If you love / vibe with apartment living "feel", you will feel right at home in this cute, spacious, two bedroom, two full bath apartment steps away from the swimming pool/hot tub/gym. ...and the sheets on the beds..... soooooo soft. Oh, and depending on traffic you're anywhere from 5 to 11 minutes away from the Mayo Clinic. Super convenient for us since we were visiting Jacksonville specifically for the Mayo Clinic. 🤗

Morgan was professional from the beginning to the end of the rental. Community was exceptional, left detailed information in email prior to stay and prior to departure. This was an excellent choice, utilizing this space. E. Bond 1/13/25 thru 1/17/25

Overall a great stay! Very detailed and easy to follow check-in and check-out instructions. Listing looked like the pictures. Apartment was spotless! Surrounding area is calm and quiet which was nice. Close to highways and local establishments. Nakita was an amazing host; very responsive and attentive. She was always willing to help and proactive in giving solutions. We were having trouble with the tv mount and she came to help fix it. Kitchen well equipped with utensils to cook but not with spices. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Bathrooms clean with good water pressure. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful place and very close to the airport! I would definitely stay here again. however, It would have been nice to already have a listing of places to eat and things to do in the area. Finding the apt was a bit confusing, but we figured it out. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

This is a great stay. I’ve stayed here a few times and each time I have loved it. The place is very clean and stocked with what you would need. The pool and gym are awesome too!

I had a great experience staying at Luke's place. The communication was seamless, and Luke was so welcoming. The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities I could need, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had a fantastic stay at Eboni's! The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxation. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The highlight of my stay was the patio by the water, the view was simply breathtaking and added to the overall comfort. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

Can't say enough about Dani and the place. She was extremely responsive and helpful with everything. And the place was great, clean, lots of space, three bedrooms and nice kitchen, plenty of places to sit/lounge, great patio with wonderful view of the outdoor pool and ocean. We had one small issue and Dani was very fast in getting it fixed. Totally recommend. A couple comments on the resort. The outdoor pool is very large and nice, but in late March it's still a bit cool and the water was very cold. So we swam a lot in the indoor pool, which is advertised as heated, but it's not very warm, warmer than the outdoor pool but could have been warmer. Also, the outdoor hot tub broke on our first day there and we were there for multiple days and it never got fixed.

Nicki’s complex is pretty and safe, her apartment nice and comfy. Nicki was available to help and answered any question that came up. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Nicki! Tina & Scott

Great stay. Location is perfect for easy walk to the beach and a beautiful area. Easy check-in at the clubhouse and plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay and our kids loved the little grass space for running around as well. No issues at all and will definitely visit again, hoping this time without a hurricane coming!

We only spend a night at Vito's beach condo. Location was perfect if you want to be steps from beach and pool, and able to drive to historic district of St. Augustine. Vito is very responsive and very helpful to make sure you have what you need! Thank you very much Vito!

We've stayed with Jordan 2 times now. It's a lovely home and in a fantastic community. It is a great place to enjoy the outdoors, walk, golf, and close to St Augustine if you want to take a short 15-20 drive to town. It's close to shopping, and everything you need is within minutes. I'd highly recommend it.

This was our first experience using AirBnb. There is a degree of uncertainty when stepping outside of your comfort zone. Kevin and Lindsey alleviated all of our anxiety with their comprehensive check in/check out checklist, responsive communication, and flexibility with our check out time. The condo is very close to the beach (we loved the included beach toys, chairs, and wagon!), pool, shuffleboard, etc. The unit was a good size for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We had a wonderful time!

Alessandra’s place was comfortable, spacious, and with great walkable access to both the beach and various shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well-stocked with both cooking equipment and herbs and spices. The house is currently for sale so I did cross paths with a realtor and client just as I was arriving.

The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

This was our first time traveling with our dog and kids together and the space couldn’t have been more perfect. It was free of clutter, not much for the dog and the kids to get into. They loved playing in the spacious backyard and running around. We loved that we could all eat in the backyard for takeout, it made mealtime so peaceful and easy (which isn’t often with young kids). There was even a huge walk in closet in the master bedroom which was perfect for our toddler’s air mattress. All of our daily activities were less than a 10min drive. Such a convenient location and wonderful host!

We really enjoyed our stay at Theresa’s house. She was flexible for us to check in easy and wonderful kitchen amenities and abeautiful. We would recommend anyone to stay there. The pictures match the space and the space was clean and well kept.

We had a great stay for the two nights we were there. Vibhav was very responsive and even allowed us to stay a half hour later which was very nice of them to do. House was spacious for the five of us, clean and peaceful area. The only small complaint I have is the couch in the living room, not the most comfortable. We wanted to watch TV as a group and it wasn’t really comfortable to do so and it could really only comfortably fit three people. Overall that wasn’t a huge deal for us but something to know for future guests. I would definitely recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bright and Airy Plantation Home. The hosts were quick to respond and also gave great suggestions about where to visit during our stay. Our kids loved the heated pool as well. This home is on a cute little street in a very quiet neighborhood (morning and night) and is the perfect walking distance to downtown. We will definitely book again the next time we’re in town!!

I wish Airbnb would require all hosts to go through training with Danielle!! She is wonderful!! This is our 4th time and we just love whenever we get to stay at “our Florida home.” Immaculate, well stocked, super comfortable beds, great backyard, beautiful quiet neighborhood in an accessible location.
