Alojamiento cómodo, bonito, limpio, muy práctico y la terraza increíble para hacer carne asada. Fácil de llegar y salir a av. principales. Buena comunicación con Arrendador. Espacioso, lo recomiendo totalmente y volvería a utilizar el servicio. Gracias. Tuvimos una estancia muy felices.

We loved our stay at Raul’s. The apartment is spacious, the neighbours were very welcoming, and the bedding was so comfortable. The security is great; multiple locked entry points before accessing the apartment. We used Raul’s recommended contact for transfer to and from the airport for smooth arrival and departure. The transfer was very communicative and we felt very safe and cared for. Note: -the pool does not get much sun as it’s between concrete buildings, it was mostly shaded & not heated so we did not end up using it -Physical keys must be used to access the apartment and only one set are given; so this could potentially be difficult if you’re travelling with a group who is on different schedules as we were Overall we loved it, felt super safe, and had an amazing vacation :)

El alojamiento bastante recomendable para una estancia placentera en el costo muy bueno para tantos servicios que ofrece y de la anfitriona una persona muy atenta y con mucha calidad humana. en geera la pasamos muy bien sumamente recomendable. gracias

El departamento se encuentra en una muy bonita zona y en si, cumple con todo lo descrito, excelente trato del anfitrion y el lugar estaba impecable y ordenado. Sin duda no será la única vez que esté ahí.

The condo is in a great location. There is a lot is security, even at the pool. Great restaurants near by.

very cool location and lots of good feedback from Roberto. the room was clean and tidy when we arrived. the only thing that was really missing was some bedside tables to put our night time stuff on which is very minor indeed

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. All the restrooms and kitchen were stocked with more amenities than we have ever seen at a rental house. The host was more than accommodating and kind, they were even there to show us where everything was along with a list of places to eat and visit.

Loved our stay! From the in home chef service that's an option, to the hard working and friendly housekeeper, to the responsive communication and excellent recommendations for boats and restaurants, we had a seamlessly wonderful time.

Fue una agradable estancia, el lugar es muy bonito, cómodo y tranquilo, la ventaja de que fuera en una zona privada ayudó para la tranquilidad y la comodidad, la zona era segura y tuvimos una excelente experiencia, con la ventaja de la alberca y el aire acondicionado que en Cancún es muy necesario. Todas las habitaciones tenían televisión. Si volvemos a ir, en definitiva nos volveríamos a quedar ahí si es posible porque quedan cerca centros comerciales y les recomiendo que si buscan tortillas, pan, o verduras, afuera en la avenida pueden encontrar todo y si no, hay un Walmart cerca. La señorita Xochitl fue muy amable, muchas gracias por todo.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

We loved everything about this rental. It is in a great location. We felt very safe and there are so many great places to eat within walking distance. The house is beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable and the rooftop pool is amazing. Veronica and her husband met us for check in and were friendly and so helpful with suggestions for places to visit. She also helped connect us with a car rental prior to our visit so we didn’t have to navigate the stress of finding a car at the airport upon arrival. This was our first trip to Mexico and Veronica helped to make this a wonderful stress free visit. We recommend her 💯 percent!

Gianella's home is beautiful, spacious, safe, artistic (incredible paintings), and inspiring. The beds are comfortable beyond our expectation. The waves lull you to sleep at night. All bedrooms are on the second floor, all have AC. The master oceanfront room (green bedding) has it's own walk-in bathroom and shower, and an additional sink and area for luggage and storage. The second king size oceanfront room (mosquito net and wooden bed posts) shares a bathroom with the quaint spacious library with the double and twin beds. All rooms upstairs stay cool with the AC. Downstairs gets warm, but the ocean wind helps. There were ample beach chairs and umbrella, as well as beach mats to lie on, and the private beach and gentle waves with perfect turquoise water was like a dream. Highly, highly recommend. Gianella was flexible with us as we had elderly family members, and a later departing flight, very kind, good energy. Safe, gated neighbourhood. Alarm system.

Pasamos unos días increíbles en casa de Alexa, la ubicación es buena hay una farmacia y tienda de conveniencia a unos cuantos pasos , las instrucciones son muy claras así como las reglas , la descripción de las habitaciones son tal cual incluso es más bonito en vivo es una casa bien cuidada con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia placentera esperamos regresar pronto ! Mil gracias nos vamos súper contentos !

Nice, modern condo in a safe area with security. Susan was a great host, communicated efficiently :) AC in all areas of the condo was a plus, especially out in Cancun.

Cecilia was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. The apartment was clean and the pictures represented it well. The apartment is in walking distance to two grocery stores and amazing bakery. Lots of small restaurants around as well. Felt very safe walking outside the complex to these places and beyond. Close to the bus system as well. We stayed for 3 months so having the pool close was great. We would definately want to come back and enjoy the wonderful place again.

We had a great stay! The place was just as described and pictured – exactly what we were expecting. It’s easy to find, right off the hotel zone, with plenty of restaurants nearby, a bus stop, and convenience stores. Check-in was a breeze, and the keypad with password made it simple to get into the room even after hours. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. The AC was nice and cold, and while the beds were a bit on the hard side for us, they were still comfortable enough. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and all the essentials we needed. The only small hiccup was that we had to buy laundry soap for the washer and oil for cooking, but it wasn’t a big deal. It would’ve been nice if those were provided. The coffee machine didn’t work during our stay, but there is a Starbucks nearby! The pool was amazing and perfect for our three kids, and we felt very secure during our entire stay. Overall, a wonderful experience! Would recommend to anyone!!

This was our second time staying in this sweet little condo, and it was another excellent experience. From Delia’s support and recommendations to the staff at the complex, to all the things to do on the Isla, our vacation was so memorable. Will be back! Isla Mujeres offers so much for families, and Delia helped us reserve a golf cart for the week so we could travel to either tip of the island. We like the south side because it is quieter and more serene, close to good eats and snorkeling, and relaxing with the infinity pool and chairs at the condo. The Joint is a must go, food is yummy and mojitos are a staple. We also enjoyed the ambience and food at the pizza place down the road a bit. Great music and a little art gallery right next door. This year we watched the sunrise at Punta Sur and highly recommend. We also did the Garrafón Water Park. It was a fun day of zip lining, swimming, and play. And of course, don’t miss the plat days at Playa Norte! Thank you Delia and staff!
