Since the first contact when I asked about the location to make the booking, Tim and Tanya’s response was always friendly and quick. The unit is very well equipped and maintained, with a beautiful French decoration. The favourite part of the unit was the impeccable and spacious bathroom. A bakery, supermarkets, Maccas, nails salon and a few take away places all just around the corner make the location very convenient. A bit far away from the beach for walk, especially on a hot summer day but the unit makes it worth it. Thank you Tanya and Tim for your care, kindness and availability every time!

John and Elaine were very welcoming, ready to greet me and make sure I had everything I needed to settle in. After that they gave me my privacy, which I appreciated. I settled in and enjoyed my stay, it made the perfect base for what I was doing. The place is comfy and roomy, with everything I needed. Be aware, it's a small kitchen with a hotplate and microwave and fridge, but perfectly adequate for cooking.

Property was exactly what we were after . A quaint little getaway for 2 in a great location . Close to restaurants , wineries , walks and beaches. Lots of lovely extra touches like coffee pods, breakfast essentials. Much appreciated .

The place was perfect for my week long stay as I was studying nearby . Clean and exactly as described. Love the walk to the beautiful beach nearby and easy to Get to shops and supermarkets, cafes . Perfection every way .

We went to Phillip Island for the Motogp. Great location, very clean and good access to the track. Would be very happy to stay there next year. Thanks Kim

Hal and Sue were amazing hosts with fantastic communication. The beach is a short walk down the road and the house has everything you need and more! Our little girl was catered to with many toys and Hal and Sue were on hand to answer any questions we had. The hot tub was a lovely touch and their dog, Sammie, was a delight! Would definitely will be back if we visit Phillip Island again! Thanks very much for the wonderful stay.

Small but perfectly formed We loved our stay at cosy Corner. Everything was really comfortable but what stood out was Janet’s generosity of spirit. The toiletries were superb and there were lovely breakfast ingredients left on the coffee table and in the fridge. We were very tired and really enjoyed having Netflix which we don’t have at home. Janet has tried to think of everything and we so appreciated the attention to details.

This really did feel like a home away from home. Everything you could ask for is here. The surrounds are so peaceful and quiet. I had a BBQ and a beach walk with friends on the Saturday and the patio was an amazing area to sit out on and look at the water. Differently will be returning! Stunning place, stylish & tasteful. On a quiet road just 5 mins walk from the lovely Mount Martha beach & shops/restaurants, it's a great spot on the Mornington Peninsula. A great deal of thought must have gone into the interior design, it was equipped with everything you might need & spotlessly clean. The outside courtyard was very attractive, perfect for breakfast or an early evening drink. Highly recommended.

The best place we’ve ever stayed at, without a doubt! Lisa was an excellent host, she was incredibly accommodating and respectful and had the best welcome brownies waiting for us on arrival. The Bungalow was fully equipped, exceeding all of our expectations. Lisa also has a very detailed folder of information with things to do on Phillip island which was super helpful and useful. Also our husky orca had the best time running around the hard and exploring the place. Thank you so much for everything Lisa, we will definitely be coming back!

we had a lovely stay, reasonably priced even though there was a major event on that weekend and all other properties were Charging ridiculous amounts. . Mitra was extremely helpful and accommodating. I had accidentally booked the wrong night and Mitra was more then happy to switch over my dates. easy to communicate with. even though the Airbnb is on their property it is very private and seperate. cute touches like coffee, milk, snacks , shampoo conditioner etc. beautiful book collection and games. fully stocked with plates, cups, mugs, cheese board. could comfortably spend a few nights there. thanks for having us =)

We had a beautiful stay—exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. The spa and pool were stunning, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the fireplace added a gorgeous touch to the atmosphere. The communication was excellent, and both Madi and Steve were very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you both! We will definitely be back again.

Had a lovely stay at Sharon's place. The surroundings was so peaceful and it was lovely watching all the animals walk past the windows. Short drive from Cowes, where you can find plenty of places to eat and drink, also loved that there was a small cafe just a 5 min walk away from the place! Would recommend staying again! 😊

My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend to attend the Tiny Home Expo and decided to make a weekend out of it. We also have a baby girl so it was important to find a place which made it a convenient and confusing comfortable stay with a baby. The accommodation was very private and well set up. Tracy couldn't do enough for us; she provided us with a high chair, portacot, extra linen, towels and a late check out. There are also so many toys for kids to play with in great condition and very thoughtful. Tracy was always responsive to my messages and questions and provided great local recommendations. The location is private, generous, has nice outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy and is pet friendly too. There is also a great view over the suburb towards the bay and its about 1km from a pizza place that made a smoked brisket pizza which was amazing! The check in process was easy and flexible and we are very glad we booked with Tracy and David, it made for a fabulous weekend away!

Marcus and Renee's cottage is so clean, beautiful and welcoming. The check in treats were so thoughtful & delicious. It was such a wonderful, relaxing stay away. would highly recommend & will coming back again to stay. Thank you.

Lindy was an exceptional host and went above and beyond to make our stay a positive experience and was accommodating to extra requests. The accommodation has everything you need including Casper the cat for cuddles! You will not be disappointed staying at Lindys!

Di and Pats place felt right at home!!! The views were absolutely breathtaking and we slept so well! Everything was very clean and comfortable. We also had a surprise visit from the wildlife which was very amusing! The location is 5min from the beach and main town center, we really enjoyed and can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful 1 week stay at Mark’s place. What a location - tucked into the hillside below Arthur’s seat with great views of the neighbourhood and the bay. Mark was very welcoming and treated us to some of his garden produce. The place is well equipped with very comfy lounge chairs and the bed was great too. Hosts were very welcoming but not intrusive. Highly recommend.
