Teresa was an amazing host for a wonderful property! She was responsive to all of our needs and even provided us with local recommendations late the evening we arrived. The house comes stocked with lots of needed essential items for your stay (shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) and was perfect for our large group. We can't wait to come back in the future!

This was a great place to stay! It was clean, the beds were super comfortable and I loved the huge shower. The location was perfect, pool was fabulous and Daniel was a great host that responded very quickly to any question/need we had. I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic experience and the home was beautiful! We were 12 miles from the Lee Health Complex where we played baseball!

The property was as advertised. The patio and pool area was amazing. The pool water was warm and clean. We played volleyball and basketball in the pool daily. We enjoyed coffee and meals each day in the back patio. The house was also extremely clean, easy to find very nicely appointed. It had everything we needed. The owners were helpful and prompt in communications. We'd love to return for a future stay! Highly recommended!

I had family coming into town for my wedding and we booked Jesse’s place. First of all, Jesse was absolutely amazing to work with. No matter the time of day, Jesse was so quick to respond to me when my family needed anything during our stay. The place was beautiful inside and out, the hot tub was an absolute must during this cold weather and heated so quickly. The place was perfectly clean and the home was so welcoming. I would absolutely book with Jesse again!

Zu erst möchten wir uns für eine wirklich tolle Woche, in einem wunderschönen Haus bedanken! Leider hatten wir sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter. Dafür hat das Haus uns die Woche absolut gerettet. Aufgrund der Bewertungen bezüglichen der harten Matratzen, haben wir das Haus erst gemietet. Und was sollen wir sagen?! Wir haben lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen! Wir fliegen nach einer Woche absolut entspannt und mit einem tränenden Auge wieder nachhause. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Ganz Liebe Grüße und ein großes Dank an Fr Grosso für die wirklich sehr nette Betreuung.

This house was everything that we could have asked for. Unfortunately, we came when the weather was in the 50s but the heated pool and spa definitely made our time worth it. I was continuously impressed with the things this house offered. As a mom of 3, I’m already overwhelmed with the things I need to pack for my family. This house had it all. It included: beach toys, pool noodles, mini paddle boards, a pack and play (I believe, I didn’t look too closely), a beach bag, bikes, a high chair, umbrella, etc., everything you need to stay here! In addition to the wide variety of items, the hosts were very responsive. The only thing I did not enjoy was the firmness of the king bed but I also know that’s something you can’t win with everyone. I also would have appreciated a carbon monoxide detector but we ended up bringing our own. I would still choose to stay here aside from that :) My kids loved the “pool house.” We hope to be back again!

the house was updated and very accommodating. we felt right at home. the outside amenities had the pool, jacuzzi, and an amazing area to sit outside and relax. beds were very comfortable. Alex had great communication and responded quickly. would not only recommend this house, but would stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience at this home! The host was friendly and responsive. We arrived later in the night and they had a few lights left on for us to find the house. The house was spacious and had board games and pool toys for kids.

Beautiful home on Cape Coral canal. We did have an issue with the pool and spa (out of anyone’s control) but Andrea was very responsive and had multiple people out to help fix it. House was very clean, quality towels/linens, comfortable beds. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes/utensils etc. plenty of storage/closets/drawers. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

This is our second stay at Dream Villa. We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, hot tub and grilling. The home is beautiful and has everything we need to enjoy our family!

The place was amazing, clean, and great location! The house had so much to offer for my family and we didn’t want to leave. We had one small issue and it was immediately addressed by Neil. If you are looking to go to this area, this is the only place to stay!
