This location is perfect for walking around Aberdeen and visiting local hotspots! The flat is exactly as pictured in photos - very clean and spacious. Gail is a phenomenal host with many recommendations on things to do, and she even helped me retrieve an item I had left after check out!

Beautiful, clean, modern and spacious apartment! Very comfortable and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay in Aberdeen and Yean’s flat made the stay all the more enjoyable.

Our stay at the Waterfront Apartment was the perfect weekend getaway. The apartment was pristine, very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Stuart was a great host, very helpful with any questions we had. Will definitely return again in the future

A great stay. Perfect for my family and friends. Super layout, spacious and well equipped, had everything we needed, super simple check in and check out. Quiet, peaceful but close to everything. Super walks to beach and great views over the golf course out to sea. Highly recommend and hope to come back soon.

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. I was very pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was and that we had a peaceful sleep every night without being woken up by neighbours getting ready or stuff happening outside of the building. It had most of the amenities we were looking for and Lucie replied quickly each time we messaged. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Skylarks Rest is a home from home in a picturesque fishing village with the Quayside Restaurant and The Harbour Bar on the doorstep, who could ask for more. I would definitely recommend Skylarks Rest. Cat is a superb host.

My partner and I came to stay at the flight during a weekend with my parents and our 2 cats. The flat was spacious, super clean and very nicely decorated for the holidays, overall a very cozy place. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We did not much use the common area but it was seemed very homely as well. Audrey was very helpful in planning for our arrival and making sure we had everything we needed. We wished we had planned to stay longer! Would definitely recommend for a stay in the area.

Amazing 4 nights stay with all our friends,we really felt like home with kids being the most happy sleeping in the bunk beds bedroom. Hot tub was amazing and we were lucky to catch good weather. Only think we would recomend: to provide a barbecue-we were lucky to find one in the shop nearby. Also the jet in the kitchen was not working properly and kept splashing us all the time we tried to wash something,but at the end was actually funny 😀. We highly recommend to book a stay to Kirkton Farmhouse and we hope to come back in future. Thank you to the hosts🤗🤗🤗

Rockpool Cottage was a delightful getaway from it all. Set in a small quaint seaside village, you feel like you're in a totally different world. A wonderful place to go out and explore the surroundings for a day and then come back to your rustic, cozy cottage at night. If this is what you are looking for, you will not be disappointed. Diane was fantastic at communicating with us and was quick to answer any questions that we had. She had wonderful suggestions for things to do, and places to dine, including a wonderful small hotel restaurant only steps from our from our door. We were also close to many public golf courses in nearby towns, and amenities all around. Staying at Rockpool Cottage has created many wonderful memories for us, and was the perfect way to start winding down the last part of our trip to Scotland. Thank you Diane!

We really enjoyed our stay. Derrywood is a short walk from the centre of Braemar. It is a great base for exploring the local area and hiking the Munros. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and well equipped and the hosts very accommodating, approachable and friendly. Would definitely stay again

Our third visit and it won’t be our last. We love the location and the cottage is so cosy. It’s quickly become our favourite getaway and this was a January holiday rather than a summer one and it’s just as magical!

This house was such a gorgeous find! Super easy to find, quiet area, with loads of outdoor space. The fire was the perfect addition. David was great with directions and replying to messages. The hot tub is gorgeous even if we didn’t sadly get to use it as much as we would have liked. Close to so many great little seaside towns. The only negative we had was that the listing says dog friendly and absolutely is but there were a few additional rules about pets upstairs and on couches etc that would have been handy to know prior to booking. For example you needed to bring your own throws if you wanted dogs on sofas which we didn’t bring as we didn’t know but would have if we’d been made aware on booking. We have an extremely needy dog so locking him downstairs, as we also had young children and didn’t want them in the upstairs rooms, was a bit troublesome. In no way ruined our stay, it’s just to warn future bookings if they have needy dogs like us!

Had a fantastic stay over New Year. Lovely house, had everything we needed for an extended family stay. The house was spacious, comfortable and warm. Amanda was quick to respond to messages and was always friendly and informative.

The place was wonderful for our purposes (i.e. celebrating our daughters 30th birthday with the entire family). It is a spacious place which was well equipped and clean. The location was fine and the weather excellent if cold. The check in time was brought forward by a few hours to suit us and the jacuzzi was ready when we arrived. Gillian was responsive to our requests.

Amazing place with some lovely views to go with it. Without question, we would stay here again.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay. The apartment was great, bus stop close-by for city centre, nice walks around the area, supermarkets in walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable, warm, beds comfy and it was like from home to home. Julie is a great host and responsive at all times. Definitely would recommend her apartment.

My parents were visiting from England with their labrador in tow. Fiona was wonderfully accommodating from start to finish, from a flexible check-in time to even creating a cute welcome sign that included the dog’s name! The flat is spacious and well appointed and my parents both found it very comfortable for their 2 weeks stay. My dad particularly appreciated the vinyl collection and listening to them on the provided record player. The location is perfect with the building being right on the main road into the city centre - perfect for catching a bus into town - but the flat itself is at the back of the building so is very quiet and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen helped make them feel at home for their two week stay and less like they were in a hotel. My parents would happily stay again!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Michaels Unterkunft. Das Apartment hat alle unsere Erwartungen und war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Stadt und an den Strand. Besonders empfehlen können wir das kleine Café um die Ecke, welches uns immer das beste Frühstück bereitet hat. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und das Haus ruhig. Der Kontakt mit Michael verlief ohne Probleme und seine Empfehlungen für die Umgebung waren sehr hilfreich.

What an experience! Well done, David and team. Absolutely nothing to take away from this accommodation. - all the parameters of measuring a good service scored the very top mark. And it was good value for money too. The team responded promptly when the toaster broke down and most courteously too. I recommend this accommodation fully and without any reservation at all.

I really enjoyed my stay, i was there for 4 weeks whilst on placement at Dr Gray’s and found the location very ideal. It was a less than 5 minute drive to the hospital and shops at a walkable distance. Karen was very friendly and always got back to me quickly with any questions or concerns i had. The area was quiet which was perfect after my shifts. Karen was flexible with my check in time and gave me a show around the house before leaving. I will definitely be staying here again if i’m back in the area.

Mikes apartment was the perfect homely base just a short walk away from the sweet town of Ballater. As a family of four, we stayed here as a base for visiting Glenshee ski centre and the apartment was very warm and spacious and well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. The chocolates & breakfast items were a lovely welcome surprise when we checked in and enjoyed throughout the week. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable to relax in with plush sofas in a spacious lounge and lovely beds & bedding so we felt very well rested after every night stay. There are plenty of local eateries and takeaways, and also plenty of cooking facilities should you not wish to venture out. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit and recommend for a cosy getaway.
