My family and I were in town for my cousins wedding. The house was conveniently located by the church and reception as well as as other family members who stayed and live in the area. The house was great for my family of nine. I highly recommend booking with Trien! A great host.

Kim & Hoa were great hosts and addressed all questions and requests we had in a timely manner. I stayed with my colleagues for a working / retreat weekend and the house had everything we needed with plenty of space. We would've loved to take advantage of the pool more but we were busy during the day when the sun was out. The location is perfect if you love Vietnamese food - it's located within a mile of Little Saigon.

Stayed at Hamilton's to visit Disney for the first time. This was a great choice as it was close to Disney, and it was cheaper than having all of stay in separate hotel rooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The trip was to celebrate my son & his best friends 16th birthday-the boys had a blast! The house is right on the ocean & walkable distance to have a bonfire which was a must do on their list. House is comfortable, livid in & plenty of room, lots of surfboards, beach towels & boogie boards. Boys easily walked & rode bikes to restaurants very close by…would definitely rent this again!

Beautiful location with a stunning pool, though unfortunately, it was too cold to use during our stay. The property is just a short drive to Anaheim, making it a convenient spot. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks and small amenities upon arrival. Such a wonderful and welcoming experience!

The place was so welcoming and had many details. A peaceful and lovely place. We walked to downtown Claremont and had brunch. Highly recommend.

This is a great location for a Disneyland adventure. We intended to utilize more of the complex’s amenities (mainly the pool), but we spent almost every waking moment at the Disney properties. Still, the pools looked great. We walked from the condo to Disneyland on two consecutive days and it’s not exactly close, in normal life terms, but in Disneyland terms (where walking is the norm) it is very close. You are basically across the street from the Disneyland Hotel. Clean, safe, well appointed. This is a great option for a Disney trip. Much better value than the Disney owned properties.

We chose to stay here rather than a hotel for our get-away. We went to Universal Studios and the next day, Disneyland. This apartment was very close to Disneyland, about 15 minutes. Very convenient. We arrived to find the apartment very clean, neat and supplied with everything you need to feel at home. It was a snap to get in & out. The bedrooms are large. The home is beautifully updated. We were very comfortable. We enjoyed having supplies to cook with. Our host was attentive, checking in on us a couple of times through the messaging app. We had a relaxing, restful time. Wonderful stay. I highly recommend.

Dream & Alex were both very responsive and helpful especially with having to check in late due to flight changes. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures and it’s nearby the malls! Would definitely recommend!

It’s a small space, good for a home base while checking out the city.

We couldn’t have asked for a better set-up for our family get-away. We each had our own room with privacy and own bathroom. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with the high-end appliances and available cookware. Easily walkable to everything you could want on a beach vacation. I highly recommend Nazita and her beautiful home!

Bruce is an excellent host. Responsible, flexible and forthcoming with clear instructions. The house is exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable and efficient. The location is unbeatable. And a designated parking spot is a HUGE plus when staying on the Balboa peninsula. I will save this listing to book future stays.

5 stars all around! Wish we could've stayed longer! Extensions were generously offered, but we had to be back in our town today so unfortunately we couldn't extend our visit. The weather was a bit too cold to utilize the pool but it was definitely still a nice, peaceful area to lounge at. I appreciate the privacy of the front patio and the entry was simply and sweet. The little touches around the house such as bowties for the paper towels and cookies left were very cute and made our short trip to Disney a little more magical. Would definitely recommend for families, each of my kids had their own room and ample space. The listing is exactly as pictured and the hosts were very friendly. 1000% better option than the local hotels. Check-in and check-out were simple and our trip was great. Thank you again!

We stayed with Yan during a business trip, and she and her husband were incredibly kind and helpful. We had multiple packages being delivered, and she was so gracious and clear in her communication—truly above and beyond. We also had a couple of hours to enjoy the beautiful pool area, which was such a treat. Morning coffee by the pool was the perfect peaceful start to our day. Highly recommend!

Mark was very responsive to us, and we truly appreciated that. Although we had five adults and two babies, we never felt claustrophobic. The open living room, dining room & kitchen area lent itself to everyone comfortably being in the same place at the same time. The showers had AMAZING water pressure with continuous hot water, so that we did not have to stagger showers or postpone dishwashing, as we sometimes have to do at home! The weather didn’t cooperate for use of the pool or hot tub, but the back area is lovely and I’m sure most enjoyable. Comfy beds with extra linens, towels, and blankets are always a nice touch, especially after a long day at an amusement park. With ample cabinet space and cooking supplies, a family can make themselves completely at home preparing meals during a long stay. We would definitely come here again. This is a very big house and in such a great neighborhood! It was perfect for our stay and would 100% come back!

We rented both properties hosted by Min which were adjacent to each other. Was a larger party of 14 that traveled and it was very convenient to have the two properties right next to each other.
