This location is perfect for walking around Aberdeen and visiting local hotspots! The flat is exactly as pictured in photos - very clean and spacious. Gail is a phenomenal host with many recommendations on things to do, and she even helped me retrieve an item I had left after check out!

What a fantastic place to stay. The photos don't do the place justice as it was even better than we expected. Would 100% stay here again with no hesitation. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and right on Union Street.

Clean and well stocked flat that was walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. Rosella and her husband were warm and welcoming hosts - would absolutely stay here again!

De communicatie verliep erg goed. De verhuurders waren erg vriendelijk. De accommodatie had alles tot in details wat wij nodig hadden, ook veel basis voorzieningen. Fijn dat we Netflix konden kijken. Vele winkels en restaurants en kleine supermarkt op loopafstand om de hoek. Het wijkje Fittie - Footdee was erg apart en aan te lopen. Het appartement bevond zich op de begane grond van het appartementen complex wat afgesloten was, een soort binnenplein / tuin waar ons hondje haar behoefte kon doen. De ruimtes waren perfect voor ons gezin. Ook fijn dat we af en toe een wasje konden draaien. Owja en de bedden sliepen heerlijk! De laatste dag voelde ik me niet lekker, maar heb gewoon de klok rond geslapen. Dochter heeft nog supergave schoenen gevonden in de winkel aan de overkant. Dit appartement zullen we zeker aanbevelen! Stuart is an impeccable host very responsive to any text messages and requests place was lovely as described very quiet location with beaches both sides out the back of the property with a quick 5 min walk people in the town very friendly and welcoming would definitely recommend if your looking for a stay in Lossiemouth I will certainly be returning

Loved the location of Cara’s place! She was so responsive to my questions. There was a good bit of construction going on around the apartment with in the city but it never bothered us or the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.

I wanted peaceful place near the water. Even though flat was in the buildings complex it was very quiet and no disturbance at all. Place was walking distance to the city center and stores

Had an amazing couple of nights here. The apartment is warm and cosy with all the amenities you need. Right next to the coast too! Located in a little gem of a place also.

Dieses AirBnb war wirklich wunderschön! Ein großes Haus, dass sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Es gibt genügend Badezimmer und auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Öl, Gewürze, Küchentücher, Spültabs, Spülmittel, Müllbeutel,..). Die Lage ist auch sehr ruhig und wunderschön! Der Whirlpool macht das ganze natürlich noch besser. Alles in allem ein top AirBnb. Es ist jedoch anzumerken, dass das 4er Zimmer echt recht kleine Betten aufweist also für Erwachsene (wenn man dieses AirBnb für 12 Erwachsene bucht) schwierig drin zu schlafen.

Es ist eine wunderbare, super ausgestattete und saubere Unterkunft. Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr Freund immer erreichbar. DANKE!

Lovely homely cottage with everything we needed. Dog friendly but couldn’t tell dogs have stayed previously. Great open fire and the best shower we’ve ever used!

Super cozy cottage by the sea in traditional fishing village. The cottage is very well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. Nice restaurant nearby. Diane was very helpful and considerate. I would come back again!

Our third visit and it won’t be our last. We love the location and the cottage is so cosy. It’s quickly become our favourite getaway and this was a January holiday rather than a summer one and it’s just as magical!

we had a great stay in this apartment. it was perfect for the harbour, the beach and all local amenities. the flat itself is lovely, with everything you need for a short stay. my 3 year old was delighted with the toy chest! the beds were super comfy. we had a great time!

Julie's apartment was nice, cosy and well-equipped. It has everything you need and is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful surrounding. I'd highly recommend it for a stay in Aberdeen

My parents were visiting from England with their labrador in tow. Fiona was wonderfully accommodating from start to finish, from a flexible check-in time to even creating a cute welcome sign that included the dog’s name! The flat is spacious and well appointed and my parents both found it very comfortable for their 2 weeks stay. My dad particularly appreciated the vinyl collection and listening to them on the provided record player. The location is perfect with the building being right on the main road into the city centre - perfect for catching a bus into town - but the flat itself is at the back of the building so is very quiet and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen helped make them feel at home for their two week stay and less like they were in a hotel. My parents would happily stay again!

What an experience! Well done, David and team. Absolutely nothing to take away from this accommodation. - all the parameters of measuring a good service scored the very top mark. And it was good value for money too. The team responded promptly when the toaster broke down and most courteously too. I recommend this accommodation fully and without any reservation at all.

I really enjoyed my stay, i was there for 4 weeks whilst on placement at Dr Gray’s and found the location very ideal. It was a less than 5 minute drive to the hospital and shops at a walkable distance. Karen was very friendly and always got back to me quickly with any questions or concerns i had. The area was quiet which was perfect after my shifts. Karen was flexible with my check in time and gave me a show around the house before leaving. I will definitely be staying here again if i’m back in the area.

Fabulous apartment. Beautifully fitted out.Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Bed was so comfortable. Quiet residential area, no problem with parking right outside property. Close to beach and some really quaint towns and villages along the coast. Great communication from host. Can't recommend this property highly enough. Thank you Paul it made our stay really enjoyable.

Great accommodation, felt really homely, lovely and warm and welcoming. Welcome hamper was really appreciated after a long journey. Great location and facilities for exploring the surrounding area or just staying local where we managed to sample most of the eateries. The independent shops and galleries were charming and very friendly. Would definitely recommend the accommodation and Ballater! Thank you for such a lovely easy stay.
