This stay was perfect, the home was exactly as described, with plenty of room for our group. The river view was great! Everything was clean and accessible. Our host was fantastic. Was extremely responsive(even before booking). Made sure we had everything we needed and was very polite. This is probably one of the best host(s)/stay experiences I have had in years as far as value, quality, expectation, and host communications. We look forward to many more stays here! The Sutton house was very lovely to stay at, especially throughout the holidays, the house is very large and clean and nearly everything as far as kitchen accessories are already there fully stocked for us to use. The hosts communicated well throughout our stay, It is an older home though with some chipping paint on some areas closer to floor level so if you have really little children or toddlers thats something to watch out for, but otherwise the home was very nice and pretty private overall. we stayed over christmas and new years which happened to also be during a winter storm and the hosts were very active with communicating and making sure we had everything we needed during the whole ordeal with that, overall the stay is worth the money, especially for longer stays overall the hosts were pretty accomadating and friendly.

Lucy was very communicative abouts the house and activities and attractions nearby. She was very responsive. The house worked very well for our family of 5 with the three baths and two full showers. Nice deck off the back of the house with a couch, table and umbrella and gas grill. We really enjoyed the nice fire pit and big yard and my kids loved the cows right across the street!

Great house for our little friend reunion weekend! Beautiful location and super close to everything we wanted to do. Had everything we needed to make big group dinner and grill. Great place to enjoy nature and float the black river with friends!

Everything was great! Loved the fact that they provided plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. We didn't need to use any extra, but it's so convenient to have those there. We brought extras of our own because we have been to some places that barely had enough to get you through the first night. Such a nice, cozy, quiet place to rest and relax, and such a great price! In close proximity to lots of outdoor activities for the outdoor enthusiasts. Next time we come back to the area, we will book here again.

We had a very fun weekend at Amie's cottage! The location is excellent for easy drives to lots of beautiful areas for hiking, which is what we were looking for. There are restaurants and conveniences nearby as well. We really appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog, who had an absolute blast! The cottage is just as described. The shower is not attached to the rest of the bathroom, which was different, but worked just fine. Amie was very responsive to questions and helpful. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area!

Linda’s property was amazing, our first night deer walked right up to the property! Beautiful trees all around, a sense of calm and peacefulness you won’t find in the city! Would recommend for anyone trying to get away from all the lights and sounds of a town. At night there is almost no light, and all you hear are the sounds of nature. Would definitely stay again!
