My son was visiting Clarke University in the area and needed a quick overnight stay and this was perfect.. at the last minute I couldn't make it with him however it was just what he needed after an all day tour with the college for some rest overnight. No issues at all.. quick stay, in and out with no issues, peaceful, private, and a walkable neighborhood. Thanks and we look forward to utilizing your services again in the future ❤️

Comfortable and clean. Really nice space. We liked the shower, all the stuff available to use in the kitchen. We had a pleasant experience.

Perfect east village condo. We loved our time and will definitely stay again. Easily walkable to many bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

The Sparrows Nest was such a calming and cozy place with such unique and detail oriented decor which made it feel like a home. The apartment was right near such a friendly restaurant in downtown Monona. We explored nearby towns in Postville, McGregor and Prairie du Chien which made the trip an adventure too. Tanya was such a gracious and thoughtful host who left homemade delicious chocolate bars as a welcoming gift. The Sparrows Nest is the place to stay in Monona!

I am an older single woman who travels alone. It is worth a lot to me to have a quiet space that I feel safe in, and Richard provides all that in this cute little apartment. I have stayed here several times. On the night of March 11, 2025, there was a violent storm that started with rain & changed to sleet, ice and snow and 55+ mph winds. There was snow and ice all around the door the next morning and I needed to get out. Within 30 minutes, Richard had sent his guys over to put salt down and remove snow from in front of the door. They have always responded quickly to anything I have needed. I highly recommend Richard's apartment. This is a quiet, comforting space that has a fully equipped kitchen, and is decorated very nicely. I wish I could take the bed home with me. Thank you for everything!

Had a lovely stay at this apt! Host was responsive... And I did not need anything from him past a few things right after check in! I will note that you can hear a lot of movement from the people who live above, just to be aware! and that the sun comes shining in in the am! But all in all would totally come back !

Place was perfect for our short stay. Clean. Easy access instructions and Antonio was super responsive.

We've stayed at Tonya's place multiple times as I travel to Des Moines for work regularly. She is always a great host, great communication, and fast to respond. Being in the center of Des Moines makes it easy to get anywhere we need to go.

This location worked out well for us. It’s close to downtown, so our drive times were short. The house had lots of spaces so we could hang out as a family when we wanted to, and we could find quiet when we wanted to. The washer and dryer are nice amenities. If the weather would have been nicer, we would have enjoyed the backyard more. The neighborhood was quiet, and we liked the off-street parking. The beds were comfortable. Our host left snacks for us which were a surprise! Definitely recommend!

First time staying at a very clean and very nice place. the host communicate with me during my stay and asked how was everything and as a family man I was very rough. she did make us feel like we were at home....thank you

Shelley's was a very nice older home. I travel to Ida Grove for work and this is a great alternative to the hotel in town.

David was very responsive and hospitable. He made sure we had everything we needed. Extremely friendly! House was clean and comfortable.

It was a perfect spot for visiting our granddaughter. It had everything we needed. It was spacious, clean and a perfect place to stay.

Takes a special license to figure out how to get some water going in the shower, but it was cool having water coming from 3 spots. Plenty of room down there. Decor sits somewhere between Grandma's basement and the Oval Office. No ice available which would have been nice. Thanks for the coffee though, that was good. Check in/out all fine. Parking narrow dead-end street, one side only but wasn't a big deal. Had the little pups upstairs and their zoomies but all I wanted to do was snuggle up with one each evening. I was never offered and I will be upset over that for quite some time. Wasn't there much but was hoping to have access to watch Netflix woulda been a nice bonus. No big deal though. Overall, worked out great.

Very cozy place to stay with great amenities! Would 100% stay here again. Close to everywhere we planned on going. Deb was an amazing host and responded very quickly!

It was large enough we were able to host a dinner and evening for 8. And the location was perfect.

Went to Iowa City with my teenage son for Iowa wrestling dual and a wrestling showcase in Coralville. If you're attending a Hawkeye sporting event from out of town this is the place to be. Super cool place that is very relaxing and felt like home. Walkable to Carver Hawkeye and Kinnick. Close to Coralville and all the good restaurants and campus. Couldn't reccomend enough. Easy place to get to, good neighborhood. Will stay again.

This was one of my favorite Airbnb thus far. It is perfect location, easy accessible Justin was too tier and overall it is a gem that I really enjoyed will definitely be using again.
