Nice place, good location, proactive host the pool is smaller than I imagined but the slides are wonderful for the kids. I wish there is another TV, or a separate entertainment room for karaoke or games instead of one main TV for the entire house... otherwise everything else is great, clean and a lot of space for everyone to sleep in

Great stay, awesome house. This house is really an entertainment place to come with family as fully furnished with facilities like electronic gadgets, pool, karaoke, kids area and board game. Everything is perfect, my parents and kid love it so much. Owner is very nice and friendly. Definitely will come again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The apartment was great and have everything we needed, however a microwave would had been awesome if we needed to heat up our food😂. Other than that, Zulkarnain and Lisa really helped us a lot in our check-in/check-out procedures. Will surely use your service again in the future! Thank you so much!❤️

3rd time back to this unit. Great place. Very near to Legoland (5mins walk). Responsive host, clean unit. Would hope that the 2 sofa sets be changed soon as the sitting portion had sagged worse and worse from my 1st visit till now.

청소상태 휼룡하고 콘도 시설 전체 자체는 낡았지만 매우 휼룡합니다. 위치가 걸어서 갈수 없는 곳이라서 불편하지만 조용한 곳을 찾으면서 수영하고 운동하고 지내기에는 아주 휼룡한 장소 입니다. 콘도 곳곳의 푸릇푸릇함이 마음의 평안을 가져다 주는 곳입니다.

The apartment was easy to check-in, clean and accessible to Paradigm Mall. It's a comfortable, relaxing stay for 1 night and I would gladly recommend it. Thanks Yee Loy!

Pros: - seamless check in - informed by host when there’s early check in - grab drop off/pick up is right at your lift lobby - generally clean, towel provided was dirty but they were quick to replace - paradigm mall is right beside the Airbnb - super convenient with the water dispenser Cons: - toilet kinda small with zero clothes hook - smelly drainage smell at times - not a 1min walk to paradigm mall as stated as the Airbnb’s block is located behind another block (roughly 6-7mins walk to paradigm with no shelter) - kitchen windows are directly opposite another unit’s kitchen, hence no privacy at all as there’s no curtains/tints etc. you can actually see what they are doing and vice versa. Nonetheless, a good stay as it’s close to a big mall and convenient for car pick ups :)

We had a wonderful stay at Ching’s place. He is very responsive and assisted in all aspects. We had fun though it was raining for the 1st 2 days. On our 3rd day, we asked for a slight extension for checkout at 1pm and he was flexible. He even helped us to check on the traffic to checkpoints. Greatly appreciate his warm hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Baypoint Danga Bay! The location was excellent, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Whats important to us was cleanliness and Nikki's place was clean and comfortable. Security is excellent as well. feels safe and secure. Very Prompt responses and clear intructions on check-in instructions. Would recommend to stay!
