This was a great place to stay with many great restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The water was beautiful, the beach is just steps away from the rear of the condo. The building is currently under construction but we never heard any noise being located so high within the building. Great place to stay, a perfect central point between the Airport and Old San Juan for sightseeing.

If you want an on the beach location this is it! The breeze from the ocean was wonderful. The bed was very comfy and the condo is exactly as pictured. Eat at Lifeguards right underneath you and walk up the beach to Ocean Breeze for dinner one evening. I’m a solo traveler and felt safe in the building and surrounding area. It was a lovely stay!

This place was gorgeous and the perfect location to be right on the beach!

The state was very nice. It was a great location for two very nice beaches within two minutes walking distance on each side. We had a great time. Enjoyed the view.

Place was a great find in middle of Condado. Great pool and right on the beach. Hosts were very responsive when we asked questions and needed some extra things. Building personnel were very nice as well and helped out. Bunch of restaurants and bars to walk to. Grocery store nearby. Convection oven and microwave combo. Nice kitchen. Confortable rooms and space. Parking space is not included but available to rent. There are schools in front so traffic can be hectic.

Our 4 night stay at Jose’s place was perfect. Jose was responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a minor issue with the internet, but Jose was able to get that resolved quickly. The condo is in a great location. We enjoyed the beach and walked or uber to local eateries for dinner. I would recommend this place.

Javier is a great host, he made us feel right at home. He very attentive and responded quickly. Very respectful and friendly. Nice, comfortable and clean home. My kids enjoyed the pool and we love that the beach is just a walk away.

Pedro's place was super clean and spacious! It was very renovated and within Ubering distance of Old San Juan. It was close to Avenue Miramar, which had streets of restaurants and a nearby supermarket! He was also very responsive when we had any questions that came up during our stay. There are a few things to keep in mind though, such as the high noise level because it is located next to the highway and the thin walls, which allow you to hear the neighbors' TVs. Another thing is that there is no first aid kit in the apartment, so do bring your own when traveling, and there is no hot water in the bathroom sink. Other than those points to remember and be prepared for, it was overall a fantastic stay!

I had such a great stay at Angel’s place in San Juan! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed, and the location was super convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and just a short ride to the beach. Angel was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful with recommendations. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

Marta's place was great. Very close to do many things. She had beach chairs and towels available for use. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary amenities. Marta's was also very responsive. I would hear back from her fairly quickly with a response to any question. I would definitely stay here again. thank you

Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa. El alojamiento estaba impecable, con una decoración acogedora y todos los detalles bien cuidados. La cama era súper cómoda, la cocina, baño estaba completamente equipada, todo genial. La ubicación fue perfecta: cerca de playas, restaurantes y bares, en una zona tranquila para descansar. Además, el anfitrión fue muy atento y servicial, siempre disponible para responder nuestras preguntas y dar excelentes recomendaciones locales. Definitivamente, volveríamos sin dudarlo. ¡Si estás buscando un lugar especial para hospedarte, este es el indicado!

It was a nice quiet neighborhood near by the beach and the place is clean and really spacious.

Andrea’s place was pretty nice, comfortable, and cleaned. It was a little confusing to find because the entrance is located in the back of a 2 story house. Getting inside was a little difficult too but Andrea answered quickly. The beds/pillows were very comfortable, although, they only have fitted sheets and a comforter (not sheets to cover) on the beds. I suggested to have sheets and comforters on the beds, especially that sometimes nights could be cool enough that there’s no need for the AC. Andrea’s place is 2 miles from La Placita, a mile walk from Ocean Park beach, about a 10 min drive to El Condado, and about 17 min drive right to Old San Juan. About 45 min from Luquillo and El Yunque. All are great options for things to do in the area.

The host was super accessible. The place is beautiful and a minute walk to the beach. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Our children loved our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Evelyn was a great host and accommodating some changes to the number of people staying at our location. The Airbnb was one of the closest to the beach and was everything that we could have wanted!

I give this home a 10/10. The pictures does no justice to the actual space. The views are to die for!! The home was just as described and more. It was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for my family to feel right at home. The location is centrally based. I have no complaints and will definitely be back.

My family of 6 stayed in the Pent House and it was perfect! The building felt safe, people were kind. Direct access to the beach and the house had everything we needed for the beach! I have 3 small children and they loved it. Watching the waves and the sunrise were priceless! Tons of things walking distance.. , Walgreens, fast food, Asian food, pizza, not far from a lot most attractions. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay, wish we had more time. The space was very pretty, good layout, beds very comfortable. Access to the beach perfect. Perfect for relaxing. Host very communicative.

My stay at this beachfront Airbnb in Puerto Rico was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking ocean views and the peaceful atmosphere. The location was unbeatable—just steps away from the beach, making it easy to enjoy sunrise walks and sunset views right from the property. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. If you’re looking for a dream getaway in Puerto Rico, this is the place to be! Can’t wait to return!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo for our girls' trip, celebrating a milestone birthday! The space was clean, comfortable, and a perfect fit for our group. The owner was very accommodating, especially with our arrival time, which we really appreciated.  The location was excellent—very close to the airport and within walking distance to the beach, Starbucks coffee, great restaurants inside the hotels on the same street and on the beach, which made dining and exploring super easy.  One thing to note is the street noise—being on the 20th floor, we didn’t expect it to be so noticeable, and it did affect our light sleepers. Earplugs might be a good idea for those sensitive to sound.  During our stay, the building management did some work that required the water to be turned off for a few hours. Fortunately, the owner had a backup water tank available. We were at the beach at the time, so it didn’t impact us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this condo.

The villa was exactly as described, and was tilt in the middle of everything in Old Town. First - the place: beautifully maintained 3 bedroom. Primary room has its own bathroom and is very large with a king bed and very comfy sheets and pillows. Nice tv with all the apps. It sits down a small hallway from the kitchen making it removed from the street/noise. The second bedroom with the queen is attached to the second bedroom and is plenty large and overlooks the Main Street with a cute balcony. The third bedroom is smaller but had plenty of space for our 21 year old son. Washer and dryer in unit was a huge bonus and were very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Kitchen had all we needed and the entire place was beautifully maintained. Location: this place couldn’t be in a better spot! 5 minute walk to one side of old town, 7-8 minutes to the other side of old town. Restaurants everywhere. We were smack in the middle of it all! Would definitely stay here again!

Bernardo’s place is in the most perfect location in old San Juan. It is super clean, beautiful and he was an amazing host and super responsive. We will definitely be staying there again.
