Great stay and Seth was a great host! Would recommend if you’re looking for a secluded place with space for activities, and plenty of privacy.

We found a couple broken utensils and let him know, he was apprentice of us telling him so he could replace for future guests. He was very responsive and friendly. Always love dog friendly places so we can travel with our "kid!" Nick's place was spacious but cozy and we had a great time just hanging out as a family, playing games and celebrating the holidays over a long weekend!

We were all so happy with Boyson House. It was close to our event that weekend and to my daughter's house. The space had just what we needed! I was so pleased to have the very large fenced in area for my dog to run free! I wasn't expecting that size of a fenced in area. She got some good exercise there. I also appreciated the laundry room area just as we entered so Cricket could feel like she was a part of what we were doing without being under our feet. Her crate fit well in there - so much space. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have different areas to sit and chat. I recommend this place!

Host was very nice and always responsive to messages. Provided a beautiful, clean and warm atmosphere.

Kadia is an amazing host!! Her house is always so cozy and inviting. we love staying there when we come to town, close to a lot of things, but so peaceful at the same time. Kadia is very good with communication, had a tiny hiccup and she got it fixed with in 45 mins!! amazing! we will be back!!

this is a really nice place in a great neighborhood. there was lots to do. home is very spacious and comfortable. I would stay here again next time I am in Cedar Rapids.

The cabin/house worked perfectly for us. 5 friends on a disc golf trip to Wildcat Bluff Recreation Area. Lots of room to stretch out. Disc Golf basket on site for practicing and to keep my 15 yo son very occupied. At first the outside of the house shows some wear, but the inside is modern and well kept with new fixture, great shower and honestly far exceed our expectations. Tim and Jaime were great communicators. We had a fire outside one of the nights as well and really enjoyed the space.

Bea’s place was the PERFECT location for our travels as we visited for Thanksgiving. The rooms were stunningly decorated, the bedrooms comfy, and the space was warm and welcoming. We hosted a get together with our relatives for a game night and between the dining area, cozy living room furniture, and kitchen bar, everybody was able to socialize comfortably and relax without it feeling overcrowded. There was no noise from adjoining units or traffic and we enjoyed our time immensely. It is also close to a grocery store and a Starbucks as well as Urgent Care should needs arise. Bea is a responsive and gracious host. Great stay!

Stayed here with my husband and 1 year old. Fantastic place to stay. While you know the owners are upstairs you frequently forget they’re even there because you never hear anything. Loved the fact that they offer the little, thoughtful things like new toothbrushes, toothpaste, and my 1 year old appreciated the mini candy bars! 😂 Only downside was the poorly paved road it’s located on. Not really anything that can be done by the owners about that though. Would definitely stay here again!

Bill & Beths is a clean, attractive place to stay. The first thing I noticed when we opened the door was how clean it smelled - just how you’d want a new space to stay in to smell! Everything was neat and orderly, adequate kitchen supplies and comfortable beds. The hot tub on the deck is very nice as well!

This is the perfect home away from home for us and our puppy! The fenced area makes things so easy, and the pet-friendly space is comfy. Things were clean, fresh and ready for our visit. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back!

Amanda and William were absolutely amazing hosts! From the moment I arrived, they greeted me, showed me around the condo and best places to enter/park/etc. and provided a fantastic list of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Their hospitality made my stay so much more enjoyable. The condo itself was perfect—super clean, comfortable, and ideal for my long-term stay. After long days of work training, it was so peaceful to come back and unwind. The location was also great—close to everything I needed and in a safe area. They were always incredibly responsive and friendly, making the entire experience nothing but positive. I highly recommend staying here!

This is a really beautiful home. It was like being in a log cabin mansion and it easily accommodated our families. It is nestled in a beautiful area and the vineyard made me feel like I was back in Napa Valley. The young kids were able to play outside and in the large game room which I am sure contributed to a weekend free of meltdowns. Finally, the wood stove and fire pit (stock up on s'more supplies) is so unusual for an AirBnb and it really made me feel like I was home. I highly recommend staying here and Jennifer was a great host!

Amazing spot. Not many places left on air BNB that give you so much included; tow cabins, allows dogs, all the amenities you could want, very clean and cozy. Host was amazing. Beautiful area. Will come back. Even bought a big bass (plus a few walleyes and pan fish) on the river just a 5 min walk through the property.

Great stay - we loved the peacefulness of the location.

Worked great for meeting some friends for an Iowa football weekend. Easy check-in, comfortable sleeping, and we had everything we needed. Such a unique place with fun amenities. It was also great to have Club 76 just a short walk away.

Anna was very kind! The place was nice and cozy. Alot more spacious once your inside place. We'll be contacting Anna to stay here again next time we're in the area.

This is a quality property: stylish, pristine, well-equipped and comfortable. Nice light throughout, good beds and a fantastic kitchen. Has a very private feeling, yet is less than a 10 minute drive from Iowa City proper and close to all the area has to offer. Hosts were welcoming and responsive to our inquiries. We hope to be back!

The pictures do not do this cabin justice. It is a beautiful cabin with everything you need. Peaceful surroundings and the river is beautiful. The perfect vacation spot.
