Stayed a two nights in this gorgeous, peaceful and safe house. Amazing interior just like the photos. Felt right at home. Wifi was great! Janet was exceptional with any questions we had before and after the booking. Her dog was adorable, welcoming us with a hello in his language, so cute. Thank you so much for letting us stay! Home away from home, much needed! Definitely, we'll be back!

5/5 Stars - An Unforgettable Stay at Roseneath Crown! From the moment we arrived at Roseneath Crown, we were absolutely blown away. This stunning property is a true gem in Wellington, offering spectacular views of the city, harbor, and beyond from every single room. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was a dream come true—it felt like we were living in a postcard! The space itself is spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, with so many thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. From the cozy blankets to the well-stocked kitchen and by luxurious bathroom amenities, it’s clear that Sylvia, the host, has gone above and beyond to ensure her guests feel at home. Speaking of Sylvia, she was an absolute delight to communicate with—responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. We cannot recommend Roseneath Crown enough. This is the perfect place to stay. Thank you, Sylvia, for an unforgettable experience—we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

Great location across from the bay, few minutes drive to Island Bay. House is clean, modern and warm. Well stocked kitchen with all the utensils you could want. 5 stars in every category from me

The Sea Glass Cottage was downright amazing. A beautiful location right along the coast. We spent most of our time on the spacious patio overlooking the water, with a second patio on the second floor also with a water view. The cottage came with every amenity you could want and was clean and tidy. Located on a quiet street with free parking close by. A short 2 minute walk to some lovely cafes and beach. Petra was super friendly and responsive. We would love to stay at the cottage again and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful weekend with family, staying at Julie’s house. There were 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 with great views. Everything was really clean and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and we had lots of instructions. Julie communicated well before our check in. Parking directly opposite was a bonus. For anyone with mobility issues, just be aware that there are steps up to the entrance, and living / sleeping is on 2 floors.

I booked at the very last minute at 6:30pm on the night and the host responded so quickly. I am so grateful because this old house is very unique with plenty of history. Awesome views that you never get tired of. Walking distance to every where. Be aware there are a lot of stairs to get to the property and bedrooms rooms up on 2nd level so if you have old or bad legs this could be a problem. Not a problem for me at all though & I am nearly 60. Thanks for a great stay and sharing your family home with me.

A great place for our family to meet. Lisa was helpful with adjusting our booking requirements. The kids enjoyed the grass area. Very handy to have the bakery next door and cafe just down the road

We loved our time here. Beautiful waterfront location, bountiful back garden, comfy beds, and generously equipped, for a family of 5 to have an enjoyable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful homely apartment with the most stunning outlook! We spent so much time just viewing the comings and goings on the harbour and didn't want to leave! It was well appointed, superbly located within easy access to the CBD and having car parking was a real bonus. Giles was a very accommodating host and was readily available to answer questions. He was kind, informative and went over and above in terms of parking and providing some goodies on arrival. We would definitely recommend this lovely home and Giles to others and would love to stay again even though we live in Wellington :).

lovely light & bright house. a little road noise but felt quite secluded and a great location close to coffee and walks.

The apartment was lovely, the location had perfect views of Wellington city and harbour with the ferries coming and going. We had great weather too, so watching the sun set was spectacular. Just a short Uber drive to get into the city for restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend staying here and Craig was super helpful and pleasant to communicate with.

loved our few days in Eastbourne. beds were very comfortable, and the place was so clean.

Amazing spot with beautiful setting. Lots to do and see on the property itself and nearby places to go fishing and skiing/donuting if you have your own boat. Even if wind is up there is always a place to find shelter and Tory channel remains pretty flat water. Wes was a great host and very chill! We would love to return

What an absolutely fabulous property! Kelly was incredibly attentive from the booking process, ensuring everything was in place for our team planning day/evening for 9. Early check-in and late departure were accommodated without any issues. The location was absolutely stunning and private. I would love to visit again with family and friends to enjoy all the amenities. I highly recommend this property.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was just as good as the first time. Great beach front location and an easy walk to the shop and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Amazing Amazing and Amazing! To wake up to this view was out of this world! Then having the awesome access to the beach. Everything you require is at the house….may be a little more expensive than some of the other Kapiti properties. But it is worth every penny! Thanks Julie and Kelly (the very helpful site Manager)

Absolutely spectacular views. Just loved the deck and the wonderful windows. Very spacious and comfortable. Close to the mount vic lookout and the beautiful oriental parade. Terrific hostess. One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in Highly recommended

A great spot to escape up the coast with a group. Watching the sunset in the balcony was perfect and the house has quick access to the beach. Had a fantastic stay.
