This place was exactly what we needed for a night away to escape to the coast. Such a beautiful cottage and some nice treats on arrival too! Never been to Overstrand before but as with everywhere in Norfolk the coastline was stunning. Local pub the White Horse was great too, very accommodating with our noisy kids and we felt right at home. Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

Very big space, large bedrooms, beds extremely comfortable, en-suites with large showers. Great communication with Victoria, would 100% stay again. Great location for exploring too, love that part of the country 👌

Amazing. Despite less than balmy weather, we all had a fantastic time. Twelve of us between 7 and 72 including 2 fifteen year old girls. Abbey House is house is huge and has sufficient shower/bathing facilities for each couple to have their own space. The annex is a real little gem. The games room so well equipped we were all able to enjoy the space together. We even had a yoga class for several of our party there! This was a long delayed 70th Birthday celebration , plus two 40th's, and a 50th in the intervening time. it worked beautifully. Our seven year wants to know when we can all go back together. The weekend is up there with my best memories.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Rogers place! From the moment we arrived, Roger made us feel incredibly welcome with a thoughtful touches such as a personalised note, a lovely welcome basket, and a quick tour of the space. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect— We visited Diss, Beccles, the 100th Bomb Group Museum and costal locations such as Southwold and Thorpness. Plus we found an excellent farm shop (Goodies) located not far away. Due to allergies we find it difficult to find places to eat out. Having a the incredibly well-stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and food to eat while we were out exploring. The super comfy bed and the quiet location and Jacuzzi bath really made a difference when it came it to relaxing. We did experience a couple of issues which were resolved by Roger quickly who couldn’t have been more apologetic.

A really lovely stay in Cromer! The house is exactly as advertised, extremely clean, very well furnished and everything of a high standard. A 15 minute walk into the centre of Cromer and the beach. Lovely quiet street with parking in the road. A splendid stay, thank you Lydia!

Lynette was responsive and friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. She provided additional blankets due to the low temperatures and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage itself was perfect and was exactly what we needed. A 2 minute walk to the beach and the shops were local too. Very clean and comfortable cottage with everything listed online. Would 100% recommend!
