Cheaper and better than a hotel as even on vacation I prefer to live privately like at home. Very nice house and all amenities are in order, great contact with the host. Short walking distance to a public beach entrance. Going to the beach on foot, you have to cross a road that gets extremely busy in the rush hour and the pedestrian crossing traffic lights are out of order. However we found a pass underneath the road: as you exit the condominium territory, shortly after security checkpoint, there is an empty land lot on the right. Turn right and follow a footpath. We’d love to return to this place.

Our family of 5 & our youngest daughter’s friend stayed at this casa on the water for 4 nights. The outdoor space w many options to take in the sun, water & vibes was the highlight of our stay. We enjoyed watching the fishing boats catamarans & cruisers drive by all day long. The beds were comfortable, w room for all three spread out. It’s walkable to many restaurants, a grocery/liquor store & numerous local spots w an authentic feel. We had a golf cart (highly recommend) the whole time we stayed which made getting to the north & south of the island a breeze. We would definitely recommend! Thx so much for your hospitality. My husband and I stayed at Jimena's place for our four night stay on Isla. The location was perfect for us- very easy to get to from the ferry, and felt very private and peaceful along the seawall, away from the bustle of the streets but just a few minutes walk to everything (the streets are often filled with the sound of golf carts and mopeds going by, so being located on a non-motorized walkway was really nice). There was also a restaurant next door with a great vibe and great food, it was nice to have this option just a few steps away. The bed was cozy and comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool at night. Wi-fi worked great and we appreciated the five gallons of drinking water and beach chairs that were supplied. It is a two-room apartment which was nice to have some space to spread out a bit while we were there. Jimena was super responsive and very easy to communicate with, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

We planned a trip for my 30th for 14 people and this was the perfect stay! The house was so beautiful especially in the morning while drinking coffee. The concierge was amazing and helped plan everything from the travel to a boat day to golf cart rentals, to a private chef! Would highly recommend!!

Very clean place in a nice area with convenient grocery, pharmacy and food options nearby. Short bus/uber away from the city and hotel zone. Karina was responsive throughout our time there!

The house is a great Location on the island with beautiful sunrises over the ocean as well as the sunset from the very top. Three couples enjoyed the three separate bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. That kitchen and living space was perfect. We all had a wonderful experience on the island and this house made it all the better.!

What a beautiful house. There were 6 of us and we all felt like home. The rooms were cosy and welcoming, there was water, AC and we felt very safe. The caretaker lives nextdoor and his dogs were so sweet. Great guardians! The terrace on the roof has a beautiful view over the lagoon and you can enjoy the sunrise there. We loved hanging out in the garden. Thank you so much Sabi for your great communication and tips! We loved staying with you.

Had a great time in this condo that accommodated 6 adults and 1 toddler comfortably. Awesome poll and a great location! Beach very walkable and across the street from ferry that takes you to isla mujures Island. I definitely will be back to Cancun and if this place is available when I do so best believe I'll book once again!

Pool and grounds were very well maintained by the friendly onsite Gardner. Nice, quiet, safe sanctuary in the middle of a bustling tourist hub. We highly recommend staying at Ofelia’s place.

Läget är bra, nära stränder, restauranger och shopping. Dock förekommer en del störande ljud från omgivningarna. Musik på natten, även högt pratande mm. 4-5 på morgonen från andra boende i korridoren. Värden Natty är mycket hjälpsam och fixar snabbt saker som man vill ha hjälp med. Hon är tillgänglig hela tiden och svarar snabbt på frågor.

Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y amigables, nos comunicarón todo lo necesario para sentirnos cómodos. Fue una estancia increíble, tanto la ubicación como el hospedaje. ¡Gracias por tanta amibilidad y hospitalidad!

Lovely apartment. Host was super responsive and attentive. No issues in the apartment. Everything was about 10-20 mins away in cab. Mini mart next door was very convenient also. I would stay here again, thank you for being amazing hosts!
