This Puerto Rico Airbnb is great! Very convenient location. Centrally located to everything you need. 10mins to the airport, close to San Juan, nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The place is very big, just as the pictures. Very clean. Host is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

This place was very modern and clean! Exactly as the photos showed. Loved the outdoor space. Parking was a tad inconvenient as the parking is a street over and a bit of a walk. But didn’t really need the vehicle much once we were there. Great location, walking distance to everything! María was a great host. Checked in periodically, very responsive! The neighbors do have some loud barking dogs but no control over that and that could happen anywhere. Just something worth noting as we heard it often. The beach chairs and cooler provide was amazing!

We were a group of 10, and finding a space that comfortably fit us all was a challenge. It came down to Francheska’s place and one other, but we chose this one for the pool and easy beach access. The host was incredibly accommodating from the start, even helping us find a private chef and recommending local spots. Check-in instructions were detailed, and the rooms looked exactly as pictured—beautifully renovated with great attention to guest comfort. The spacious rooms and bathrooms made our stay even better. The common area was perfect for gathering, and the stocked bar and fridge were a great touch at no extra cost. Security was excellent, with cameras at every entrance and safe access mechanisms. Ubers had no trouble picking us up. Being in a residential area, we tried to keep noise down, but some sound carries. The beach is much closer than expected—just a minute away! Restaurants, bakeries, Walgreens, and a supermarket are also within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Carol is the best Airbnb host ever! We came for my bachelorette and she really made it extra special with thoughtful decorations and personalized gifts for me and all of my bridesmaids🥰 she was incredibly responsive, helpful, and so kind. We felt very at home. The property and house are even more beautiful than the photos, it was a perfect place to have a big group gathering. Everyone was so happy and comfortable staying there. The location is close to beautiful beaches and really good local food spots. Ubers sometimes had trouble finding the location but overall we were able to get around easily. We felt very safe throughout our time there. I also rented a car through Carol’s business and it was the most affordable and easy process. Carol was incredibly accommodating in terms of picking up and dropping off the car. I cannot recommend her services enough!!!

Gill and Gustavo were extremely accommodating. Their response times were very quick. The house was extremely clean upon arrival and the pictures don’t do it justice. The house is beautiful with plenty of cool indoor and outdoor spaces. The house was in a great location with plenty of places to walk to and a short uber from many other popular destinations. We had a phenomenal time and would highly recommend to anybody! Thank you!!

This place was beautiful and within walking distance of many places. I walked to the beach on my free time Condado beach and it was about a 28 min walk. Michael was responsive when I had question he’d answer quickly. Close to restaurants. Place had plenty of space. AC worked as well. Would stay here again next time I go to PR which I plan again in a couple months.

We loved this spot for our first big family vacation with two toddlers. Plenty of space for them to play and explore, sleep in their own rooms, and the pool was a hit. Perfect size for our four year old who could touch the bottom; the two year old loved walking along the bench (we were with them the whole time, but they liked the independence). Very comfortable and secure, super close to San Juan/everything. Easy street parking.

Jesus was a fabulous host! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Even answering our phone call in the middle of the night when we couldn't find the home after our flight in. He always communicated and responded to our questions quickly, and even took the time to recommend some restaurants, grocery stores and attractions in the area. The house was super clean, and the private pool and outdoor kitchen area were wonderful.

The house was as described. Beautiful home, pool was amazing . Host left snacks and water and plenty of beach towels. other than the dog barking next door , it was peaceful and accommodated my family well. The only thing is that you need a car or have to uber for food.

First time in Puerto Rico and will come back to Marisols home when we return! Had 7 adults and had more than enough space. Spent every morning in the pool and one day spent all day there. Best air bnb I’ve stayed at by far

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The location couldn't have been more perfect—just a short walk to the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, and only minutes away from some of the island's best spots via Uber. Everything was super convenient, which made exploring Puerto Rico effortless and fun. The home itself was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for the ideal Puerto Rico

awesome place to stay, exactly like pictures, neighborhood looks wired initially as we were in PR first time then realize this is how it is and get use to of it, close to airport and lot of other things, had an awesome stay no issues at all so many things to list that were great - will definitely stay again to this same place.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home , it was very clean, modern, aesthetically pleasing, and in a very convenient area, 8 mins from the airport, 5 minutes from the beach and numerous local restaurants and food trucks with delicious options to choose from all in walking distance ! We personally really enjoyed the private pool area, the home was equipped with a volley ball , water proof Uno cards which were great for the pool area , along with other board games perfect for the kids and family when staying home. Last but certainly not least the host was very helpful with quick response time , we never had to wait long to hear back from them , they were very courteous and helpful in making our stay stress free, convenient and over all relaxing and fun, accommodating us in many ways and we really appreciated that! Thank you and we would most definitely recommend this place to family/friends, would love to return as well!

Ruth was a great host. Very communicative and quick to resolve any issues we had. The location was amazing with it being less than a 5 minute walk from the beach and 10 minute drive from nightlife.

This place was absolutely divine. It was in such a cute area. So close to many restaurants, bars, the beach and shopping. The bed was beyond comfortable! I’m even buying the comforter when I get back home. We will def be returning! Do not hesitate to book ✨

Rafi is a fantastic host and incredibly responsive and helpful. He was able to provide recommendations for things to do and, when the garage door opener stopped working, he had a handyman over installing a new one the very next day. The lake is absolutely beautiful and the backyard and pool make it easy to send lots of time at the house. I think the one downside is the location. There is a beach fairly close but it isn't very nice and while there are some restaurants within a 15 minute walk, walking around isn't the easiest because everyone parks on the sidewalks. But if you have a car it's perfect.

it was a great time, the Airbnb was great and Jacqueline was even better. She was very helpful and even went out of her way to help us with some activities. Honestly the best stay i have ever had. Will definitely be going back.

As a group of 15, we had a fantastic stay here. The listing was as advertised and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. As a host, Javi was very responsive and we had 0 issues. It was also an easy walk to the beach and could Uber everywhere we wanted to! We would recommend!!
