Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer ist perfekt. Von hier aus kann man sehr gut in alle Richtungen los starten um die wunderschönen Strände zu erkunden. Die Wohnung bietet wirklich alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terasse bietet auch die Möglichkeit eine Sporteinheit durchzuführen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist eine Yoga Session am Morgen mit Meditation, dazu gibt es vor Ort auch Yogamatten. Die beiden Gastgeber sind absolut herzlich und wir wurden behandelt wie deren Kinder !!! Wir kommen wieder.

Τα λόγια είναι περιττά για το πόσο όμορφα περάσαμε! Το σπίτι το νιώσαμε απευθείας δικό μας,ήταν άνετο,ζεστό και είχε όλα όσα χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια! Όλα καθαρά και τακτοποιημενα! Κοιμηθηκαμε άνετα στα κρεββατια ,είχε το κατάλληλο εξοπλισμό για ζεστασιά, αν και το σπίτι ήταν πολυ ζεστό σε όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας.Η κουζίνα έχει τα πάντα από συσκευές, δεν χρειάστηκε να πάρουμε τίποτα από το σπίτι μας! Μας άρεσε το ποσό φωτεινό ήταν το σπίτι τα πρωινά,αλλά και το βράδυ μπροστά στο τζάκι ήταν το κάτι άλλο! Η θέα πανέμορφη, το ρυάκι στο πλαι του σπιτιού ήταν κάτι μοναδικο,για μια μικρή περιπέτεια με τα πιτσιρίκια μας! Η περιοχή τριγύρω έχει πολλά διαμάντια να επισκεφτείς! Λ.Δόξα, Λαδωνας π., Καλάβρυτα και χιονοδρομικό, Σπήλαιο Λιμνών (απίστευτα!),Ζωολογικό Κήπο ,Τριποταμο ,Πλανητερο και πολλά άλλα που δεν προλάβαμε αυτή την φορά.. Ο κύριος Θοδωρής,όπως και η Μαρία ευγενεστατοι ,μας άφησαν πολύ όμορφες εντύπωσεις και μας πρότειναν τοποθεσίες! Ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς!

Marina und ihr Team sind tolle Gastgeber. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und Villa Umgebung war top. Wir waren zwei Familien 8 Personen, in der Penthouse Wohnung was super war. Pool Ende September, Anfangs Oktober immer noch super warm. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Zu Fuss ist Lefkada Stadt gut erreichbar im 20 Min. Der Mini Market in 10 Min. gut erreichbar. Sicher benötigt man ein Auto um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Ende September Anfangs Oktober ist nicht mehr so viel los was wir sehr genossen haben. Besten Dank für die schönen Tage. Nous avons séjourné en famille avec nos enfants en bas âges dans la maison de Georgia. Nous avons été plus que satisfaits, la maison est juste magnifique ( situé dans un petit village adorable avec un voisinage très accueillant et sympathique). Maison avec jardin , parking intérieur, 2 chambres très spacieuses, lit bébé, propreté irréprochable ! Elle est vraiment plus belle que sur photos! La maison est très spacieuse, sentait très bon et Georgia avait bien chauffé avant notre arrivé. Du savon lessive et adoucissant ont été mis à notre disposition. Un supermarché, une petite pleine de jeu extérieur et des cafés se trouvent à 1 min. Quartier sécurisant et authentique! Je recommande sans hésitation si vous voulez faire un passage authentique au cœur de la Grèce! Communication top, Géorgie est très réactive et répondra à toutes les questions. Φτάσαμε πολύ αργά το βράδυ, και μπήκαμε στο σπίτι χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα μετά από συνεννόηση με την ιδιοκτήτρια. Σε γενικές γραμμές μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Θα προτιμούσα το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ξανά.

If you are coming to visit Ioannina, look no further for a place to stay! Nikos' apartment is impeccable, beautifully appointed and gorgeous. Everything is absolutely top notch and you couldn't ask for a more perfect location within the citadel. There are incredible restaurants minutes away! Our stay was only 2 days but we were so relaxed we could have stayed for much longer. And Nikos is an incredible host who was there to help us with everything we needed. The extremely comfortable king-sized bed with perfect linens, the fantastic bathroom, and the wonderful radiator heating (we came here in the winter) along with the spacious and comfortable living room, lovely dining room and all the furnishings make this place 5 stars! Cannot recommend enough!

