Great location, close to King, shopping & dining, cute cafes and bagel shops all near by….walking distance to so much! House was perfect and clean…loved the decks and hopefully will be back in warmer weather to enjoy them and the pool/club.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Great location to everything in Charleston (short car drive). The kitchen was amazing! So spacious and has everything you need. Some people don’t like using other people’s left behind but I appreciate it so I don’t have to buy spices for one meal. All the appliances are high quality. Washer, dryer and dishwasher are so helpful and convenient. This was one of my favorite places to stay. Beautifully decorated. Stay here!

Our stay at The Delsey was perfect. The place was as described and we stayed here to visit Charleston. We loved being able to walk to downtown Park Circle, which was super convenient when we weren’t visiting Charleston. If you travel with a dog this is a great place for you.

Very clean home, great yard, everything was functional. We appreciated the stocked bathroom and kitchen.

Everything was so clean and organized, the space was well equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the space was really nice overall! Deborah is also very responsive — she was quick to answer any messages, proactive about sending instructions, and even provided local recommendations. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This is my second time staying here and it was excellent! I was in town only for a few days and sit was only 3 minute drive to where I needed to go! 10/10 recommend!

Our host was amazing, accommadating and responsive. It is a great place to stay. It is safe and a home away from home. As UNCP VB parents, we appreciate the "homeness", more space, lower price vs the Holiday Inn .

Alicia and Matt’s house was perfect. Clean, easily walkable, beautiful yard to enjoy, full of charm, and stocked to the brim with extras. On top of the friendly, responsive, and helpful hosts, we couldn’t have asked for anything else. We loved exploring the area, riding bikes, and visiting a couple of excellent recommendations by Alicia. We had a couple of special requests, and were met with ease and accommodation. The workspace was tucked away & quiet. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and get started with coffee. Easiest 5 stars.

We had the chance to stay at David’s place for ten days. It is conveniently located near restaurants, the Tanger Outlet, and Walmart. Additionally, the Arcadian Golf Course is just five minutes away, along with several other golf courses in the area. The neighborhood is lovely, extremely safe, and dog-friendly. David’s home is nicely decorated and comfortable, and it welcomes pets. David is very accessible and promptly answers all inquiries. Bonnie Eady 🇨🇦

This place was perfect. It was my wife’s birthday and we decided to take a quick trip to Charleston. Not only was the place clean and immaculate but the bedroom was decorated nicely for my wife’s b-day with her favorite color, flower petals on the bed and a nice gift. She absolutely loved it. We felt at home during our entire stay and the host checked on us and provided excellent restaurants. This will be my go to chill out spot when I visit Charleston.

really glad we stayed here. it's a nice apartment with good amenities. Akira is really communicative and has easy instructions for everything. this was a much better value than local hotels and we got more with it. we will be back here next time we're in Charleston.

Our stay lived up to the top 1% of rentals for Myrtle Beach. Beautiful balcony right on the ocean, spotless apartment with multiple tech touches throughout, and responsive owner. Would definitely stay here again! Wonderful location, close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer!

This is a very fun place to stay with all the interesting things around the cottage. The furniture is comfortable, the place well furnished, and there were lots of goodies provided including breakfast for our 1 night stay. Ginger was welcoming, helpful and friendly. The short walk to the beautiful lake made this a great lakeside stay, even on a cold winter's day.

Believe the hype! This room was perfect for me and my dog. The bedroom and bathroom were as "squeaky clean" as advertised. The bed was comfortable, the host was friendly, and the room was stocked with every amenity imaginable, from toiletries to fresh fruit, bottled waters, and Biscoff cookies (yum). Parking was easy and the view from the dock is so serene. If you're thinking of booking a stay at Dan's place, don't hesitate.

Such a lovely place to stay and kind hosts! Linda greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Krafts’ place is cozy and very comfortable, with everything you could possibly need, including ALL the fixings for breakfast, oj, coffee, tea, and snacks. The bed was very comfortable with extra fluffy pillows. Such thoughtful and kind hosts. It felt like home immediately. Thanks for everything!

Catherine’s place was very well stocked and she was so sweet to us! She gave us good recommendations and provided coffee and snacks in the morning, as well as snacks and toiletries in the room! It was a great stay and she is a wonderful host.

If I could give Jeanette 10 stars I would !! My beach house @ Tiki stay was amazing. The house was so quaint, artistic and comfy. Jeanette made me feel right at home. I was welcomed with a delicious cocktail and some cheese and crackers!! The energetic vibe of her home is so welcoming and abundant. Jeanette will leave you a welcome goodie assortment , as well as midnight snacks and a delightful continental breakfast! If you are an avid reader, get ready for an assortment of awesome books to choose from. Do you like art? Get ready to check out her artworks (some pieces are for sale, too!) I am so excited to go back to visit Jeanette, her fur baby, Malina and of course, wonderful Carolina Beach!! I highly recommend this stay.

Joya and her husband were perfect hosts. I have never stayed in a home with the owners present. Every need we had was met! Because we had an 8yo on our trip, she thought ahead and cooked us waffles, bacon, and watermelon! Our bedrooms and bathrooms were pristine and stocked with necessities. They're good people. 10/10.

When I arrived at her home Lynn greeted me at the driveway and proceeded to show me my accomodations. As soon as I entered I knew this was a 5 star home. My accomodations were spacious convenient and immaculate. I enjoy peace and quiet and it was so quiet I could not even find a squeaking door. It is close to Oak Island with a beach and a number of restauramts. It is also close to Southport with more restaurants and a quaint town to walk around. The next time I visit St. James, finding an accomodation will be so easy. It will be Lynn's.

Such a relaxing place to stay! My boyfriend and I decided to do a “staycation” and this was the perfect choice. My favorite part is that it was pet free, I couldn’t find any other bed & breakfast in the area that was pet free as I have allergies:) The host is amazing and so sweet…we felt right at home❤️

If you’re on the fence, get in with The Chick Inns! 🐔🏠💖 Monica (host) was wonderful to spend time with. She’s kind, considerate, funny, a great conversationalist, down-to-earth, & very accommodating. Breakfasts were delicious, creative, & kept me energized throughout the day. On St. Patrick’s Day, we had adorable 4 leaf clover cinnamon rolls!🍀 The whole family is wonderful, and not only makes you comfortable to be around them, but really look forward to their company throughout the day. The animals are well-behaved sweethearts, clearly well-loved & taken care of. Wonderful kids with awesome personalities. For my husband’s birthday, they surprised us with the coolest rainbow cake I’d ever seen! The host’s son made it himself; it was beyond thoughtful! 🎂 The home is beautifully decorated, the bed so cozy you’ll want to hibernate. When you leave a hotel, you feel a bit relieved, but that’s not the case with The Chick Inn. You’ll miss being here, it feels like home & family. 10/10
