Shari is an absolute gem! She left. personal note for us (we were there under stressful circumstances) Her place is amazing. The house was not as clean as it could have been, but thst was NOT her fault! The rental agency was very responsive. Ideal layout and comfy furniture! Easy for my 80/90 year old parents to navigate. Would definitely stay again!

The house is amazing. Extremely well equipped. Amazing decks, docks etc. Great gas grill. Amazing lower level with bar and game room. All three bathrooms and showers are really nice, including outdoor shower. 😀 All of the wall hangings and niknacs are very nice and make it feel like a real home and not just a rental. I could go on and on but I only have so much space. Thanks for sharing your fabulous home. It made our sons wedding week very special!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s very private and relaxing. Host was responsive. House was truly amazing. Great view!

Overall this was an amazing property to stay at. Shari was able to accommodate us for a last minute check in, I’m talking within hours. She was even able to get us a boat for our stay even with it being Fathers Day weekend. The house was very clean with clear and easy instructions for check in/check out procedures. I would definitely stay again in the future! Our only issue wasn’t about the property or host, rather the next door neighbors. They kept their 2 small dogs outside all day and through the evening. They were barking non stop and it was difficult to fall asleep or enjoy a peaceful time outside. It was noted that quiet time was after 10pm and the dogs were barking well past that. We had to file a noise complaint due to the excessive barking and we honestly felt bad for the dogs seeing that they were caged up outside. We are dog lovers as we have one of our own but the neighbors could have been a little more respectful.

We had a multi-generational multi-family vacation week. The house met the needs of all the guests. Those with mobility issues stayed on the main floor and enjoyed the deck. The kids (and kids at heart) ruled the basement space. The hot tub was fun and being able to fish from the dock was great.

Beautiful view! Our family loved the open dining/den space and of course the amazing back porch! We would love to visit again!

The house was lovely and suited our large family. I was a bit disappointed with the extra taxes and fees. I would have like more flexibility with times checking in and out.

my family came to celebrate. my son's 50th birthday, most of his siblings came. The house was very clean. the staff was awesome, we had a small issue, that was fixed within 2 hours. we had a very pleasant stay. Other than the bugs and an occasional dear.

It was a nice peaceful stay! I gave the entrance 3 stars because the lock box was kind of touchy to get open! We didn't arrive until late, but the porch light was on for us and a lamp inside, that was so terrific!!!

We had a lovely stay! We loved kayaking, swimming in the warm lake, and taking in the 270 degree lake views on the beautiful shaded dock. Frankie and Gordon were available, when needed, to answer any questions and give recommendations for the area. They live on the other side of the property (in a separate building) so it feels as if you have the place to yourself. Thank you for sharing your beautiful location with us.

Very cozy and charming to expend time with family. My kids and her cousins had a blast!!.

We all had a great time. Was spacious for us and a beautiful location. Had pretty much everything we could have needed. Plenty of appliances and cooking utensils and such. Loved having the game room separate from the main living space. The view was spectacular. A downside was that the bathrooms with showers were connected to their respective rooms and two bedrooms didn’t have, so those that stayed in those rooms had to ask to borrow and go through someone else’s room. Not a big deal though, just something to be aware of. Overall, it was an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend.

Two thumbs up on this lovely house. The views from the back porch were fantastic with nice open lake visible. The house is also on a cove, so a bit quieter than the main lake, but the water level off the dock was 12-14 ft so no issues with docking the boat we rented. There was a ladder for swimming and kayaks came with the house-we brought our own paddle boards. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of silverware and we were able to prepare two large meals for about 20 people with no issues. The driveway is a bit steep and long and there are stairs to navigate to get in the house and within so may be challenging if mobility an issue. The wifi was a bit slow if multiple folks using at once, but overall good for routine functions. The fire pit area was nice and well-maintained with seating for eight. Overall we loved this rental and would highly recommend.

Scott was a wonderful host! We went for Thanksgiving with our family; this was the perfect place to spend the holidays. They had the house decorated for Christmas with 14 Christmas trees and beautiful lights outside. The house was exceptionally well stocked with an entire spice cabinet and pantry for our use and all the platters and kitchen gadgets you could ever need. He also left us several pies and bottles of wine, which was a very thoughtful touch. The house is situated in a tranquil and private cove across from Lake Norman State Park. Scott also offered his boat for a very reasonable rental fee, which we enjoyed. We highly recommend renting from Scott!

Apartment was very cute, exactly as described/pictured. Conveniently located near the highway, but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I was there to visit family so I didn’t spend a ton of time in the unit, but the bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely! So nice that shower toiletries were provided and I have to say, the water pressure was absolutely amazing. I would happily stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The space was perfect for me while I was in town for work, and William was a great host and made sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone, and definitely would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect family get away. Nicely furnished inside and outside. Lake toys a big bonus. Gorgeous views from almost every room. On a quiet section of the lake, but with wide open views and deep water at the dock. Loved the spacious family room with the huge couch- perfect for gathering in the evening. Nice welcome items. Bedding was comfortable with lots of pillows. Would have loved a real queen bed in the downstairs bedroom- the futon was not really comfortable for a couple. The kitchen was well stocked and the available spices were a nice touch. Having the kitchen and refrigerator downstairs was very convenient for access from the dock. The shower and bathroom access from the outside was also great. All in all an awesome lake house. If it was for sale- I’d consider it!!!
