Great location for us. We thought the house was clean and comfortable. We would stay again if we were in the area.

We had a wonderful stay in Summerville at Colleen’s lovely cottage. She had it all decorated for the holidays so it was like walking into a magical setting and we loved it! It was the perfect place for our visit with family nearby and it made our stay so special. It was just as perfect for our little Jack Russell, Jax…he loved the surroundings as much as we did! We would highly recommend Colleen’s place to anyone wanting a cozy, comfortable cottage in historic Summerville!

This home is was a great option for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Had plenty of room and utensil’s. The living space was great and worked well for our family. Having the fenced in backyard was great for our dog. The high chair and crib plus the pack and play was perfect for our grandchildren. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and all our guests commented about how comfortable the beds were which is important. Great location with plenty of things around. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area with a large family.

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. Our stay was very comfortable. The house was very well supplied and accessible. The decor was great and matched the area and mood around it. Overall our stay was very nice.

We were beyond happy with our stay! Martin was beyond kind and helpful. Everything was perfect! You can get to multiple beach towns in 20 minutes including the clubhouse ON the beach with a pool, shower, bathroom, and clubhouse to relax in air in. This trip is definitely one we will book again!

Fully fenced back yard was a huge plus for this stay. Lots of comfy couches and everything you need for cooking. Really beautiful house. Beds were also super comfy. Would definitely recommend 10/10

This space was such a perfect spot for our little fam! Traveled to Myrtle for a conference and got to stay with my partner and 4.5 month old and felt right at home! Highly recommend. Spacious, cozy, close to lots of stuff! Would totally stay again!

I stayed here with an infant and a toddler for a long weekend… It was great! Great location that was walkable to King Street and different restaurants. Super helpful that the host had a pack and play available for use as well as a washer/dryer. The only thing I would know is that the included parking space is a bit tight and we had a larger SUV so it was hard getting the kids in and out… But not a problem parking there and if you had a smaller car it would be totally fine. I highly recommend for a Charleston weekend!

Really enjoyed staying at Ashley’s place. Location is great! We really liked how it was tucked away from the street but you’re still just steps away from shops and restaurants.

Christopher was very responsive and courteous. Communication was fantastic! The accommodation was spacious and clean, and stocked with everything we could have thought of, from coffe/filters, to tape, to scissors!

This place was Very Spacious! There was only two of us and we needed separate sleeping spaces - this worked out perfectly. You can walk down to the battery, as long as you don’t mind a long walk. We Uber’ed down to some restaurants with no issue. There’s plenty of places nearby as well, just walk over to King Street and also an easy walk to C of C. Parking is a plus / easy access with the key pad and both beds were really, really comfy. You will hear some street noise if you’re in the front bedroom though FYI. All in all, a great place to stay!

We had a very short stay, but it was clean, comfortable, and great location with a view, and friendly host!

My cousin and I had a stay-cation to get away from the flow of day to day life. We had a great time and I know we were a bit noisy one of the nights dancing listening to music. Chris and Andi were very understandable. The place was beautiful and spacious for just the two of us. Perfect for a last minute weekend getaway.

Had a great time at Wesley's place. It was exactly as described and was perfect for my husband and I. Would definitely stay again if I return to Jacksonville.

Very nice and spacious house. The outside pool and hot tub area is like an oasis of its own. They had pool toys and a great sitting area on the huge outside patio. The washer and dryer are huge. Very pleased with our stay here.

Marvelous place!! Front ocean views and Zen environment for a family or romantic getaway! Looking forward to visiting again soon!!

HIGHLY recommend Salubrious View Too!!! We were lucky enough to stay at Drew’s home the week after Labor Day. The home itself is clean and has everything we needed and then some (including an elevator, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, games/puzzles, and a bedroom/bathroom that was accessible with a wheelchair), but the view is SPECTACULAR!! On top of being a wonderful home with stellar view, the home is hosted by a local property manager who was incredibly kind and helpful. She met us at the home to explain a bit about the property and was accessible via message, but wasn’t overbearing. The property owner called midweek to check in and obviously personally cares about his home and his guests. I hope to return in the future and would highly recommend this property to friends/family.

Great location and great house! There was plenty of towels, games, and other amenities! Hot tub and pool were great and the views were awesome!

Beautiful location and packed with amenities. Walkable to the beach and just a quick car ride to dozens of restaurants and shops. Super clean space. Would definitely return.

This was a great spot for our group of three women. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. We were able to prepare some meals there and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable with great linens. The family room was a great space to hang out together. This was a great location and a quick walk to the private beach area.

Sandra’s place was amazing. My family and I enjoyed celebrating my birthday there this weekend. Even with a little bit of bad weather, we enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the music outside. Sandra’s place is excellently stocked. She equips you with everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing time.
