We had a great time at Pamela's place! It's a short walk to the beach and close to everything on the island. We especially enjoyed the screened porch, which was a nice way to be outside when the weather wasn't great. Pamela is a very attentive host and made sure had everything we needed to have a great visit. We would happily stay here again the next time we're in the area.

very respectful upbeat personality and generally a great person. supplied all the main amenities. I flew across the United States to undergo a serious brain surgery procedure, she was available to all of my requests and replied back as soon as possible she also added a very sturdy ramp and railguard on the side of the three stairs going into the main house. her courtesy could not be matched and she is one of the best top notch airbnbs in this area. also to make my stay more comfortable and more at home she asked me what types of drinks and snacks and breakfast items that I would like upon arrival and fulfilled each request. I've never had this type of service at an Airbnb before and was blown away on the cleanliness and high standards of care that she has for the people that stay in her homes also she reached out to me to see if I'd like anything washed like the bathroom rugs and the kitchen towels. this Airbnb is only about 5 minutes away from CHS airport and is well located.

THE COOKIES! Absolutely amazing stay! If I could give this place 6 stars just for the cookies, I would. Jodi’s homemade cookies are out of this world – if you’re lucky enough to experience them, you’ll understand! The unit itself exceeded my expectations; it’s even more spacious than the photos suggest, with the bedroom thoughtfully separated from the living room and kitchen, plus an extra half bath in the bedroom that adds to the convenience. Jodi and Jim are dream hosts – they’re the sweetest couple, so helpful and attentive, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our check-in and check-out needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Can’t wait to return!

Mejor imposible. Cuando llegamos Theresa tenia refrigerios para nosotros, encontramos la casa impecable y muy limpia. Teníamos toallas suficientes, papel de baño y de cocina, productos de limpieza y todo lo necesario para convivir en una casa. La cocina tenía todos los útiles que puedas necesitar tal como se muestra en el anuncio. La piscina perfecta. Theresa es muy amable y comunicativa, puedes llamarla en cualquier momento si la necesitas. Amamos este lugar y sin duda volveremos a rentarlo en las próximas vacaciones.

Can’t recommend the MerManor enough, was great for our group of 7 and the interior was extremely fun and unique. A short walk to downtown Wilmington as well as a number of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants just within blocks makes this a great place to explore Wilmington!

Tia goes above and beyond to make sure that her guests are comfortable. Before, during and in my case she was helpful after I left. This truly was a home away from home! It’s the little things that stand out and there are so many. Without giving away all the little surprises, this home is fully equipped. It’s the attention to detail that sets this house apart from others that we’ve stayed in. Whether taking in the view of the ocean from the deck or cuddling up inside and watching a movie it was so comfortable and peaceful. The accommodations were warm, comfortable and exactly as listed. Extremely helpful is a manual provided by Maurya listing area attractions as well as detailed instructions and descriptions of household items available. Maurya remained available at all times, was respectful, professional and overall just easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend booking a stay with any property she has available.

The house is beautiful, specious, great place for our groups. Walking distance to the beach is a plus. We love the place and the area. Quite and peaceful. Thank you.

It was beautiful, peaceful, and felt secluded. House was clean and spacious and felt like home. So convenient having a dock and nice having boat landings close by. Definitely will be planning future stays.

Perfect location! Cozy rooms with comfortable beds and furniture. The place was clean. Lots of places to gather - inside and outside of the house - and the convenient beach access was icing on the cake. Thank you for a great stay!

Kathy was an amazing host! before we even arrived she called to notify us of a few issues that she was diligently working to resolve. By the time we arrived everything was perfect. Kathy has literally thought of everything. If you have forgotten something, don't worry, Kathy didn't. This is now our go to place!!! Thank you for everything Kathy.

There was a booking snafu and Shane found a comparable place for my trip. I think the Raintree villa was even better than the original location. Girls trip was relaxing and fun. The screened in porch and ocean view was fabulous. The dog settled in for his vacation too! I would stay again! Thanks to Shane and his staff.

Julie was very responsive. the place looks just like the pictures. very clean. had everything we needed for our stay. you can walk everywhere: to the beach, restaurants, pool, ice cream and coffee shops .

Sandra’s condo is steps away from the beach. It was so nice to walk across the street to the beach and use the beach chairs provided in the condo. Her pace is very spacious and decorated nicely with a beach theme. The deck is a nice place to sit and listen to the ocean. The beds are also very comfortable and it was nice to have Hulu/Peacock streaming available to watch shows.
