Great spot in downtown Jacksonville if you were headed to an event downtown. There isn’t a lot of restaurants that are really close by but the area looks like it’s transitioning. Most restaurants and things to do are about a 15 to 20 minute walk.

We have used vrbo/Airbnb for the last nine years to travel. Connie's home in St Augustine stands out as one of the best! Connie is a very responsive host and the property is well stocked with high end appliances and comfortable furnishings. This feels like a home. We are repeat visitors to this property and hope it's always available for our travels.

Like most other reviews say, the location is perfect in that you can walk to pretty much everything from restaurants to historical places to museums and other attractions yet it's tucked enough out of the way from the crowds and noise to peacefully recover from all your sightseeing. The place was easy to find, great that you get a dedicated parking spot off the street and check in was simple. Inside was clean, looked like the posted pictures & felt very comfortable with the furnishings and decor. Bed was comfortable, linens clean, good quality towels and kitchenette was well equipped. Only two things to mention - it's a downstairs unit and you will hear the movements of anyone directly upstairs (walking around and toilet flushes) and neither window A/C produced any heat despite both having heat settings. This isn't a problem for the majority of the year in St. Augustine but my visit just happened to have two nights in the upper 40's/low 50's. At least the shower was nice & hot!

Liz was a very welcoming host with a beautiful place to stay. We were so comfortable and everything was superb. The bodega, taproom & food truck were also great. We enjoyed a nice few nights there.

We enjoyed our stop off in St. Augustine at Stan's place. It was nice, clean, and as it looks in the photos. We would stay here again especially in the off season. It was an easy walk to the sand and ocean. There were several places in easy walking distance.

Kayla’s place was perfect for a getaway in St. Augustine! The location was amazing - super close to Vilano Beach and downtown. We were very comfortable in the apartment. It was perfect!

Amazing please! Located in the town of San Marcos beautiful sunsets down the block and close to everything!! The space was clean! Super comfy beds and everything was perfect!

This apartment is perfectly located to everything. Not an exaggeration. Take a left and walk for 8-10 minutes and you are in the heart of downtown St. George where so much is going on. Take a right and walk 8-10 minutes and you are at the Old Jail and Fountain of Youth. Drive 8 minutes and you are at one of the most beautiful and spacious beaches I’ve ever seen. And no charge to park right near the beach. The apartment was well stocked with everything we would have ever needed and more. The beds (even the sofa bed) were very comfortable. The outdoor deck was a great option at night to wind down. Highly recommend Val’s place!

I really liked the location and it's close to everything. The house is super clean and has lots of space. I loved being here for work.

This was our family’s very first Airbnb stay and it was a great experience. This location is exactly as described. The host was very responsive and proactive with providing us information so that we could check in and check out easily. This home is close to so many things that we wanted to see on our trip too. We are a family of four plus our dog and we all had plenty of room. We would definitely book this spot again in the future.

Loved this place! Will be booking here anytime I come to St. Augustine! Was here for the weekend for a wedding and it’s super close to downtown. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive and friendly with any questions I had. This was by far the nicest air bnb I’ve stayed at!

What an amazing stay we had here! This is a peaceful & very clean home in a safe neighborhood, walking distance from the beach & any store or restaurant you’d need are a quick drive. There’s an incredible playground/park called South Beach Park & Sunshine Playground just a few mins drive away! The beds & furniture were all so comfortable, the house is thoughtfully stocked well-kitchen, bathroom & laundry had all we needed including soaps, shampoos & conditioner. There are plenty of beach towels, pool & beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc). If you have small children, there’s a few games & packnplays too! The backyard is beautiful-a great space to hang out, have a meal, relax & swim. The pool is heated-we could even get in on the cool & rainy days & still be warm! This was such a huge bonus for us! The hosts are AMAZING-very quick to respond to any questions, great communication, the check-in/out process is super simple. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Cute little place in a camp ground/RV park! My only complaint is the noise from planes going over since the air port is fairly close & the wall AC units didn’t stay on what was set at (that could’ve been user error though) lol. Everything was provided for us & the owners were very nice! The place is right by a flea market which is nice if you enjoy those! And about 7 minutes from River City which has all the restaurants & stores!

Katie’s home is beautiful and spacious and very affordable. It suited our group of 9 ladies with plenty of space to move about, sleep and get ready before our cruise. We felt safe with the many outside security cameras and fenced in yard. It is a short drive to many restaurants and made easy work of getting to the port on time. Katie was very responsive and friendly in her communications. Will definitely look her up again for a future pre-cruise stop. .

This was an amazing stay and I can’t possibly recommend this host more. We were originally booked in a 2 floor townhouse with stairs up even to the first floor. When my wife unexpectedly broke her leg the day before our trip, the host found us another one of her properties with availability and ground floor access to switch to! Something totally above and beyond which made all the difference in our stay. The property was great- just a few steps to the pool/hot tub and a beautiful short walk to the beach. The condo is amazing, super welcoming and with every amenity you could need- especially the kitchen and beach closet! One other thing I loved was that the furniture was all SO COMFORTABLE! Beds and couch- amazing! We also loved the huge assortment of board games available to play. We had an amazing time and I am so grateful to have booked with this host and have the opportunity to stay at Hibiscus!

Had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Holly was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and made everything super easy.

Butch's beach and ocean facing condo was a great way to soak in the sun on the St. Augustine coast for a few days! The condo had everything a small family would need for a visit, including a Graco pack&play that was perfect for our daughter. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants close by to pick up anything you may have forgotten to bring along. The condo is a short walk over the sand dunes to a very relaxing beach, and we enjoyed relaxing to the sounds of the ocean waves in our room to our morning coffee and evening drink. Overall the location was great, the unit is in a well maintained complex guarded 24x7 and just south of the main activities in St. Augustine Beach, but still a short drive to some great restaurants, shopping and the attractions in historic St. Augustine. Communication with Butch was fantastic, and he provided all the details needed to make the check in process seamless. Great unit and great host, hope to be back again!

Great choice if you are thinking of inviting guests with second bedroom and bathroom across the hallway. First floor patio makes for easy access from parking lot with groceries and unpacking. Nice private area to sit out in the sun and read. We appreciated this every day. Comfortable Good kitchen amenities like, coffee makers, crockpot, pots and pans. The fridge is a beautiful large model with 2 freezer drawers. Receptive host responds to all texts promptly. We really enjoyed staying here and have booked again next year for 2 months!!!

We had another fantastic spring break at the Beachcomber. I was reading different reviews to get a sense of what to write, and I was struck that so many people have stayed at this location multiple times and continue to choose to come back. I think that speaks a lot to how great this place is. And we have already reserved a return trip!
