My wife and I along with a few other couples came in town to go to Alabama homecoming and Ashley's place was perfect! The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful and there are some great walking/running trails right next to the house. All of the beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. We did not spend a lot of time at the house with everything going on for the weekend but it was nice to have a beautiful and spacious place to come back to. Would definitely recommend staying here and if needed, we will be coming back!

The community is peaceful and quiet. The house was wonderful. It was the perfect peaceful getaway for the whole family. The kitchen was spacious and clean and there was plenty of space for my active kids to run around. We atayed during the winter weather in Jan 2025 and never would have known anything was wrong if we had not gone out to enjoy Gardendale.

Very clean and spacious home. The backyard was great for the kids to play outside. There was enough room for families to spread out and also a huge living room to all hang out together. Jonathan was quick to respond to messages. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second stay at Frank's place while visiting our daughter in Birmingham. Tucked in by the river, it is a quiet location and still easy to access main roads around the city. The space was perfect for our needs!

Wonderful host.

Great property for $ . Comfortable beds. Loved the fenced backyard for our little dog. The only thing we missed was extra blankets because it was very cold the week we were there and heating was difficult to maintain in front bedroom. Back bedroom would get very warm

My bridesmaids and I had a fantastic time at Hammock’s rest the night before my wedding at Hoyt Hallow. They house was the most stunning airbnb I've visited. The decor was beautiful throughout the house. Everything was clean. The bathrooms were all amazing! There was a cute sitting area where I shared my gifts with my bridesmaids! It made the weekend so much more memorable! If you're a bride considering a little sleepover after your rehearsal dinner and before your wedding, I definitely recommend. Dusty also allowed us to check in early and checkout later which allowed us to get dressed before the rehearsal! Would def stay here again! ❤️

We stayed at this Airbnb while in town for my brother’s wedding, and it was the perfect choice for our family. The location in downtown Birmingham was ideal—right near the Museum of Art, which made it easy to get to the reception while also managing our two young children. The space itself was great, and we especially loved having an amazing gelato shop right downstairs. While there wasn’t dedicated parking, we never had an issue finding street parking, and the nearby surface lot was very affordable. We also enjoyed walking to brunch at Frothy Monkey in the mornings. The only challenges were that the elevator wasn’t working the first day, and finding the entrance to the residence was a bit tricky at first. However, Bridgette was very responsive and helpful when we reached out. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable spot in Birmingham!

Price was great. Cute area. Very secure. A little hard to get in the building, but ample parking. Security roams around the area outside. All the locks in the building and security, it's definitely a secure and safe area. The room was exactly as described and pictured. The area was not overcrowded like most downtown areas. I would recommend this air bnb, but be sure to take the time to read instructions on how to get in before arriving. The host was excellent about responding and very friendly.

Private and peaceful.

Our stay was great! We had no issues with anything and Mallorie’s place was just what we needed for our weekend trip. Cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. It’s close to a number of restaurants and we were able to get food delivered without issue.

I stayed at this location for a month and the place is extremely comfortable, the office area in the back is great to work from and the front porch is great to relax on in the evenings.

My husband had heart surgery and Sue’s place was perfect for our family to rest between visits to the hospital. We were very comfortable and it felt like home away from home. The apartment is very private and easy to access with many restaurants around the area. Sue was even nice enough to let us extend our stay when my husband had to stay at the hospital longer than expected. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
