Great place to stay in IOP. Very walkable to the beach and close enough to all activities of Charleston but out of the craziness of the city. The house provides a wonderful outside oasis with the firepit and hot tub in the screened in porch. Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely return to Christine’s place when we return to the area.

Can’t say enough!! We did not want our stay to end. We throughly enjoyed ourselves! Beautiful place, very personal touches to the home. Love and comfort permeates every space. I will most definitely visit again. I’m already planning more stays in the near future. I can see why the spring and summer is already booked.

This was an absolutely perfect Topsail vacation home! We loved every minute of our stay. The location is absolutely fantastic. So close to the little local shops and restaurants as well as super close to the bridge going over to the mainland.. The house itself was spotless and quite comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook full meals. Plenty of kitchenware for our group of seven. Proximity to the beach is by far the most fantastic detail of this house! The little private sandy beach *yard* attached to the deck is awesome for kids and the beach itself just down a few steps is so amazing. We could even sit in bed and see the ocean waves! This is the best house with beach access and views we've stayed at in Topsail. Also positive to note, the entire property being fenced in felt incredibly safe for kids and was fantastic for our dog. We realized the apartment was a part of the rental unit and we were so pleasantly surprised! It was a great separate space! Overall highly recommend!

Unit accurately described. Clean, great location no complaints. Only negative at first we didn’t see the instructions on how to enter the unit on the Airbnb email. Called the owner but they never called back-minor issue and only issue otherwise everything was great.

The home was very spacious and very clean, the lot was very private, Carol was a great host and very responsive. The hot tub and porches were so relaxing!!! The beach is just a short drive away as well as the grocery store. The beds were very comfortable.

We stayed a month in this air bnb while our condo was getting finished . Marla was very kind and always answered if we had a question. This was a great place to stay. our Grand daughter came for over night visit and we visited the park right down the street. We got to check out beautiful views at The marina. Marla place was so clean and pet friendly for our golden doodle. We were glad to find this place . I would refer anyone to stay at this nice cottage hosted by Marla she is a awesome host.

I needed a place to stay while I was in town awaiting the birth of my grandchild. I loved the quaint back yard with the hot tub and twinkle lights surrounded by beautiful trees and landscape . Home was very comfortable and I felt very safe, as I was alone.

Absolutely loved this day! It was the perfect place for my dogs and I to have a great weekend away and enjoy Oak Island. Super close to an awesome dog park and great restaurants downtown. Loved the space and the set up.

We really enjoyed the proximity to walking distance of all the restaurants. Our dogs enjoyed exploring the fenced in front yard. The place was perfect for our stay. We will keep this place in mind when we return to Wilmington.

my family has an issue with the AirBnb we booked and needed an emergency place quickly. I found David's place and immediately booked. I explained our situation of the previous place since we just booked for the night around 8pm. Because I booked so quickly to get my family in a better situation, I forgot to book with the dog and immediately texted them the situation. They were so responsive, understanding and accommodating! I am so thankful for this!

Seadar is a beautiful cottage close the beach access and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Leslie Ann's place was perfect size for our family of four. We loved the space underneath the house, which was spacious and great for hanging out. The location was amazing being less than 5 minute walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and stores. We had a great stay and would happily stay here again.

This is a very nice, yet homey stay. It's perfect for an adult weekend away, a trip with your kids, and/or if traveling with dogs. The kitchen and living space are well connected making it feel very open. The bedroom sizes were perfect, and beds are comfortable, great for a restful sleep at the end of the day. The backyard was bigger than expected, a great surprise, and fenced in. We were able to let our kids and dog play and run around to get wiggles out. They also had nice sitting areas at up allowing for some relaxing family time. We loved our stay, it was a great home with equally great hosts!

Lisa’s place was amazing. It was the perfect getaway for my wife and the pups. It is conveniently located within walking distance to so many places and even if you don’t want to walk everything you need is within a 5 minute drive. We are truly grateful and appreciative for this experience and are hoping to come back!!

Adorable guest house with everything you could need for a long weekend! The hosts were both friendly and responsive, and the home is located 10 minutes from any and everything you could want to do in Charleston! Would definitely stay here again.

Janet’s and Mark’s Airbnb has become our go to for our annual winter family gathering. We’ve had great experiences during multiple stays here and hope to stay here again in the future! They have been helpful, personable, and responsive. The place is perfectly suited for quality family time, whether cooking, lounging, or heading to the beach.

the location of the house was great, close to stores, restaurants, and public beach access. The living room has a ceiling fan, but neither bedrooms have one.

My daughter & I really enjoyed our stay. The house is gorgeous and had that clean, new construction smell. Very spacious and comfortable, with nice tall ceilings. Big windows allowed a lot of natural light. Fenced in back yard was great for our Doodle. Only issue was with our 2 small pups, both Pomeranians. They fit between the fence posts and got out so we had to improvise. Not a big deal. Just something to be aware of if you have small pups. The home being pet friendly was great for us. The bedrooms are nice, beds are comfortable and both bathrooms are gorgeous. The linens smelled amazing! So fresh & clean. So much so, that I need to find out what they use so I can start using it myself at home! Tankless water heater was a nice surprise! Neighbors are friendly. Across the street is wooded, which is nice. So quiet and peacful, which I appreciated. Lonnie was a great host. He always responded quickly. He was friendly, helpful, and accomodating. I look forward to staying here again!

As experienced travelers, we have learned to expect that there will be challenges. Not with Captain's Quarters. The moment we entered the dtive, it was just "Oh my!" The hosts are so welcoming, the cottage is completely beautiful, and the informational resources provided, etc... altogether it set us up so comfortably that we can claim to have experienced our trip exploring Charleston/low country as perfection. We felt so fortunate, but the reality is that Brad and Angela have created a magical setting we'll take with us forever in our memories. Thank you lovely hosts!

I would absolutely love to stay back at this location when in the area again. I felt at home.

Annie’s cottage was comfortable, well-located, and very clean! Annie was a great host, inviting us to celebrate the new year with her and other friends and offering friendly chats and recommendations during our stay. We will definitely keep Annie in mind for our next stay in the area!

For our 11th anniversary we wanted to go to Wilmington. We looked for someplace special. This fit the bill. Quiet, private, no stress, just what we wanted. I'm getting over a bronchial infection and they let us swap weekends. We appreciate the thoughtfulness of them letting us change weekends once I felt better. Cottage was beautiful, exactly as we expected. Thank you to sharing your property with us.
