show us around the house and also share with us what can we explore around the neighbourhood. She even took the effort to help and check on the weather forecast and suggested us to change our plan as the weather is better on the next day to go up to the mountain and the suggestion was brilliant! We indeed had a very nice view to the mountain on the day! The garden and mountain view from Margrith’s stay was also awesome. Her house is surrounded by mountains and the pink sky in the morning before sunrise with mountains view is so so pretty. Me and my boyfriend miss the moments staying at her house and will definitely come back if we are back to Interlaken! Thanks you so much for the wonderful host ❤️

We highly enjoyed our stay at Ronny and Maria’s place. Beautiful location and easy transport to interlaken. We felt that the place was very clean and that Ronny and Maria were thorough with check in directions and responsive.

Sem dúvida, o melhor airbnb que já nos hospedamos! Tudo impecável e funcionando perfeitamente. É notável o cuidado com os detalhes e a preocupação com o conforto dos hóspedes, com tudo que se precisa à disposição, inclusive todos os consumíveis básicos do dia-a-dia. A vista das montanhas pela janela da sala logo pela manhã é de tirar o fôlego. Recomendamos a todos!

an excellent place to stay in. the location is very close to the Brienz lake and is a very beautiful spot. spacious rooms with easy stay for a family of 6. we were two adults and 3 kids and we had very comfortable stay . kitchen is very well equipped. Rosmarie is a wonderful host and really knows how to take care of your stay

We had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The view was stunning and amazing, lake Brienz is just right in front of the house. Everything was perfect except that the location is quite far from the train station ( around 10-15 minutes walk).
