Alloggio spazioso sia internamente che per quanto riguarda gli spazi esterni. Posizione ottima a due passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro infatti, la nostra auto è rimasta nel comodissimo posto auto poiché tutto a portata di mano e raggiungibile a piedi. Il signor Alessio è stato molto simpatico, accogliente e disponibile.

Wir haben eine Nacht hier verbracht. Guiseppe hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Er hat uns auch Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben, wirklich super! Die Wohnung ist schon etwas älter, aber alles hat funktioniert und es war sauber. Zum Frühstück wurden uns sogar Milch und andere „süße“ Dinge bereitgestellt. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in der Stadt und auch die Salzmühle erreicht man in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Ein sehr schöner Ort. Entspannend. Wo man sich wohl und daheim fühlt. Im Haus haben wir alles gefunden, was man benötigt. In der Küche ist sogar alles da, um zu kochen. Und es gibt auch eine Spülmaschine. Die zwei Terrassen sind klasse, um zu entspannen. Die Location ist ruhig und in in einer landschaftlich sehr schöner Umgebung. Man sieht Berge und das Meer, einfach klasse! Gefrühstückt haben wir immer im Café schräg gegenüber und Möglichkeiten einzukaufen, zu essen, Strände, Hafen sind innerhalb von ca.10 Fahrminuten erreichbar. In San Vito findet man einen wunderschönen Stadtstrand mit Wasser glasklar und wunderbar türkis. In Macari gibt es mehrere Badebuchten mitten in der Natur mit ebenfalls so schönem Strand und Wasser. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Max war unser direkter Ansprechpartner und hat uns mit vielen guten Tipps versorgt und war immer erreichbar und ansprechbar. Unser Aufenthalt bei Calogero in San Vito Lo Capo war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, genau wie im Inserat beschrieben – sogar noch besser! Alles war top gepflegt und bis ins Detail liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Lage: Das Haus befindet sich in der schönsten Straße von San Vito, umgeben von einer unglaublich freundlichen Nachbarschaft. In der Nähe findet man alles, was man braucht – Restaurants, Geschäfte und natürlich den traumhaften Strand, der nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt ist. Angelo, der den Check-in und Check-out gemacht hat, war super sympathisch und die ganze Abwicklung verlief völlig unkompliziert. Calogero war ebenfalls ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen. Pasquale was a very good host. Always responsive and polite. The air BnB was clean and easily accessible. Pasquale was very proactive to sort a cot/crib for us when we needed it. Very good value for money. I would recommend using Pasquales air BnB.

Vito's place is in a GREAT part of Erice and perfectly located. All bedrooms/beds, kitchen, bathroom was PERFECT. Definitely coming back to Erice and staying in Vito's place. Thank you!

Absolutely unique, exceptional home: the view is outstanding and the house is a work of art where everything looks straight out of a design magazine. We had a great stay with our two kids (aged 5 & 7). Even in winter the weather was great and the house very much enjoyable. Very thoughtful host who had already stocked the pantry and the fridge with Sicilian food and even prepaired gifts and toys for our kids. To nitpick : some elements of the house prioritize aesthetics over practicality (the shower, for example).

We had a lovely week at Ivana’s beautiful house. The view is incredible and our 5 year old loved the heaters pool. Ivana had thought of everything with loads of beach equipment to use and tons of pool towels and very kindly booked us a restaurant on our first night

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Hat alles was man braucht. Giuseppe ist per Whats app sehr gut zu erreichen. Er gibt einem super Infos über Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten. Bei uns funktionierte etwas nicht, da kam er schnell vorbei und hat geholfen.

I stayed here with 6 others for a friends birthday. The villa is so beautiful and was spotless. Simona and her son was so helpful, rung us when we got there to explain check in, let us check in early and also sent someone out late that night to look at a problem we had. They helped with recommendations and looked to get us a chef after requesting suggestions. The stay was soo worth the money and I would 100% recommend staying here!

We ate often at the house. It was nice to eat outside in November. Some of the kitchen appliances should be updated, for example the coffee maker and the water heater needed to be descaled. The kitchen knives needed sharpening. The waste sorting was also a little confusing, but we got the hang of it. Other than that, the house was really nice. The view is excellent and the area is really quite and beautiful.