Zu Flora und Hector zu fahren, ist wie die Sommerferien bei Oma und Opa zu verbringen. Das Haus mit Garten liegt abgeschieden in wunderschöner Natur. Während Flora dir das Gefühl von Zuhause vermittelt, indem sie sich unglaublich lieb um dich kümmert und wundervoll kocht, gingen wir mit Hector auf unsere eigenen kleinen Abenteuer. Er zeigte uns den Garten, der die Grundlage für alle Gerichte war, ging mit uns wandern und erzählte uns viel und herzlich von seiner Kindheit in der Region. Die Kommunikation über Übersetzer oder mit Händen und Füßen machte alles nur noch sympathischer. Wir verlassen diesen Ort schweren Herzens und sind uns sicher: Sollte der Alltag irgendwann zu viel werden, finden wir hier immer Zuflucht. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

Η διαμονή μας στον χώρο ήταν αρκετά καλη. Το δωμάτιο βρισκόταν σε κεντρικό δρόμο και μπορούσες να μετακινηθείς με τα πόδια. Ήταν καθαρό και ο κύριος Κώστας απαντούσε γρήγορα στις απορίες μας. Το μόνο που μας προβλημάτισε λίγο, επειδή πετύχαμε σε κρύες μέρες νιώθαμε λίγο κρύο στο δωμάτιο .

Είχα μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία διαμονής και θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιονδήποτε αναζητά έναν άνετο και φιλόξενο χώρο για τις διακοπές του. Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως περιγραφόταν στις φωτογραφίες και τις πληροφορίες του καταλύματος – όμορφα διακοσμημένο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαζόμαστε για μια άνετη διαμονή.Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, σε ήσυχο και ασφαλές περιβάλλον. Αυτό μας επέτρεψε να εξερευνήσουμε εύκολα την περιοχή χωρίς να χάνουμε πολύ χρόνο στις μετακινήσεις.Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικός και πολύ φιλικός. Μας παρείχε όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες και ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος για οποιεσδήποτε ερωτήσεις ή βοήθεια χρειαστήκαμε.

Die Gastgeberin hat sich sehr darum gekümmert, dass wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt hatten. Sie hat uns klar Anweisungen gegeben, wie wir in die Unterkunft kommen, da wir erst spät abends eingetroffen sind. Die Unterkunft war perfekt geputzt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns viele tolle Tipps (Ausflüge/Restaurants) für die Umgebung gegeben und uns sogar Bio-Früchte aus dem Garten gebracht. Es war eine sehr große Freude, Dhurata kennengelernt zu haben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke dafür!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν μια πολύ καλή επιλογή για τη διαμονή μας. Ήταν καθαρό, τακτοποιημένο και λειτουργικό, με άνετους χώρους και μια καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα που κάλυπτε τις βασικές μας ανάγκες. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν αρκετά άνετα, ενώ το μπάνιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και πρακτικό. Αν και ταξιδέψαμε τον χειμώνα, η θέρμανση ήταν αποτελεσματική και ο χώρος διατηρούνταν ζεστός και ευχάριστος. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν ιδιαίτερα βολική, καθώς βρισκόταν κοντά στο κέντρο, αλλά γενικά χωρίς ενοχλητικό θόρυβο. Η πολυκατοικία ήταν σχετικά σύγχρονη, με καλά κουφώματα που συνέβαλαν στην ησυχία. Η θέα προς τη λίμνη ήταν πολύ όμορφη και το τζάκι πρόσθεσε μια ζεστή, χαλαρωτική ατμόσφαιρα, ενισχύοντας την εμπειρία μας. Επιπλέον, η οικοδέσποινα ήταν ευγενική και εξυπηρετική, πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Συνολικά, το διαμέρισμα κάλυψε τις προσδοκίες μας και η διαμονή μας ήταν ευχάριστη.

