We recently stayed at Jackson’s beach bungalow to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday and it was the perfect choice. The bungalow was absolutely pristine. It was comfortable and located one block away from the beach. You can tell the pride he takes in this home and the care that is put into creating a comfortable, safe, and peaceful environment for visitors. There were multiple beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas available for our use and there is also a washer and dryer available for use. I could not recommend this place more and look forward to booking it again in the future. Thank you, Jackson, for making this milestone for our family perfect.

This is the perfect place to stay. We had never been to Jacksonville and absolutely loved it. The beach is a very short walk and is not very busy. The house was clean and well stocked including beach towels.

We got together with friends for the weekend for a festival at Seawalk Pavilion at Jacksonville Beach. The place was a perfect location and perfect vibe for the weekend. It is very cute with great decorations and a beautiful mural on the porch outside. We're glad your place was part of our weekend! The atmosphere added to the fun!

Absolutely beautiful view. We were impressed with the accuracy of the description. The unit did not disappoint. The beach access was just steps away. The historic district was minutes away. We stayed two nights which was perfect.

Martie’s place is perfect for a relaxing beach stay in a quiet neighborhood. Only a short walk to the beach with no stairs! We love all the unique artistic touches. The unit is well supplied, the beds are very comfy and the back yard is great! Martie is very responsive to any needs and is readily available. We’ll be back next year!

Fantastic stay! Very easy walk to the beach. The house is clean and has all the room you need for multiple guests. Tons of restaurants and grocery stores around the area if needed.

We were so comfortable in the space. Our family of four adults and one four year old spent a week in the house and loved it. Enough space for privacy and quality time alike. It felt super safe, clean and private for a week. Very well stocked kitchen with all the basics, plus some. Fantastic water pressure and hot water even after five showers. The fire pit and jacuzzi were also super easy to use and such a plus. Loved our stay.

The location is exceptional, the place was very clean and easy to check-in to. We were able to walk to almost everything and enjoyed being so close to great restaurants and the Lightener Museum.

What an awesome location and perfect home. We arrived to a hand written note and a bunch of snacks! The airbnb had so much only minutes away and was fully stocked. Stocked meaning batteries, water, laundry supplies, anything you'd need. Also Alissa was an amazing host and was so responsive. 10/10 we will stay again when back in Jax beach!!! This is our third year we have stayed at this location. We absolutely love this cottage! The hosts are fabulous.

The Blue Bungalow is a true gem in the heart of Jacksonville! Mindy and Rick have gone above and beyond to provide a truly outstanding rental. It was nice to walk into a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks on the kitchen table. The home is pristine and very, very clean! I was immediately comfortable at their place. I was in town all week for business traveling alone, but I wish I would have had my wife with me on this trip - she would have loved it! The house is convenient to every thing - 10 minutes to the beaches or downtown, it is close to wherever you want to go. I’ll definitely stay at the Blue Bungalow again. Rick and Mindy are wonderful hosts and communicators. 1st class all the way!