Wonderful villa, beautiful indoors and outdoors, nicely furnished, equipped with everything you could need, super clean, spacious and peaceful. Good size swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers to hang out and watch the beautiful mountains. Loved the outdoor kitchen with good size bbq. Great base to explore the northwest and west of Sicily. Castellammare del Golfo has many great restaurants (don’t mis La Tonnara) and is a beautiful town. We also loved our hike in Monte Cofano. Communication with Nicole was excellent, pro-active, friendly and fast responding throughout our stay. Extremely good value for money, we stayed in more expensive places in Sicily that were nowhere near as nice. We would certainly come back

La villa è immersa nella quiete e nella natura, lo scenario è mozzafiato. La casa è grande e comoda, con tanti spazi sia all’interno che all’esterno. C’è tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. La piscina è un meraviglioso plus, anche se l’offerta di spiagge meravigliose a breve distanza non ci ha lasciato abbastanza tempo per poterne usufruire come pensavamo. Da tornarci.

Very nice and clean house to enjoy your vacation! Kitchen has all that is needed, lots of space everywhere, beds were comfortable and garden and outdoor furniture was very nice as well! We could not enjoy the pool (too early spring), but it was prepared and cleaned for us. We were taken care by Saby, who is “fast as wind” to solve each small problem or queation we had- we are so grateful to her! She recommended many good places to visit and have dinner as well, so we felt very welcome!

It was really a pleasure to stay in Caterinas house. Nice and calm location, really beautiful view over the area, the sea and the mountains. The house was clean and nice equipped with all we needed. All communication with Caterina was easy, immediate and accommodating. We, as a family, would like to stay there again, and I will highly recommend the house and the area.

Vielen Dank für das Bereitstellen der schönen Unterkunft! Wir haben die Woche direkt am Strand in der Nebensaison sehr genossen. Die Lage am Ortsrand ist schön ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell überall! Einzig die bettelnden Katzen am Morgen beim Frühstück im Garten waren etwas störend. Und das obere Badezimmer hat etwas übel aus dem Abfluss gerochen. Aber wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter ☺️

Our stay in Sicily was simply incredible! The accommodation offered stunning views of the coastline, where the turquoise sea met the clear sky. We spent countless hours relaxing under the pergola, enjoying the panoramic scenery. The outdoor space was thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable dining area that allowed us to savor our meals while soaking in the serene landscape. The stone pathways and surrounding garden added a charming, rustic touch, giving the entire place a unique blend of natural beauty and elegant comfort. Walking through the stone-lined paths felt like exploring a peaceful retreat, surrounded by vibrant greenery and blooming flowers. Every aspect of the accommodation made our stay relaxing and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to experience the charm and tranquility of Sicily. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful and serene setting! Giuseppe was also an excellent host who was very thoughtful and helpful and attentive.

Sehr schöne, heimelige und mit Stil eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr zentral und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Schöner Garten. Der Vater von Toti hat uns am Hafen abgeholt und zur Wohnung gefahren. Dort haben uns Cannoli erwartet. Er hat uns mit guten Tipps zu Restaurants und Supermarkts versehen. Ich kann diese Wohnung jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Absolut fantastische Lage mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und die umliegenden Hänge mit viel Natur!Trotz Abgeschiedenheit sind Restaurants, Tabaccio und kleine Souvenirläden fußläufig (800m) erreichbar. 2Km entfernt gibt es eine absolut leckere Cafetteria und den Scopello Market! Auch ein schöner Strand ist fußläufig (5 Min) erreichbar. Vincenzo ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Da wir in der Nebensaison (Anfang April) da waren und es vor allem abends recht kalt war, mussten wir das heiße Wasser fürs Duschen etwas aufteilen, da dies schnell aufgebraucht war. Einziger Minuspunkt den wir unterschätzt hatten, war, dass man sich die Einfahrt mit den Nachbarn teilt. Wenn diese zur gleichen Zeit anwesend sind, ist die Privatsphäre (wenn man die Terrasse nutzen möchte) sehr eingeschränkt. Grillen ist leider nicht erlaubt, was wir sehr schade fanden.

Nicolò is an attentive and kind host. He was helpful and responsive in the communication and his charming studio was cared for with the same attention. Highly recommended for anybody looking for an authentic experience outside the beaten path and travellers looking for a quiet and comfortable base while exploring the West of Sicily.

Appartement magnifique avec une superbe vue sur les vignes et la mer, visibles du salon, d’une des chambres et des terrasses. Tout a été pensé pour que nous soyons bien, dans les moindres détails : des petites choses pour cuisiner ( sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, etc ), plein de produits dans la salle de bain, de quoi se détendre sur la terrasse, etc. L’endroit est super calme et très près de certaines écoles de kitesurf. Un petit supermarché et quelques restaurants sont également à proximité. La maison n’est pas super facile à trouver mais Silvio nous a aidés car il répond très vite aux messages. Bref, un très bon séjour de 4 jours 🤩