Ολα ήταν τέλεια! Ένα ζεστό σπιτάκι , πολύ άνετο και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Παρείχε όσα χρειαζόμασταν αλλά και περισσότερα απ όσα φανταζόμασταν! Μπράβο κύριε Θοδωρή … συνεχίστε να υποδέχεστε τους φιλοξενούμενούς σας με τον ίδιο ενθουσιασμό και ευγένεια και να τους παρέχετε το κάτι παραπάνω από τους άλλους και εμείς θα σας προτιμούμε και θα σας προτιμούμε πάντα!

Stefan's place was very nice. The pool was great. It was about a 20 minute walk to the old town and the restaurants. Overall a great place to stay.

Super location man ist sehr schnell in der Stadt und am Strand die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte echt echt alles was man brauchte perfekt für 2 Leute. Ich habe Endrit leider nur schriftlich kennengelernt aber er war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet und für Fragen vor Ort haben seine Eltern immer schnell geholfen, die beiden waren auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Also wer nicht direkt im Getümmel sein will fühlt sich hier sehr wohl ich kann die Unterkunft also nur weiterempfehlen.

We stayed in Angelos apartment a week in June. Perfect for a family or friend group. Large areas and bedrooms with the facilities you need. Angelo was very kind and flexible and always replied right away. The location was great, super close to Ligia beach and also the bus stop to Lefkada town/Nidri. I really recommend Angelo’s apartment!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Georgia et Stathis. Georgia avait préparé des choses pour notre arrivée : Super ! Nous n'avons vu ça nulle part ailleurs ! La maison est grande et propre. La piscine est super !! Stathis et Georgia nous ont également conviés à la fête du village. De supers hôtes ! Il faut noter que la maison est dans un village en montagne. La vue est super. L'endroit est très calme et reposant.

Socrates nagyon barátságos, segítőkész házigazda. Ajánlom a helyet azoknak, akik csöndes pihenésre vágynak és nem szeretik a nagy nyüzsgést és zsúfoltságot.

Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit im Haus. Dieses ist mit einem großen Garten und zwei Terrassen ausgestattet. Im Garten wachsen unter anderem Feigen, Zitronen und Granatäpfel, welche uns sogar geschenkt wurden. Die Küche war zum Kochen gut geeignet. Babyfreundliche Ausstattung (Hochstuhl, Gitterbett, kleiner Topf zum Brei kochen, Babydecke) und sehr babyfreundliche Gastgeber! Die Kommunikation mit Natascha und ihrer Mutter war exzellent. Wir haben gute Tipps für Unternehmungen auf Korfu bekommen und uns wurde bei Fragen immer zügig geantwortet. Strand fußläufig erreichbar mit einem Restaurant mit guten griechischen Speisen und fairen Preisen. Außer in der Nachbarunterkunft keine anderen Menschen in der Nähe, herrliche Ruhe.

If you are looking for a beautifully renovated space (original stone structure is maintained) in an authentic Greek village, this is the place for you! 10 min drive to the gorgeous Polylimnio Falls with a beautiful herb and vegetable garden in the front yard that the hosts encouraged us to use, makes this a perfect place to retreat to. The hosts were excellent communicators and called us to tell us that there was a celebration in the village square that we could go and check out. The wine that was gifted to us was delicious! Everything is in pristine condition and works perfectly as it is all brand new.

We absolutely loved Konaki. It’s such a special and unique place. The history of the building is very cool and it is so relaxing and quaint. Also has all the comforts of modernity despite its age & rustic charm. Artemis was extremely helpful and had great suggestions for hikes and activities. Everyone at Montanema was so wonderful and our stay was absolutely magical! We can’t wait to return.

Fantastic location and perfect for a beach holiday. Thomas was amazing, going well above and beyond to help us. I timed my walk from the Villa to getting into the sea at 3minutes 57 seconds and I am no "olympic walker". The bonus of the location is the new Taverna just over a 5 minute walk as getting into town is best by moped or car.
